In the Campaign 2 - Face to Face mission when I did the 300ft formation, reentry reloaded the game showing a new 100ft formation objective and displacing the ship from the original position (before the reload)
Later once re-centered using the radar info, the ship was missing from the inside view, but from the exterior view (F1) it was perfectly visible on the same position that the radar shown.
