@terse canopy Power is not the end all be all. Having higher power does not guarantee a win. The NS, while it is pretty powerful at levels lower than yours, 18-20 range, once you start running into Kehras and Vaklas, it's pretty weak. Remeber, the NS only has one energy weapon that fires once per round. The Kehra has 1 Energy wepon that fires every round and 2 kinetic weapons, which are more powerful, that fires every other round. Basically, as strong as the NS is, it's still a survey ship. Similar to how you can kill traders that are more powerful than you, but fighting the same level warships you can not.

If so, what likely happened is the first attack where they triggered the 10m shield is off your combat logs. Therefore, it did happen, they waited, they came back, cracked you and drained you and all the hits from draining knocked the original hit off your list.
If this is not the case and you were there, then you should open a ticket.

yeah, Morale, Hull Breach and Morale also have hidden effects besides just the status. These hidden effects do not show in the combat log, but if you do the math it's there.

Hello, sorry to intrude. Is there a problem with the augment shop, it gives no more the BB ship parts and my colleagues are frustrated that they cannot build the BB. I asked them to check all missions are complete, they told me they got 30 parts from mission, then 12 from shop then no more. Is there an issue or is because of current event? I have 2 colleagues in this situation.

@native oyster that looks like the bottom of your combat log. The last few lines of the log get bugged and show old logs. The initial attacks are most likely already scrolled beyond your ability to see. If still concerned you can open a ticket in game and they can look at the entire list of logs and inform you of the results. But this is a common question here due to the last few bottom logs being bugged.

With my ship parked at my station, I click on systems in galaxy view to see how long it takes to warp there. When I click through a few systems and go back to any a second time, the calculated time to warp there is always different than the previous time I checked the route time. Why is it always different??? I can’t figure out the most efficient routes when the calculated time is never the same.

@misty quest from galaxy view it will pick a random spot in the system to arrive. Due to the time to travel from point of arrival in the system to the destination in the system times will vary. If you want it to be consistent you will need to choose where in system to arrive.
The game sound choose the quickest available warp path to you anyway though.

If this doesn't work or if you hadn't linked it properly previously you will have to contact customer support with details to try and recover your account.

@prisma otter I doubt it, it can happen. Go to settings in your game and make sure it's signed in. If it was linked properly it should confirm about which data to keep, and then you should be back to your regular game.
Failing that you will need to contact CS, which could take several days to get sorted..

Device issues - It is a possibility. Unless you were on a factory fresh, nothing else installed on it device, there is a chance other programs can interfere with your connection.
Connection also is something they cannot control. And noting the fact that no one, except the people literally on the physical server has a direct connection to the servers themselves.

Look at how the Internet is setup. If you know how to do a Traceroute, doesn't matter how fast your 'speed' of download/upload is on a test that 'finds the best server' out of hundreds if the speed test server you are connecting to is NOT the server you are having issues.
Again - Not being an apologist for Scopely, but you have to be realistic in what people can and cannot do.
Even Paid services, like Blizzard's game, they don't refund when they DO have a problem, and they are a subscription based service.
And the only time they do comp people, is if it is a MASSIVE blunder on their end and it is usually just some game time. Actual money? Hell no.

You will find that most games have a EULA that cover them on this. And the fact that you did not pay for the client, the game is a Free to Play. So legally, they have an out for that. The services you pay for are 'additional' packs which you are receiving, how you handle the resources you get is on you.
Again, not defending them, just pointing out that, legally, you don't really have a foot to stand on for that arguement.
Even World of Warcraft, where you are LITERALLY paying a subscription to play the game... I have RARELY seen them do much in the way of compensation unless it was something along the lines of game time.
Even when someone has had their account hacked, it takes literal MONTHS to fix it to a degree and you aren't guaranteed everything gets back.
The data mining nodes of a ship sitting on a node that isn't there is a known issue
You can hit those nodes to bump off the phantom ship and it won't pop your station shield.
At the same time, ones where it says your ship is on that node - You can actually see your ship getting 'targeted for an attack' when someone else does the same to one of those bugged nodes and you aren't really getting attacked.

@hazy herald normal, kumak as captain increase the stats of the crew during fights, when the fight is over, the stats go back to normal so all the bonus health you get from bonus stats vanish ^^ if you take lots of damage during the fight, more than the bonus health you got, at the end of the fight your health will go to 0 and you die ^^

@solar ruin I was in your exact circumstance last year. Had a 6s and crashing became more and more frequent as they added content. Upgraded my phone to an 11 pro max. And booya no more crashes. Definitely an issue with the amount of ram. With the 6s during quest events when systems would have 100+ people in one system, It would crash as soon as I entered the system. With the new phone i go weeks without crashing.

