After the latest patch, nodes are supposed to reset immediately after you step off of them without having to refresh the system. While the node details are visible, recalling your ship resets the node but the reset is not reflected in the details view. You have to close it and then reopen it again to see the reset.

Got such error. Moving ships to base, restart app, clear localisation, reset device, reinstall app, change Internet provider - all these steps didn't solve the issue. Only downgrade to version from 29 oct 2019 helped me to set base shields.

Bug report for 8.1 - Clicking on a mission planet Gufenik in Afritalis makes a pop up message of "Communication Error - Request already in progress." Same with click on 'Set Course' will generate this popup. Ship will go to planet but can consistently make that error message pop up doing that.
Looks like you can consistently get that tapping on any of the mission planets. Hitting confirm will let you see the mission planet box and further action like looking at the missions there (Which shows 'Settings') or Set Course will also generate the error message, but will follow up with doing the action.

@oblique halo yep, seems the latest patch has removed many npcs from systems. Ascher in fed space (lev30-32) is empty. A few other people have been reporting different systems on my server. This is probably why changes are made infrequently. I'm not sure if anyone understands the code they're employed to change

@tight flare if you scroll up I had this exact same problem earlier. The way I fixed it is to get someone to attack your base, it will jogg you out of the glitch by your base activating it's auto shield

@true steppe The only old log reports you should see will be at the bottom of your list when you first start the app. It shows one battle for the station and each docking port so you can always see how a ship died or how your station faired in the last attack.

when using Domitia or helvia in any ship, my estimated time of travel get scewed for all ships (when exiting warp and enters system, ship jumps directly to targeted node, and sleeps until server time is correct, which is sometimes up to 1 minute)

@nova panther I actually had the same issue. Did game update this morning. It all seemed to work pretty well, but suddenly a notification on a received help for an upgrade got stuck. It stayed there until I received another notification for help. Then it disappeared. Also had overlapping notifications. I entered hostile romulan system, Got the usual "we are angry go away" red message and an overlapping "You received help" notification.

Since update, the auto-return feature when your ship goes to a node that you’re currently mining has stopped working. Result is both ships stay at the node, but neither is mining. Has been working very well for a couple weeks.

"today I only got common" "today I got uncommon and common" "today I got 1 rare and 1 rare but not in the third material refine" .. we as humans look for patterns, I have people who swear the refinery changes the moment an event is in swing that offers uncommon or rare such that the refinery doesn't give it so you are encouraged to play the event. Pretty sure I got my 10 rare during one such event. I tried keeping track of refinery output vs input vs raw materials on hand for quite a while. never could discern a pattern.

@haughty zodiac the oxp is expensive if you don't have enough, but some require faction credits and officer badges, be careful what they ask for vs what you have.
and if you ever need more oxp don't forget to daily claim your shards in the augment store by keeping your data reserves so you can buy the augment credits daily and do as much as possible on the augment (kan's crew) officer chests. As soon as you reach max shards for an officer (regardless of whether or not you have promoted them) you start getting oxp instead of that officer. I've landed on a lucky set of maxed officers in there and with 2 chests net'ed 61k oxp ... 😉

Whenever I click on a planet to hide on, it gives me a notification that the action is already in progress. It then backs out, and lets me resume the original intention. A couple of times now, it has gotten caught in a loop keeps telling me the action is in progress, and I have to reset.

Fix Swarm Space spawns in lvl 32/35 space. Been going on since last update. Cant do dailies. Cant do Event.
Not getting any compensation, and just a bunch of copy/paste BS from Support team.
This response from Update Day is completely useless.
We have all been unable to receive daily rewards, missed out on Daily Tokens, Swarm Biomattwr, and now Uncommons from Event Rewards.

@fair pagoda You are better off just calling your car dealership. You are likely to get a better more competent answer from them. This game has no support. But if you do want to be ignored in the order you are received then check the google play STFC page and the support contact info is there. Or in game click your Starfleet icon, select settings then go to legal/help then to help/faq then select one of the topics at the top of the list then keep selecting unto you see a banner at the bottom that says was this helpful. Select no( because not much is helpful) then select contact us. You should be able to send a message.

@fair pagoda if your base is stuck and can't relocate, you need to find a friend to hit it with a ship. Make sure to move your ships out, so that your starbase is damaged. Then repair and move

@signal sleet you need to contact support in game, and provide them with your player ID, and which dock is your stuck ship occupying. Only they can reset it.

@native oyster We have had several folks reporting having had shields up and still getting raided. Usually by one particular alliance. The only time I've had shield issues was when that no-warning maintenance killed mine. Wonder if there is some new exploit...

RSS math for repair is still screwed up. I have more rss than repair requires (by 98 dil) and it still throws the error that I don’t have enough RSS. This is a math programming error that has been around for a while.
I tapped on my generators a few min later, got about 140 more Dil, then the repairs started, leaving me with 71 Dil, indicating that the math error is in the display of what is required to repair.

So not sure if this has been noted or brought up but i believe i have found a bug with research application. Some of the researches that reduce trit cost and such appear to be not working correctly in conjunction with Latium. on my Horizon i went to do the Impulse engine upgrade, was 500K Trit short so i went to do the upgrade and it said do you want to use Latinum for the missing amount, i hit go ahead and it purchased the upgrade but them i had 2.1 million Trit (remember i was 500k short) in my resources when it should have been used up and the Laitnum i used is still missing. So basically the game stole my latinum for a Trit rebate? that is not how i was understanding it would work. Based on the researches it says that it makes things more affordable so in that mentality the final price should be what i see and not this latinum rebate that is happening. I will officially report the bug but i wanted to put it here because it honestly feels like a huge scam.

I'm not sure if this is a bug or something that I've just not heard of, but as you can see, after 1 fight with a miner, my hull looks basically new. Combat log supports that I only took a few thousand in damage, at most, and no tricks from the other ship or crew.
But I'm down a huge chunk in reality.
I've had several fights that ended like this where I win, combat log shows me surviving the fight, but then my ship is actually destroyed - it's like I take a mandatory 5 to 10% damage at the end of fights. I can't find a rhyme or reason for it.
