hard to see armada and reload system doesn't always work. All that on top of coordinating who is in or out of an armada because scopely doesn't have any tools for that. Its exhausting. oh and all for a few uncommon ore.

Want us to love armadas? Make sure every uncommon pack has uncommon directives. Make sure we can earn enough directives to actually participate in the event (I saved mine between events and I opened uncommon packs every day and I can’t reach the second tier of the launch armadas event). Make sure there is a way for all lvls of players to participate.

No systems are loading at all on server 013. Armadas are invisible as well as all mining nodes are still spinning. Scopely should have fixed the issue before starting new events.

seriously what I would like to see is completed BP sets being able to be traded in towards other single BP... only allow the ships you are already qualified to build for this BP trade in... this would not overrun the game with over powered ships but would let people get ships they want and clear out others they don't need... it would also reduce all the crap Scopely needs to track for who has how many BP's they will never build into anything anyways

Where do you find uncommon Armadas? They have all been replaced with epic or rare ones and I cant do them without doing uncommons first. Sorry but Im not paying for this 'content' as its just not worth the effort. Also, do we really need low level rare and epic targets? Most whales (people buying this rubbish) can pretty much handle harder targets and are not going to waste directives doing a level 23 Epic armada, when they can kill a level 35+ one for the same amount of directives but vastly improved points

I'm seeing most in my alliance waste their directives on lvl21 bases just because they're easily found, and the rewards for launching armadas are better than the rewards for completing them. I'm skipping this event completely and won't do the next unless i have enough directives to complete the solo event.

I've not spent any directives since the last event; I've cashed in uncommon packs every day; I upgraded my acc the one ops lvl I advanced, and I only have enough for the second milestone. So I would have to spend $99 on a pack for directives. The pack itself has more uncommon crystal than the solo awards. So why would it make sense to buy a pack to complete the solo event?

@twilit imp you guys need to really update and increase the spawn rate for uncommon stations. If you motto really is seize the cash, the more uncommon station the more folks will buy the over priced station packs.
Personal I see the armada as a desperate cash grab by the game and nothing more. As you maybe only get enough free tokens to launch a armada every 4 days or so.
Which mean a rare will take about one to two months and a epic about 7 to 9 months to acquire via free.

guys, i'm gonna go out on a limb here and make a wild suggestion........ we all KNOW this is a filler event.... there's nothing that says you HAVE to participate? why don't you relax a bit and do som dailies, or catch up on some mining, or grind some fation rep? no one says you HAVE to do armadas?

me personally? i've not spent a single directive. i'm participating with my alliance, but to ME PERSONALLY, i agree, it's not worth the risk of losing the directves. i believe they're too hard to earn for fre, and too epensive to buy. so i'm SIMPLY not participating...

no need to be hateful or angry, i'm just sitting this one out, and banking up raw for the next bonus refinery lol BECAUSE therefinery just got a huge boost... if the bonus refinery reflects the same changes? i wanna be ready to hit 3 chests every cycle with the next bonus refinery.

there's a simple choice here. choose NOT to be angry and do something else in the game lol, there's plenty to do, unless you're already maxed triple faction with 10 mil of each mat in raw.

I've played a few big app games. The ones that lasted. They would add new content, lvls, etc. But they would open up the rss and packs for the previous content so that the middle players could still attempt to keep up. Keeps things at least somewhat competitive. The whales will always be the whales. But if you dont open up the content no one is going to stick around..

Quick question, I'm currently lvl 15 and act of war shows to be active for another 18 hrs but I have no idea what to do with those tokens because the event store tab is greyed out... Yet I still keep getting the bat'leth tokens ... However my alliance members that are able to do armadas, show the act of war event has ended. .. not sure what's going on..

@vapid hill next time you have an opportunity to pull a refinery, look at the quantities on the chests... you can visibly SEE the quantity improvements. BUT with all the rares i'm seeping people pull, it seems the rng HAS to have been tweaked as well.

scopely has only confirmed the chests... rng has not been confirmed, and i said that, but what i DIDd say is that i'm seeing TONS of rare pulls, including myself... so it's my BELIEF that the rng has also been tweaked.

saw the ops event and just moved to ops 32 and was ready to hit ops 33 and suddenly scopely happened. event now changed to rush to ops 34. which gives half as much reward for moving to ops 33 and I don't/can't move to ops 34. seriously scopely?

i've seen games offer only 50-100$ buy ins and packs since the whole pay-to-win thing started. the reason is because these people talked to "marketing guru's" who told them that only a small percentage of people are ever going to spend money on these games and an even smaller percentage will spend any significant amount of money. Those that do spend a lot will do so more often than other spenders and don't care too much about the prices. thus the prices are set high to offset the rarity of purchases vs population.

Sorry, not paying $100 for other people to get stuff. The fact is that epic armadas are a bad investment. It is far more worthwhile to just buy the pack with stuff you need and ignore them (and ignore hijacked ships completely)

Armada events usually happen once per month and during that 1 month you can save up to 800 unc directives and prob around 200-400 rare if you open unc armada packs everyday.

@shrewd totem armada events have been happening on average every other week and for multiple days. 200ish directives a week gives you about 400 which has been enough to complete only the very first tier of ONE daily armada event. Uncommon armada chests do not give uncommon directives so that 200ish is all you get, it's nowhere near enough to actuall play the event.

1-2 on ours are a paired alliance that concentrated most of the big spenders on the server, so they are way ahead of everyone else. 3-4 are neck and neck, the rest way behind. But there just aren’t enough armadas spawning. And so many systems broken.

Ns is great as an early base breaker and for its warp range. I still use mine at level 31 for ninja mining. Great speed.

@lunar surge I am lvl 22 and my NS is still my strongest ship. I use it for almost all my quests, dailies, and hostile hunting, and it can base raid too. As you tier up it can go super high and be useful for a long time. The envoy is a better miner actually because of the cargo capacity. If you don't have that I'd go for it

I'd like the Franklin too (don't have it) but I'm able to kill enough swarm for my dailies in one go with just my NS anyways

That's what I'd recommend. Another tip I got was to spend the latinum to tier it up quickly, as it doesn't cost much to upgrade as a survey ship and gets much stronger

A few players have successfully fixed it by uninstalling and then reinstalling, but obviously your account has to be properly linked to avoid loss of data, etc. Your other option is to submit a ticket to CS.

@shrewd totem As said, I was having over 6 million of officer xp that can’t go anywhere useful without badges. Of course, even with badges Gorkon is the only one sensible to upgrade because of no fed credits.

As scouts are rare as farts on a desert, 13 from a strong one seems quite disappointing with 70 at least needed. And can’t use messages to get the faction credits not friendly for, which would be the biggest use.

Lnar and Yanagh are both situationally useful as well, just not as general as the ones mentioned previously. The blue damage adders are not worth it when it is truly hard to get 3 badges dedicated to any to get to 500%
