The torch recipe that uses coal, rope, and sticks should be unshaped. Then we could teach it to colonists that can only craft 2x2 recipes like the builder and miner. Otherwise, a colony can't make their own torches unless you supply a fletcher with creosote (not my pressure creosote!) or have a mechanic which is a lvl 2 research locked behind a lvl 3 blacksmith
