They give a lot more power per structure than almost all the other buildings. If they included those, the events and even daily power would be easier to complete*. So as to not schew the power requirements, they don't allow it.. Example: you get 200 power from a factory, you get 2000 from a turret. (inexact numbers, but you get the point).

I am fine with not being able to build it until 18, that makes sense. Would have been nice to get the full blueprint before that though. Now, when my shipyard hits 18, I'll spend 5 days waiting for lootboxes, then prob a full day to build it and who knows how many days tiering it up before I can use it. Bought the Botany from the store. Systems in the Augment territory unlock 3-4 at a time, need to complete lots of missions to unlock more systems. Missions have nice rewards. There are not many corrupted data nodes (for the entire server), there will be fights over them.

For me, it started at 29k power, tiering it up once did not change the power. Not sure what will happen at late tiers, but so far it is useless. Mines corrupted data slower than a Horizon.

I believe event due was start today, but it would be a very dumb move, even for scopely to start an event when something as game breaking as repair speeds are broken. Surely even scopely wouldnt start and event with key sruff broken knowing it will make them a ton of money and cost the community double in repairs?

This bounty hunter attacks while. Mining is a huge effing mistake. Not only do I have to defend my ships from. Mining spot clickers. And ore srealers and people who just want power destroyed. But now a constant stream of seriously overpowered ships. A 30k botany Bay can't take on a 140k lvl 28 bounty hunter. And not all of us have paid for ships thst csn defend. There is now no way to mine in augment space. Fix this Frack up.

Seriously Scopely. @twilit imp This is this most overt Pay2Win statement you (Scopely) have made yet. The event is live, but currently only open to those that paid for the Botany Bay. Its clearer every day that you don't want F2P players or even P2P unless they are constantly buying every ship and expansion. Haven't been this way b4, but with the overt P2W set-up of this event, now seriously considering whether I'm gonna continue to support and play a game that is so overtly biased against F2P or low spend P2P.

@strange karma it may be level or augment rep dependant, as a token gets me 65 augment credits. Still totally useless though 😄
And I'm pretty sure the ship will be better at higher levels than the envoy, just that it will take a lot time to get it there. Still it's free for those who want to wait so pretty fine
