Playing on Switch, typing on mobile, apologies for formatting.
During the Death Mountian first visit, I entered the zombie fight. I wasn't able to kill it in time, so I thought I'd pause and restart. However, the restart UI was slightly different, but I didn't notice it in time, and hit restart right as the zombie covered the screen. I'm not 100% sure, but I think this put me in a battle state while in the overworld, where I couldn't move diagonally and the camera was messed up. I restarted from last save, and this is where I was doomed.
When it reloaded me the camera was still in the same spot where the fight started, but it had moved me to the harpy village, which I could tell from the fact that I could talk to the villagers. The camera would move around inside the cave, but didn't show me. I moved blindly until I hit the transition to the cave, but it just re-centered the camera in the zombie room.
At this point I was worried for the save file, so I pulled up a YouTube video of the cave and blindly navigated to the exit of death mountain, where Sam and Irvine are, and doing so fixed the camera. I still couldn't move diagonally though. I walked to the save point, saved, and restarted the game, hoping that would fix it. When I reopened it, this was my situation.
Included is the save file screen, my inventory, and what the game looks like when I load it. The map is an infinite black void, with a couple red lines that end eventually. I know a patch that'll save my file would take way too long, and my switch isn't modded, so I'll have to start over, but I thought I should report this so it can be fixed. Any advice that may fix it would be awesome though.
