@severe bough probably something changed in regarding to how settings are stored, which also means something like an index file that contains the id's of conversations you had
for example, every time you reinstall the game, you get everything again (the warning about mining being dangerous, needing to walk through all officers and ships coz they are marked new, battle reports you marked as read being unread again etc)
I guess they are finally going to move those to your account settings stored on the accounting server instead of storing these locally
which would improve playing with the same account on multiple devices
(if you read a report on device a, it would be marked read on device b as well)
or something else changed making it disappear, I see that on my ipad too

if you haven't done so yet, make a screenshot of settings -> general on your old android, the same on the new iphone, label them correctly when submitting (so they know old and new)
I am not 100% sure support itself has the tools to make a platform change, if not, then devs need to do that which may take a bit

The pop-up message doesnt disappear anymore. It just stays there, nicely over my chatwindow. Restarting fixes it, but next message will again be stuck up there

and trying to kill the other ship hunter (or suicide on it) with the ship which has to go home

I target it, the ship icon has the "crosshair" icon, like when you aim with a rifle
but then when it gets on the hunter it goes Zzz, and the hunter goes on
I chase it across the system, I ambush it, I try to suprise it, nothing, target-Zzz, target-Zzz, target-Zzz
that makes impossible to switch miners...
sometimes, e.g. with the Franklin, the attack is delayed, that is, it goes Zzz 3 or 4 seconds, but then it attacks
instead in the miners switch case, the attack never happens
It happens to me in Lankal, about 7-8 times in 10. since a copuple weeks, not before
when it's the Sala attacking, it might succeed at 3rd-4th attempt
when it's the Horizon turn, I can hunt the hunter for an hour and never reach it - or rather - it always reaches it but never engages battle
except 1 or 2 times in 10, if i'm lucky, even the Horizon manages to battle at first attempt
I tried to restard the app, with the result that sometimes the 2nd ship gets reached by the hunter
I even tried to restart the phone... 🙄

My ship C went to mine a node. It was attacked but due to Vemet came back to life. This is great but the node I was killed on is still being mined and it is saying it is my Ship C. As you can see it is on a differnt node. It will continue to think my ship is there until I leave the the system.

I’m encountering a problem where I cannot repair my ship even though I have just enough resources. I keep getting an error message about not enough resources even when I have 1k tritanium extra. This has happened 3 times and previously resolved after a reset. Not this time.

I have been stuck without the basic ability to relocate my base for four days (yes base is repaired and all ships at home). This is the second time this bug has happened in the last month. Right now the response is “no ETA” for a fix. Unacceptable for a basic and critical game play function required for completing quests and effective raiding.
This game has a lot going for it and a lot of positives. Bugs like this are not what should be in a high quality and maturing game.

randomly don't hit 'recall' right before attacking a trained fighter. it flips between destroyed and warping in the drydock and now I can't repair my ship till I guess the 5m warp is done.
not surprinsgly, once the warp + destroyed state changed to just destroyed (since warp concluded) repair was possible

Vemet seems to corrupt a node if captain and you get hit whilst mining. You have to move nodes, but the game shows you as mining both nodes. This appears to everyone in game top.

@lucid vigil yes it happens to me too. the node will remain broken until the ship with vemet is recalled back home. It is just a game bug, recalling ship always fixed the node for me. I generally just attack the hunter with miner first before sitting on a node to avoid this.

Are you guys planning on fixing Nero within the estimated lifespan of the universe? Having him broken really jacks up the Romulan officers.
If you don't know how to fix him, here's what you do.
Set the number of rounds he burns the enemy ship to the current number +1. It does not matter what the current number is - burning lasts one too few rounds. So, add 1 to that number.
If course, this presumes that someone knows how to write one of any number of loops or counters in your code.
It is embarrassing to have someone so important to the game broken for so long.
How am I supposed to recommend this to others when something so simple and obvious remains broken for so long?