The events are nice but could the team focus on the bugs- game crashes far more frequently\ miners that are recalled and seem to drift off screen\ ship arrives in system and looks like it is warping constantly\ just lost my ship in hostile system due to crash - the game should have generated enough revenue by now to spend on a competent programmer and fix these issues- none of this is anything new

I will say I do enjoy the huge mining bonus added to the Botany Bays but the nodes being reduced to 10-100 only per node is a bit of a hassle. Yes keep the amount of data nodes in the systems the same but a plan to have them recycle at much larger numbers (amounts) would be much appreciated across all members of the game.

7 hours after 2nd issue raised on help, still no response and event is nearly over. We lose first because of this error, which you have said you are aware of. If you know it is an issue and are presented with evidence to prove, like I did, why have you not just given me the credit of trophies and then investigate what went wrong. If I supplied no evidence, then I understand the need to investigate first. This is really not good and explains why our server has gone very quiet......

@steady ingot you keep the cargo when destroyed in PvE, you lose it when destroyed in PvP. It's actually not entirely uncommon to have different mechanics for PvP vs PvE like that, but it's not explained in this game.

Epic Armadas have a long cool down as I understand, so if someone is doing them you could have a hard time finding them for a bit.
And I think that's the ascension event, that one requires you to do an epic Armadas to get the keys. The jellyfish event is just a spend event 😴

Bug report: I've noticed that when you attack a ship (reds for example) the EXP that pops up isn't the experience for the ship you're fighting but for your last battle instead. That's also why your first fight won't have any EXP pop up.

Pike only works on combat abilities, it's a visual bug that the app client adds stuff like warp range/speed or cargo

Also, one of the old bugs is back.... When you re install the app, during the first launch, it does not any touch inputs on ios... It went away during borg events but it is back now...

Moreover, it would be nice if we had a refresh button in all tabs... sometimes the events, dailies, or refinery and all do not show up.... The fix that CS gives is restart the app.... but login takes too much time.... sometimes the progress bar simply gets stuck at 76% and does not progress... for 10-15 minutes

Bug showing my alliance teammate’s ship out of the mine, but at the same time showing the mine occupied by her. However the mine was bugged as she wasn’t mining it (check mine rss between the two screenshots). Only solution was to warp the ship to another system, to which the mine reset and showed 18’000.

Bug causing completed buildings sometimes not to count toward the Power Creep daily. Note how I've completed the building daily (with a turret upgrade, in fact) but am 0/500 toward power creep. This happens fairly often, but only with buildings, not research.

Base shields that overlap are broken. I reset a shield with one hour left last night around 10:20pm with a new 12 hour shield. I had a notification that the shield dropped at 11:23pm last night And the 12 hour shield I used was back in my inventory.

After setting a shield, it is best ot log out and log back in to make sure it took.
Also, after doing so I would take a ss showing the shield being active, in the event it drops, as that is the only shot you have at getting rss back if it drops and you are vaulted.

Ship d is not on node. This occurs frequently on data mining, maybe a result of messaging being stacked. Can be cleared if ship d gets destroyed or returns to base

Actually, it can also be cleared when a non-alliance player 'attacks' the node.
Which also gives you an 'attack' warning temporarily for that ship.
But does not drop the attacking player's shield and resets the node to be used.
Events not getting rewarded/reset on daily timer unless restarting client - Even on clients that have been restarted an hour or two earlier.
Been that way since the Outlaws Patch. Most recent update at least fixed the Daily Goals issue not updating without resetting, but the Daily Events still has the bug.

It is because of base at higher level but I wish this issue was addressed... I'm at a point where all my ships and miners can hit warp 40 but event ships hold be back from moving my base to a higher warp range system because of those ships' warp ranges, like BB
We do have a research for increasing warp range at the end of galaxy tab, but it requires ops 40

Can you fix the Research event - SMS milestones for level 21? Usually on lvl 21, research takes about 10k dilithium, no 3* rss needed. So first milestone on 120k means to spend more than 120k dilithium, speed up 12 researches, to get 1 uc crystal and 64k tritanium? Funny 😉

Attempting to warp home will make it act like it goes but after reaching the home system it resets. Trying to travel in system gets : This ship can't set course in it's current state. If I do all the researches on lvl 21 at once, I probably won't be able to reach 3rd milestone of Research Event - SMS. Other events like Station, ship or officers are achievable (you can fully complete them on lvl 21), but on Research event - SMS, you are never even close to do milestone 1. So this event is useless.
I can post the ship upgrade - SMS for comparison. In ship event, you can finish it completely with 1 ship upgrade, if you decide to spend it.

