Small gameplay bug

On ||bird island, the apples and water don't appear to heal me, and i can only see the health bar go up if I alt+f4 the game and go back in.||

Yeah there's a few other reports about this like here (#1348610231856398419 message) and here (#1346676684992155748 message).
It's supposedly just visual and you do get the heals!