I’m on server 27 and we’ve been noticing several nodes disappearing lately from different systems. From both Neutral and Faction space. And not all at once either. First one I noticed was a week or so ago in Aerimea(Rom space). And today, right after the Jailbreak Event started, a crys node just vanished in Tejat. I’m pretty sure a Decoded Data node in Vellamo also vanished very recently. Any other servers have this issue? Care to comment @Scopely ?

I just got a notification that my station was being attacked, except the battle report showed it happened 22 minutes ago. After I clicked on the notification, I started getting notifications for stuff that happened 2 hours ago. Then it took about 10 minutes of just cycling through old notifications to finally show the ones about my station getting attacked.
This problem if notifications getting back logged happens pretty frequently.
They also block the chat area, so why waiting for 10+ minutes if old notifications to finally disappear, it's very difficult to use the chat or switch chat tabs.

Issue on server 26, certain systems won't populate with ship info. This has been happening since ferengi update. This is an example of morska. I've talked to others that have same issue. Reloading app does not always fix issue. It just seems luck of the draw when you leave system view and come back whether it populates

Why is Uncommon Material harder to get than Latinum now?
Ive got MILLIONS in rss and am stuck waiting weeks for uncommon material from refiner that laughs at me.
I can refine lat so got tons of lat yet still cant do anything till i get uncommon... not even rare. Just uncommon.
Here is a Bug. Im in Yarda mining Decoded Data. I have an excess of 30k over. I get hit for the over and ship is returned to base. I dont recieve the protected amount of decoded data. In fact i lose it all.
So dont get hit in augment space if your mining. You wont gain what you mined even if protected

I go op in data all the time. I time it by how long the average player takes to fly through augment space to get to me, usually 7-10 minutes. once i hit the 6 minute mark i usually recall, I like to watch the system for a couple minutes after, usually 50% of the time someone shows up disappointed and upset at having to deal with a 10 minute warp home with nothing.

@unreal pilot that K'vort hit is hurtful. Thankfully haven't seen any maxed faction miners yet on my server. And yes a pvp band change needs to be done for 36+. I suggest build few 100m parsteel war to discourage these attacks or move up to 28 for the 4th dock and turret if you think you can manage ops 28 events.

@blissful venture there's at least 6 people with K'vorts that powerful on our server, that one in particular though like to steamroll across the galaxy hitting every unshielded base he can without even scanning to see who's home. he rarely loses regardless of what ships are home. @vital folio no, all my turrets are maxed and all my defense research is maxed. that's the maximum amount of defense a level 27 base can have as far as i can tell.
even have a couple levels in galaxy research for defense. it doesn't help against these kind of odds.

When will the game stability improve? Getting stuck in battle and having to log out and in or getting mixed-up chat screens where galaxy chat shows up in alliance chat windows etc are all not very handy for a war game, where you may have to react fast.

solution: sign responses in order to ensure the client received complete answers verifying their integrity
should solve a LOT of issues people having that resolve themself when restarting, as it forces all data to be reloaded

I nearly rage quit this morning. Last night at 11:04pm I activated a 8 hour shield for the night. I saw the shield timer say 7h 59m. I woke up at about 4:45am hearing a notification sound from my phone. It was me getting cleaned out. This is the 2nd time this has happened to me.

they queue in the notification like 20 minutes before they are actually needed
in order to ensure they arrive on time
noticed it by seeing notifications arriving at the time a repair would have been finished if I didn't use speedups, or empty the generators and receiving them to be full at the time they would have been
they need to implement a check that if the reason why a notification is queued in is no longer present and the message is still queued, to delete it to get rid of this confusion
but in the end, the only thing I read from your statement is that you want the shield to work for 15 instead of 10 minutes, thats something that should go to #💭-suggestions as 'please increase the temp bubble from 10 to 15 minutes'

Sorry I’m Game bug-report is in the iPad Version not possible, because can‘t upland any screenshots. The picture frame size is too big, no send or enter button ... ? System (40) Nibiq near the Klingon region is not playable, the compete game stuck. Only exit in a other Screen 📺 is possible like Settings or the Home System with the Basis.
