@azure ridge there is a random bug occurring between rep 1 mil to 1.2 mil some people, myself included are getting 2 sets of faction dailies. I would hazard a guess that you have pushed beyond 1.2 mil faction points so now only have the stronger one. Dailies increase at the mid point between reps as well. In your case at 1.2 mil points.

If you only get the extra health during combat, and that extra amount exceeds what you have left after combat, you end up with zero health once combat ends. Thus boom, bye bye ship. It’s a coding glitch, they need to recode it so the removal of the extra health can only take you to 1 Hull health. That’s how other games I’ve played have done stuff.

Started 2-3 days back. 1 case in my alliance, 3 cases in our allies, multiple others on the whole server. i was hitting a base to try and defend my alliance members, and they used a peace shield before combat ended. according to the battle report, my ship was destroyed, but its just stuck there now

@zealous grove Shield malfunctioning reports are multiplying on all servers. I can confirm 8h shields are not safe and also if you dock all your ships doesn't help. Might be worth a investigation video and finer analysis what the cause is or how to prevent it, maybe you can pull some good sources of information. Scopely keeps us in the dark, so far everything is working as expected..

It happens quite a bit, ships appear to warp to home while fighting hostiles and are unavailable for several minutes.

I would surmise that the actual hit or hits that destroyed your ships is no longer in your battle log and all that you can see now is the ships hauling off loot. This is how base raiding occurs and nothing sounds abnormal. Providing additional info may prove differently. But so far sounds like it is working as intended

@woven thunder nope still normal i would say the battle logs last 3-4 entry’s are usually bugged and don’t drop off properly. For instance your very last entry is from 5days ago. I still say the logs showing the initial base attack killing your ships have dropped off. Your only way to find out for sure is to open and ingame ticket and ask them to check the logs.

Shouldn’t be too hard to look at the log and see when 1800 latinum was added then look to see if 7000 frequency mods were added too
To add insult to injury, the Sunday swarm event is on and my franklin didn’t get the upgrade I needed to complete event.

It happens. Sometimes it can take days to reset. Ive had Vemet stuck twice. Be sure to include which drydock your stuck ship is assigned to.
And dont get hit on a data node while using Captain Vemet... or any other node

@fervent kernel it's possible the player had 2 Kehras. you can have multiples of the same ships if you get enough blueprints and build them.

I did just experience the bug where my ship was at warp and the Romulan Patrol was able to kill me. Was in warp for almost 1 min heading home on a recall.

So far as I have seen, the contents of generators are included in the protected and would be there even after a drain. Pretty much impossible actually get to 0 of the 3 main resources. But he/she can file the ticket with CS and they can see what happened.

It doesn't state "+1 refine when refining 3★ Crystal Bonus", it states "+1 refine when refining 3★ Crystal".
All other research enhancements have always explicitly stated what is affected, not implicitly.
The Prime doesn't enhance the bonus and it shouldn't. The bonus refinery is a bonus. An added extra on-top of everything else.

That has to be the worst excuse i ever heard. Scopely releases the prime packs 1 week before a refinery event and no where is it mentioned that you will not get the bonus on the event. When raw materials go through the refinery they are being REFININED "+1 when refining 3* crystal" that is a broad statement that applies to all 3crystal unless specified. I like the new tabbed refinery but there is a problem with the Resources tab. For the other tabs, you can tap the "View" button which takes you to another screen where you see the amount of materials you have to refine and choose how much to refine or can back out of the refinery without using any of your materials. The Resources tab only allows you to refine without showing you how much Biomaterials you have to use unless you don't have enough. TLDR? Pretty pictures ahead...

Best officers against hostiles in Kumari is Kadett Uhura as Captain, Kadett Kirk as officer and rhird officer if u attack interceptor tlaan but if u attack Explorer Chen. The resr of crew is gorkon, kirk and nero. With this combinarion i can kill 11-12 swarm lvl26 with my kumari 280k

vemet is useful only if you get killed in space. on a base, you're stuck. on a mine, well, your ghost lingers even if your ship leaves, and anyone who lands on the mine you got killed on will kill you.

