You can't see them unless you actually enter the system and once you tag them they have a 10 minute timer before they disappear and reappear at random intervals. You can only tag the nodes once but your Fleet mates can tag them as well again within that 10 minute timer that starts once you actually enter the system. The node should be bright and flashy and dispersed throughout the galaxy at randomly dispersed. You can't see them unless you actually enter the system and tag them. A person can only tag them once but you're fleet mate can tag them as well during the 10-minute timer at starts once you tag the node or get within a certain distance or even enter the system.

I am using a 300k ish Kumari, make sure your taking advantage of triangle, so kill explorers. Use a hostile killing crew, it drops my Kumari to about 288k, I am level 28 as well

Im surprised if I can pull in 3.6 million points by myself for destroying a lvl 27 Romulan Interceptor. Damage dealt in the battle log I believe only showed about 96,000 and the hull health is only 17,470 on those ships. We are just wondering how to gauge our own personal contributions during the burst events
That green number on my screen has fluctuated from only around 90k all the way up to and over 3.6 million for hitting the same type of ship.

@fickle chasm I agree with you. This last separatist event was crap. And it really sucked for those leveling up while in the event. My required points doubled because I went from 21 to 22. An event like the original would be nice. Because finding decent rss is hard to come by. And none of the lower levels really have much rss as it is. And because of that the games gotten a bit boring. I don’t like just sitting and mining all day long day after day after day to even try to level up my ships.

The way to help with RSS is to have auto collection, this will make abandoned bases useful as they will gradually fill up with res until they are removed

I’ve looked into bases like that. I’m only lvl 23. And my ns is only 75k and my envoy is 31k. Most of the abandoned bases are 24+. And I have yet to be able to raid anything over a 19 without getting destroyed.

i havent been getting stuck that much. Usually when I am hunting faction ships game will crash as a trained fighter is homing in on me. Open the game back up to find my ship destroyed.
Game crashes actually stopped with the update prior to the new one for the animations. The animation update brought them back.

I've been having no trouble getting to 1600, but I've been doing it a relatively expensive way: Relocate to L31 Fed battleship system, hit 30s w NS, 31s w Kumari, and 32s w Saladin. Not sure how many repairs each one has but it usually takes less than an hour. I've been averaging about 3 reloc tokens and 20k officer per event session.

but clearing out the lower level reds helps 32s spawn more consistently, even if it means a bit more work.
relocating means you don't have to wait for warp time, and if you accidentally recall it's not even a minor inconvenience
but as I said relatively expensive in repairs and reloc tokens
I've been grinding Feds for Antares and Intrepid blueprints anyway so I was doing this already before the event even started 😛

At what point does the company win here? I love the community, but, there is a phrase "You can please some of the people some of the time, but, never all of the people all of the time" , and that honestly fits in here. They could give away lvl 28 faction ships, and those that already have them would complain. They could give away free Enterprises to everyone, and the complaints would roll in that no one could tier it up.. Take the small victories . This is a small event, to prep for something bigger to come. Ride it out, and , I hope I am not wrong by saying this, The next Big event, will be worth the wait. Chances are, i am wrong .. given the bug track record, but, I am hoping it is.

They used to not count towards events either, which was a real drag! Also, the new animations for Horizon mass swarming a fat base are dizzying. Very cool, while simultaneously blinding

I wish there were more regular missions. Most of the ones I have I cannot complete either due to warp distance or too strong of an enemy. More missions would alleviate some of the pain from the bad events.

We are used to rewards not matching effort for events, but it’s normally a trade, this one though, spend millions and millions in parsteel, and tons of speed ups, get a lot less parsteel and marginal amounts of UC, though not the UC you actually need most at the level you are at.
I think maybe this is very much the most useless event to date. That’s saying something

completing the event is not a problem at all. and probably good if I were to use no speed ups and just play casual for next 3 days. Given the length of the event, the rewards are definitely not proportional to time and effort.

I know. I actually opened a support ticket it’s so bad. Other players have reported getting uncommon crystal so I have no idea why this event is so broken.
It originally gave Jelly and presumably North Star or some other ship blueprints instead

This event is worse now. Spent 10 million in steel and well over 100k in dil and haven't even reached the first tier that gives 4 uc crystal

Economy needs more trit and dil parasteel is like water in the game there is so much of it everywhere there is really no need to give it as rewards on any event ever. Need to improve trit and dil levels in game

I average 1k a day WHEN I play. I "play" maybe 4 days a week. On other days I'm just doing dailies and events.
