#EH 2 Demo Bug - Retry before battle victory & Main Menu softlock

There's a bug that can be triggered by pausing the game and selecting "Retry" right before an attack that would finish the battle hits. As the battle starts over, the victory screen appears but you're still able to fight. Selecting "Retry" removes the victory screen and you still keep the exp earned.

While it doesn't seem to cause any issues, this allows to farm exp in the same battle indefinitely by repeating the process.
Losing during this process maintains the accumulated exp, and "Back to world" resets it back to normal.

By performing this bug and select "Main Menu" instead, then pressing A to bring up the options, the cursor will disappears shortly after, causing a soflock in the Main Menu and needing to force close the game.

Here are 2 videos showcasing both instances of the bug:

After seen the bug that special fx found, it gave me the idea to try pausing right before getting hit and losing a battle. Its a bit of a tight window, but with the right timing it does trigger a bug, similar to the ones in this post:

By pausing and choosing to "Retry" on the right frame of an incoming projectile, before losing, the game over menu pops up after the battle starts over, which continues to play while the game over menu is up. A minor bug that doesn't seem to ultimately break anything.

Not included in the video: choosing "Return to world" while doing this bug causes the screen to dim down for a brief moment after the game loads, but doesn't seem to cause any issues or break anything.

However, by doing this bug and going to the main menu instead of retrying, the same softlock happens where the cursor disappears.

I'm sorry in advance:

This game over bug with "Back to world" does causes issues if done during ||Raven's tutorial or Root of all Evil|| fight.
On this scenario, if the game saves while the bug is active, it locks the save file in an infinite loop of events.

This bug can also be transferred into other save files. Letting it save and then reloading moves the player from where they were to the start of the game, getting caught and locked in the same loop of events.

Its a longer video than before, but its funny to see the madness unravel:
