#RAD 2 Ore Excavation not working

I have done everything to fix this. I have used oreexcavation many times. Tilda is unbound to all other keybinds - it is only bound to excavate. It will not work on any block that i've encountered. Please help

1 only works on ore and wood
2 make sure your us8ng the correct one not pmmo

3 make sure you in no shape mode
4 make sure you have a "tool" in your main hand (say an actual tool or like a stick)