We're having a lively discussion on my server currently on the customer service ticket screenshots of you admitting that shields are active during the period of people being raided and lose all their resources but your refusal to return those resources and just giving them a new shield. Like that somehow fixes the shield glitch that causes the timers to lose hours unexpectedly for some people, especially the 12 hour timer you introduced.
Don't see the irony in you admitting by returning the shield to the customer but not their resources? I do. I see it. You are all very aware of this glitch plastered all over reddit but refuse to fix it for over a month.

I don't think every other evil donator is there. Initially, there was a sharp jump in ships and development, half of them still use everyday life for mining.

The game platform is very unstable, the worse area is augmented space amount of node with registered ship on but completely clear, tonight it’s allowing to attack my own alliance ship. Personally had my same ship on three nodes.

😂 well we are obviously playing on different servers. The only thing these buggy nodes have done on my server is make people from different alliances work together to clear the nodes for each other so we can both get the data we need to complete the event.

@slender inlet if you've completed all of the missions and collected any that were available from the augment faction store you will need to contact customer support in game and explain as much. They changed the way that you earn the blueprints in this last update and several people have been unable to finish it, CS have mostly been helpful (though may need a few days).

This glitch is not only a pain in the patoot! I have had it not only refuse to let me back on after mining, it also removed the resources from my ship inventory and not credit me for the resources mined in the event. Watch your ship resources! I hope i am the only one experiencing this problem.

Yes, but when they say "guarantee rare shards" words mean things. There are plenty of rare officers I did not max and could have received shards for. How do I know how many shards I received from which officer and what the exchange rate is for transporter patterns. Best option is to give what they said they would give unless I had EVERY rare officer maxed. @stiff mulch

My base just got cleaned out with the shields up. I was 2 days into a 7 day peace shield that was supposed to expire around 9pm this coming Saturday, June 27. GXT alliance cleaned me out. Maybe the shield was down, but it shouldn’t have been until the 26th.
Pretty sure this is the second it has happened in the past week. The first time I wasn’t so sure, but this time, I am absolutely positive I had the 7 day peace shield going.
Just in case this happens again. This shield should be good for 7 days, 7ntil 7:18 PM PT 6/28.

@wicked narwhal they've changed the manner in which you collect the full set recently. If you have completed all of the missions you will need to contact customer support for the missing blueprints. You'll need to explain that you've completed the missions (they can check) and collected any available in the augment faction store, but only have X blueprints (I'm guessing 42?).

This is a recurring bug, time and time again. The devs need to build something to check for this. It seems to be very difficult to get support to believe you and they require screenshots that most people wouldn’t have

@south totem only the standard refinery. Other refineryn types, officers chests, etc have their own thing, but they're more transparent also.

Hey I don't know if this helps or is common for those on iOS but my device only seems to crash at three times. The two that happen after the game has been running for a while are: trying to go into the interior of my station, and trying to go into my ship list from the main screen shortcut. The third time is randomly during combat or moving around the screen in system view. Hope this helps

Lol on scopelys announcement about armadas. Some people have probably lost 1000’s of directives including rares and epics and they give 100 uc directives and don’t even mention if they fixed the issue.

scopely cheats on its customers. Guidelines that have been purchased in part will not be refunded, although Scopley is aware that there was a game error.
This 100 is nothing, a lot of player lost, ans a lot of players also lost rare and even epic ones

I've been killing hostiles in romulan lvl 35. Usually I do a round of 25 kills and get around 20% damage to repair. Today i killed 20... and almost dead. Anyone else with this issue?
I used same crew... but since yesterday I have new tier in ship and new weapons. So more power.
Another strange thing... I'm using bortas. And before everytime i killed one scout I had serious damage on my ship. And now... no damage at all.

I found a bug where refining 75k in the refinery only returns the same uncommon resources as 12k. It keeps occurring and is preventing anyone wanting to refine 75k at a time.

@thin hull that's not a bug, that's their RNG. Every chest gives you 2 rolls of any listed possible outcomes, this means there is a maximum potential 8 rolls and they can all be the lowest amount of common.
Long term results should trend towards more uncommon overall using more chests, but we're talking months of everyday use.

Fathers day pack didnt get credited to my account! I was charged by apple but didnt recieve the items that were in the pack and the alliance didnt get the alliance gift.

