thanks for reaching out and responding. I will confirm with my GF when she gets home from work. we are fairly active players and wanted to confirm there is no min log in days. We have a summer vacation where we wont have signal or wifi and would not want to be kicked

As long as its not more then 30/31 days your be fine
And if you plan on being gone longer just inform us and your just be possibly demoted not kicked

We understand that everyone has lives outside of the game

Try submitting a ticket

I'm sure that if you ask for a server transfer to 199 via a in-game ticket, they will grant it or at least tell you why you can't transfer to us

Is your server currently in an Incursion

What level are you 2? If your over 12 you can't transfer

I have submitted a ticket asking if my server has reached its maxed player amount

she is level 8 and i am lvl 12 as of today. I am not sure if our server is in an incursion. I will see what i can find out online. I will hold off on passing lvl 12 until i hear back if your server is full.

i will also try to submit a ticket to make the transfer

i looked up 702 on https://stfc.pro/incursions and it says 702 is not in an incursion at the moment. I will proceed wiht the ticket for the xfer

FYI, I believe 199 is an APAC server, while 702 is in the US region, and server transfers can't go across regions as far as I know

ahhh that makes sense why I did not see 199 on the list. I also just sent a ticket request to [e-mail] about this

that is odd though because i was filtering for US servers when i made my post looking for an alliance to join

we arent picky about the reigon. is a transfer of our account possible ?
