Opened the mission page and unlocked the achievement. Have yet to even start the mission.

Reentry uses the following log-files: Player.log, Player-prev.log

These are stored in:
Steam (Windows): %appdata%\..\LocalLow\Wilhelmsen Studios\ReEntry
Microsoft Store (Windows): %appdata%\..\Local\Packages\37806WilhelmsenStudios.ReEntry-AnOrbitalSimulator_akeytc0kfv8xy\

If you cannot see the AppData folder, tick the ‘hidden items’ option in the file explorer

I saw the same problem with the Friendship 7 mission: the achievement is awarded for simply opening the mission description.