The North Star's 3* mining bonus seems to be completely broken. If I assign Jabilo M'Benga as captain, who only has a health of 14 for me, I have a 3* Crystal mining rate of 4680/hour. If I then fill the rest of the ship with officers and my final health rating is 3584, still with the same captain, my 3* crystal mining rate is still 4680/hour. There is no bonus applied for the health of officers on the ship. My NS is Tier 9, level 40 and should be getting a 0.90% bonus to 3* rates.

Clicking "mine" caused my ship to attack another player who got to the node before me.
I was playing the game way back when this was an everyday occurrence.
- Was this reverted back to the old game play purposely?

@dawn minnow I posted about scouts just above you and also wrote to scopely about it. To my problem they say scouts are random and it’s all luck.
I’ve never had a problem finding scouts anywhere. I’m now on day 4 in 36 & 38 fed space and not one!!!
If I go to rom or Kling, I see 3-4 per hour! But like you, chests haven’t given any messages there for me too.

@@scarlet sonnet I've been farming scouts since they introduced them and while there has always been variation in their respawn time I've never had this poor results for chest drops until recently. On multiple occasions the drop rate has been less than 30%

Yep, this is my experience too. Something has changed or bugged out but they say nothing wrong. Never had an issue until recently.

I didn’t have this issue before the last week or so, they were always spawning every 15-20 mins approx. I can grind in these systems for an hour or more alone at a time

My guess is that is really not a glitch, but; Scopely just tweaking the game how they feel is best.
One of the mods had admitted they do that to uncommon drop-down rates. As recently, since the bonus refinery started I have been getting three times my average normal amounts of uncommon. That will last until they decide I/we have enough.
Good you reported it, though, maybe; something will change!

- The changes of consistently in the game only add to the players dissatisfaction in the game.
I'll explain. If you consistently get X# of uncommon refining, then all the sudden you are consistently get three times that much, then admit, oh... well... we decided to do this now. Sure, more is a good thing. One might say the bad change will be when they decide we have enough uncommon and revert back to the smaller previous amounts.
I just don't see the point of having an unnecessary click in the game teasing us to think there is something actually random going on there when it isn't.

@young verge I havent experienced that myself yet 🤔,but probably a sync issue and can be hard to fix fully like other complex bugs(stuck in battle etc). Take screenshots next time you see an open node and then what happens after you hit mine and tag me or other Mods in here. I am sure it wont be easy to do that but would help us with escalating the issue to Devs
Yes they do fix bugs in almost every new update but some are more harder or has less priority so it takes more time while others gets fixed sooner(Panic actually asked this question from Kenser in the last Q&A/podcast, check #⭐-official-announcements for a link)

Went to upgrade my kvorts mining laser and after I got back to the ship upgrade section it upgraded the photon torpedoes which are about completely useless on a mining ship. Tired of the glitches! It’s going to take at least two weeks in the refinery to make that back. Contacted support 😂🤔

Certain players seem to have have a hack for this game!! Like recalling someones ship off of a mine or dropping a players shields, I've heard that lots of players have experienced this. Is it being or ever going to be looked into! Account/player hacking!?😡

I went to sleep after closing my game on a Latnium mine woke up and my miner has been recalled while I'm offline! So it's not a bug, it's a hack a account hack that scopely advisors have to rectify a problem or refund rss that were unfairly lost!!! Simple!!

If you have proof that another player has "hacked" your account or used some other exploit or 3rd party application to gain an advantage outside of the ToS for the game, provide it to customer service or in pm to Batman. Benefiting from your your misfortune or being in proximity is not proof of any wrong doing.

You would need to provide proof that players are doing something to indicate that they are doing something wrong.. they can't just investigate the possibility of hacking, which it's unlikely to actually be hacking either way.
Similarly when these same issues are raised as bugs (which you dismissed entirely) the Devs require further information in order to locate the exact situations that cause these issues.
Provide information that a hack, exploit, bot or other 3rd party tool has been used against you along with the player details that you're accusing to customer support. If they feel that there is something there then they will follow it up as appropriate.

@tropic glade I wouldn't waste your time. They will only take the mick out of you and have a laugh at you! Go on bug reporting in the game, through your in game settings screen. Which is at the bottom of your players I.d screen.👍🏽

@spark robin I dismiss hacking, as actual hacking is very unlikely and incorrectly used as a catch-all term.
You were initially advised that it was a bug, however you insisted that it is "hacking" and provided the comment that players in proximity to or benefiting from as evidence. Aside from proving nothing and likely meaning that a large number of players would fall under your definition of "hackers", this is a bug reporting channel (as you've pointed out) and not the place to raise concerns regarding "hacking". I've explained what you need to do if you think you have been "hacked", forward details and evidence to customer support, whether you choose to follow it up is up to you 🖖
