Hi, I'm a low level player. After researching the Phindra at level 10, should I be able to build it straight away?
I was told by support that I need to get blueprints before I can build it. Looked at the wiki and says level 17 system will drop. The hostiles in 17 are 12k strength and my maxed out orion only has 2.4k.... How in the world am I supposed to get blueprints for Phindra?

SHips, my own and other keep getting stuck doing hte warp animation. Also, I still keep getting a graphiical area where ship levels disappear and missions are not visible. This is only fixed by restarting the app, and often re-occurs a few screen-swwitches later.

Hello, Pikes Captain Skill does not work on TPring. When placed in the D'VOR e.g. together with Pike and Moreau, it displays massive increased protected cargo. But if you get attacked, you loose all overload that should have been protected, too. You have to fix this! Either communicate that this does NOT WORK, or remove the wrong display making you think you have a lot more protected cargo.

Basically only you who is seeing your ship doing that.

Events themselves with the client build have been 'questionable'. Like Daily Events, I reset the client earlier today, go in there around the time they should have updated for the Daily Rep, couldn't see the Daily Rep Events until I reset the client again.
Also, seeing that sometimes ships are showing as 'warping' even though they are 'Zzz' in some systems. Have to go into Galaxy view and then 'Locate' them to see them in their proper status. This happens often, just going to a ship and see it still 'transitioning' in the 'local' view, but going Galaxy then back in, it looks fine.
Seeing also a lot of 'artifacting' in the game. Like I literally saw a station icon in the Adelphi system (A known Swarm only system)
And Phantom ships are back - Hostiles that occasionally 'drift' across the system you can't target, that then eventually stop at a point and don't go away.
And the ever present 'busy bee' bug. Either your ship or a random player ship is seen by a client as just wriggling around, like some 5 year old hitting all over the screen, but if you go galaxy view and then back to it, it is fine.
I think some communications from Client to Server are having some serious disconnects or no real reasonable way of 're-syncing' at times, as evident with the Events and even with News, where I have seem some news showing 'Retrieving' and sitting like that until you reset the client.

No, it will just give you some reputation and credits to/from each one depending what you choose. There's no instant switch for factions that I've heard of, otherwise people would be saying not to do that until after locking your first one and then easy done..

You're never stuck, unless you've locked it (but that's not a bad thing). I'm respected with Klingon and Federation, and I'm associate with Romulan on the way to respected. Some people also change factions midway for ship reasons, though it can be a lot of work depending on your ships.
You should have 3 or 4 missions there with gold borders on them, can't be archived. What are they?

If you want to change faction you're not that far negative into Romulan, take a bit of work still but you can flip that around. Just need to hunt Federation traders, or klingon if you wanted to lower the Klingon and work on fed too. Doing Romulan missions too. Just have to stop doing dailies and missions for klingon until you flip it (or grind even more traders).

There's a limit of 30 battle reports, anything before that is not visible. There's also a bug with battle reports where the last few are often older reports that should not be there, though honestly it seems less an issue in your case.
If you want the full list of when you were hit you will need to contact customer support for the details.

Resetting doesn't bring them back, it causes the bug.. every time you start the game up you have dud logs. That's what my screenshots demonstrate.
If they took no cargo it's because they were full already, possibly hit a second time by mistake.

The amount of times the game freezes are shuts down is now getting rediculous. The amount of resources lost from repairs after your ship is destroyed by a hostile whilst frozen is annoying. However, my screen time has reduced dramatically from the automated shut down every 5 minutes.

I think the rewards for the Battlepass are bugged. A level 12 station is earns a 2* crystal and ore, but 3* gas. A level 18 station earns just 2*. Also, I would buy the elite token if it offered 3* for the level 18 station. At 18, there are plenty of sources of 2* and it’s not worth paying for.

The armada event is pretty worthless at this moment. You can't see anyone at the armada then, after you launch the armada, the flag and the ships of someone else who launched the armada before you suddenly show up. Make it so that people can't launch an armada if it's already taken by someone or fix this issue if you insist on us fighting for the targets.
And you can't even cancel the armada to launch a new one... this during an event that has so few targets that they're gone in minutes and don't respawn for hours.

