If you die in Any custom world, death screen always looks like that - cursor flew away and no menu sfx. Never appeared in main game.
2, 3. If you don't have MacDallers in inventory, 0x item appears while eating tomato seeds (also i think these seeds did not increase my exp because of that, but i don't have any evidence)
Year 3000 before beating the Dragon, defeated first Lurker, saved Riley, but they weren't added to inventory, dialogues went as usual later.

You stop gaining exp from tomato seeds after a certain point.

One more - in tomato farm game you can take any amount of seeds at a time, but place only one. Not a big deal, but looks strange