I have had better success with cadet crew then strongest attack officers you have on the deck (for me this is cadet uhuru cap, cadet kirk, instructor spock... deck crew otto, chang, barot)

Target a ship and let your ship head to that target, while you target another ship and wait until your ship hits first target. This causes the attack button to be greyed out (normal), However, if you tap on that greyed out button you get greeted with toolkit header dialog. On our server we have a rule that miners over capacity are fair game.....so understandibly these reports from the two players differ dramatically on that - not only the fact there is cargo...but the fact there is different hulls different time stamps different everything!

@tidal epoch if you are reduced to zero points, you are rank 0. Just like in solo ranked stuff if you don’t earn points you are also rank 0. Find out who isn’t shielded and losing points, and go from there. The one good thing is once you are at 0 points, you cannot go negative.

Server 027 here. Been methodically testing level 29-32 faction explorers for two weeks and can't get a 3 star explorer part to drop. All drops have been battleship and interceptor parts. Tried all three of my ship types and even tried all three hostile ship types. Still no go and Kevin from support has been less than helpful. Any other servers seeing the same?

@uneven jay Game does not add to your cargo mining results until mining is finnished, for example before mining event you can start mining and it kickstarts your mining event after you leave the node. I believe its to reduce servers load. Cargo load on other hand is added current mining progress (which I think may be counted only on client side until mining is done) AND cargo.
Anyway, Im not 100% sure that it works exacly this way, but it all looks like that.

I sent ship A home and moved ship B to mine rock. B was setting just off rock when i move it to mine the rock. An hour or so later i got back on and found my ship B way off the rock not mining. No hits. No one was there before me. Yet now i lost the rock. Another clitch where i cannot move my ship see the rocks after moving ship A back and i have to reboot to get it all to work. Now i lose a 2nd rock. That 2 rocks lost in about an hours time , because of clitches . Please see what you can do. I attach picture

Weirdest bug happened. I'm not 100% sure what happened, but I have a guess.
I had a ship mining in Romulan space. I'm Federation. After my faction standing improved, the mine depleted and I reset the node. I had been mining for a couple hours in system already. I think at that time the game saw me as re-entering the system and sent a Fighter. I can't think of any other explanation.

The “incoming attack” red flashes on the sides of the screen get stuck when the ship returns to safety. Specifically when it enters a base.
Also - in chat, if you select something in the middle of your text to edit, although the preview shows the entire sentence, all text after the edit does not show after sending.
Which is a common problem as the lack of any spell check means that editing text is a necessity.

I have had the same problem as @cerulean saffron. The red alert sounds twice and the ship stays in battle mode for a time that is not predictable. 30 seconds to several minutes. Sometimes a refresh is required to clear it. This is a large problem in hostile space sine the ship is unresponsive to commands and moving away from the fighter or bounty hunter is not possible until this cleared. Refreshing in advance does not seem to prevent this nor does resetting device.
I play on a 2018 iPad Gen 6. All resources are beyond what’s requires for STFC. iOS is 12.2 current is 12.4.1.

There is another base that is unshielded and can't be attacked. It is in Server 20, Yesop -287, 212 player Wldbil73. All players on the server are affected. Video at https://youtu.be/OV3ymYHlnhc. I submitted via trouble ticket and was told to make sure my client app was up to date and all that other nonsense that would only apply if it was a problem only I saw. They didn't even check it out themselves.

Having an issue with tiering up my ship and didn't see it covered in FAQ. I'm stuck unable to tier up my Kehra because of an error message that says another ship is currently repairing. Clearly all 3 of my ships are fully repaired, can be launched and enter combat successfully and return and be repaired. But still the Kehra says a ship is repairing when I try to tier up.

@kind bridge Please cycle through all the ships in your shipyard and ensure none of them are already tiering up in the background.

@native oyster I've done as you suggested. Went through each of my ships one by one, sending them out to fight at hostile then returned and repaired each on after the fight. Still will not allow me to tier up the Kehra.
