I notice the same. The manual says that normal flight path should be -34 DEGREE pitch but the autopìlot set the capsule to 0,0,0. When the retro att stage lights green, the ASCS keeps the capsule at 0,0,0. Maybe a ASCS or horizon scanner bug?

The issue happens in the ATLAS. The REDSTONE ASCS puts the capusle in -34