@carmine bridge you’re supposed to decide WHEN you want to fight for an armada. You prepare strategy, send ships and ask for backup. You also have some people who can’t fight back (almost any middle alliance or rank 25-50). Only a selfish person would think that this bug is okay
Also you should be able to decide against WHO you want to fight, imagine it’s your allies who have started at the same target. Please it’s not okay, it’s a horrible bug

I log a support ticket, automated response either asking for more info even though I’ve posted screenies and full explanation a few days later or even better they just close the call. I run a data centre for the nhs in the uk and I can tell you from the persistent kick outs, the lag, the fact that it glitches so much worse when this data event is on that it’s a problem with the hardware not being up to the job... they will 100% know this and either can’t or won’t either migrate them to something more robust or throw more umph at it

The events are impossible to effectively participate in. Far too many armadas are started only to find 2 or more alliances had already started against a target but weren’t shown. Chat is laggy to try and coordinate. Mines tell you your ship is on it when it isn’t so you have to abandon the spot and struggle to find another. This really is beyond frustrating!!

Bug Report: I used about 15,500 Uncommon Credits for the Uncommon Armada Surge Pack. I turned in 5 Times at about 3100 Uncommon Credits each , and I won at least 6000+ Uncommon Directives and 15 Rare Directives. When I checked my Inventory the Credits I used were gone, but the Directives I won were not added.
I restarted the game, updated the app, restarted again, and I still lost the armada credits, and never received the directives I won. Please fix and compensate. Thanks

I got frustrated and stopped playing after loosing my last rare directives after I checked the armada multiple times to makes sure there was no one on it and as soon as I launched, oh hey, 9 minutes left on someone elses. This would be great if regular armadas respawned like the borg ones. Between the BS with the Armadas, the BS with the data mining, and the general glitches the two are causeing on the server such as having to restart the app twice just to see my node to reset it and swap my miners, I'm playing less rather than more cause I just don't wanna deal with that crap

Good afternoon all. Just like to say that eu sever 145 is currently see a very large amount of lag. This is causing systems not to display upto date information suchs as if an amarda target is there, is currently targeted. When data mining it is taking noticable time for the lol up window to display also. Also due to the large amounts of amardas beging started as currently we only have a few systems that have any left except epic levels most uncommon and rares have been destroyed. Thanks

You don't have to join each one during these battle pass events. So just do them. Pay attention to the notification ticker at the top of the screen to keep track of your points.

I do want to report this issue as customer service keeps blowing me off and not investigating this.. my store in game has always shown the 99.99, 49.99, and the 19.99 june packs to have the same counters and never faultered.. never had different counters.. when the navi packs came out my entire store shuffled around.. not just new packs comong in but the entire store resorted as well as the 19.99 june pack vanished.. i did not lvl nor did anything else change.. just the navi pack coming in.. i was looking to buy that 19.99 june pack as well as another fellow alliance member so ita not just me.. there are several of us that it vanished on.. why would it vanish when it had the same counter as rhe others? And can this be fixed? I dont have another 30 to spend to get the bigger pack and there for cant afford it so its bs that it even vanished to begin with..

My augment ultra chests dropped only 2 shards each (one of which converted one shard to officer xp in each box). The info says they should be dropping five shards. Either it was a display issue in each box, where it was really 4 shards converted to XP, or a drop count problem

One of the criteria for packs offered in store is your spending history. As you buy more packs they will start to remove the cheaper variants @frail monolith there are several hidden criteria for packs, unfortunately only some details are known by players.

@sand delta there is a display bug with shards converted to XP. I've had 1 T'laan shard shown, converted into an odd looking XP, and then earned 10 points in an officer shard event (T'laan will not award any points on mine).

@frail monolith I didn't say what the points were where it changes, but if you have been buying packs it will stop offering you cheaper packs. Where the line is I cannot tell you, but it you buy one or two choice packs it's very possible you'll be locked into just elite like I am.

Questionable business practice for sure @frail monolith they "tailor" offered packs to players. If you've bought anything since the last standard variantm was offered then this is the likely issue. Unfortunately the criteria is largely a secret, I know vaguely about 4 but there are more..

Well i barely buy much and have never bought a monthly pack before.. i have a friend that helped me buy what i did and he gave me an extra 20 for my bday and was going to buy my first monthly pack and all this bs starts... cant get more $$ out of someone who doesnt have it.. sure way to make less money..

Fyi the math matches what you saw order2chaos. I got one rare shard, one blueprint, and two uncommon converted to xp. In the officer event, i got 130 points, which maps to 8 uncommon 10pters, one rare 50ptr
So 4 uncommon in each box converted to xp, but displays one shard
