Mining timers seem broken. One of my timers just hit 0 when the node still had 800 gas left in it. My ore miner says it will only take him 30 mins to complete mining (4023 per hour). Node still has 3285 ore left in it though. Doesnt add up.

You would have completed the research while it wasn’t in station so the game is giving you the timer but the upgrade hasnt been applied to the ship properly
All ship research (afaik) and even the Officer Ones will require a visit to the station to get the perks properly

I’ve waited 24 hours after updating the app, all of my ships have been home multiple times, and I’ve cleared localization multiple times; however, my survey mining rates and protected limits remain the same as before the patch. Everyone I’ve talked to, across multiple operating systems, said theirs increased even before they updated. Is this a known issue?

No my swarm kills now missing (3) level 18 swarm kills. I am using an iPad plus I have other problems since update. When attacking the swarm it will just sit there and I have to hit attack three times before it will proceed with the fight.

COOL! The latest update has made it so I can't play at all anymore. I'm still affected by that Unity update that caused an issue with anyone not using an android/apple phone. x86 is a port, not far off from emulation. and it's not officially supported. that's what i'm saying.
not that i'm trying to defend the developer, but the game is optimized for specific software on specific hardware. anything outside that range is almost guaranteed to have issues. It's the risk you run unfortunately.

I am fully aware of what it is. It's literally Android 7 for x86 devices. BUT THAT'S NOT WHAT IS CAUSING THE ISSUE!! It worked perfectly fine until the Unity update. This issue affected everyone, including those using Chromebooks (a legit device with legit software) and all emulators. SO... what caused the crash had nothing to do with the legitimacy of the system. The game has an issue caused by the Unity update where the game crashes when the base loads up initially.

It was the update that caused that crash, and they made an older apk available for folks to use until a fix was deployed. That was one, two updates ago. I asked what the update was, and I was told (by someone with a red name) that it was a Unity update.
7.6 update, or the one right after. I forget exactly which one.

@plush epoch The math is correct. All bonuses are supposed to be factored in before indicating the mining rate in the bottom right corner. The NS doesn't include it's G3 bonus to this though but all the other ships usually have it nailed. Here is an easy to use spreadsheet formula that helps with determining how long mining should take given a specific rate. The current load is what you would enter if you already had rss mined so this would be subtracted from your goal.

- Completely repair the damaged base.
- This should update the ‘current state’ of your base, allowing you to move again.

The timer when mining with the NS on nodes larger than the cargo hold.
(Reason I know this is because our GMC general mining agreement in warp 40+ systems).
The timer indicates the time left until empty rather than the time left until full.. I had a full 20 min left according to the timer while my cargo was full. Can this be fixed please?

i tried BS4 & Memu, while I was able to log in, they both had issues with LAG, a different galaxy view (Gridlines which made me sick) and that was if the game started at all

bug report, ships useing mining captains with new mining speed increases works. however the countdown timers appear to be tiead to old mining principles, resulting in zero nodes with 5 mins left on the node.according to the countdown clocks. dont trust the clocks.

New galaxy research done note the time above my ship in all cases and the timer on the node(at 💤 the node timer says 10.5 min remaining) for @everyone ‘s knowledge go with the timer your ship says not what the node says. This will prevent the node from being taken from you on 0.(also reporting this to scopely)

Has been baiting people whom have fairly attacked him opc, or just people he doesn't like by very carefully laying out a list of personal assaults, like for example myself, he insulted my wife and children! Then when you respond with anything that's colorful at all, he reports them to get banned!!! He used to go by artamisprime, not sure exacty what he's currently going by, (can't access my account) lol this guy is definitely a" bug" don't let yourself get deceived by him

Shield Modification does not provide the advertised 30% increase after the first research.
Shield health for my Centurion increased 9k (10% of original shield health).

All the calcs work off the base amount... Otherwise you get runaway numbers

My base was attacked last night by this ship. My auto shield didn’t raise as the next attacked occurred within a minute. I had two ships , both stronger than this ship, docked and both were destroyed. I lost 30m tritanium in the attack. I want that replaced as well as the resources necessary to make repairs.

The increase on my current shield health was a little over 7%.

On the subject of the Franklin and the Swarm. My Franklin is T9 L45 and using the Enterprise Crew, most of which are maxed. On any given run I consistently kill 25 L32 Swarm before Franklin destroyed and before doing any of the Galaxy Research.
Now my issue: I have been working on the Galaxy Research. Lets address the specific are dealing with the Franklin vs Swarm Research. I am currently 3/10 Swarm Weakpoints, 2/10 Swarm Targeting, 3/10 Swarm Jammer, 2/10 Swarm Fortification. Even with this research completed I can still only consistently kill 25 L32 Swarm on any given run.
I am sinking valuable rss/mats into a research tree that I can report is doing nothing. I gain none of the (*)% increases stated for any of the above listed research items. With the increases stated I should at the very least be gaining 1 more Swarm kill.
I believe the research tree is broken.

If I am active in-game, I get about five minutes before I stop receiving Help requests. Swapping apps doesn’t help: I have to dump the app and reload—and there are all the Help requests. I just tried side loading the 2525 build I saw referenced and I can get in but without a UI. Upon killing and restarting the game I get stuck at 76% loading. Had an odd one last night. My 24 hour shield still had a half-hour or so to go when my base was attacked and beat. The docked B ship did not defend at all. I immediately popped another 24 hour shield (because I had been watching) and had a nice chat with the attacker (no hard feelings since he didn't lug away too much stuff). He said the base did not have a bubble. I said it did, because I had to deal with the dialogue box when I put up the 24 hour shield. We both wondered about my docked B ship because it showed up after the fight was over, like the captain had been in the bathroom and didn't want to trouble anybody. Wonder if the 24 hour shields have a 'fuzzy' tail end around the normal quest reset time. Not a biggie, just seemed weird.

Here is my rant about scopely. Scopely claims they want a relationship with the player community but they refuse to help anyone in need. I sat for 5 months straight on a resetted account and begged them to recover my account that I spent thousands on and scopely refuses to reinstate my account and I legitimately had proof it was mine. They claim it was part of tos breach but they can not tell what part of tos has been breached. I called them out on their lies and they got mad and refuses to reinstate my account at all infact they automatically close the ticket when they read it. Which pisses me off the most. I am tired of scopely and I officially quit this broken game.
So in any case if you can't be told what you're so called banned for then they need a reality check and quit banning innocent players when they didn't do nothing wrong.

Level 27 here. It looks like the chests at the top of my dailies went back to the old rewards. Those new ones were really nice, hopefully this can get fixed soon.
The lower rewards (upgrade a building, kill 25x L27 hostiles, etc) still have the new rewards with the higher amounts of rss.

I bought the Prime-Crystal-Refining Package 8 days ago. Since then the output of uncommon and rare material is only half than before and also compared to gas and ore. If the probability to get uncommon/rare material per stapel stayed the same, there should be 50% more output in the long run - simple maths, 6. grade. However, since I bought it I did 16 refinings and the output is only half as much as I received before. What did I get for 109,99 €???

16 refinings should at least show a tendency. Typical result of these refinings: 3 staples crystal give 4-6 Uncommon, 2 staples of ore and gas give 6-14 Uncommon. Once in a while one rare on all, quite seldom no uncommon at all.

Since the patch, I've been having a frequent issue where, when in a system and all is normal, I go to another task (collect 10 min. gift, check chat, switch to Galaxy view, etc) upon return to system all ship tags are missing and empty mining nodes cannot be tapped (GO only). Game restart is required. After days with Scopely support they closed the help ticket saying restart is the only quick fix! This makes the game unplayable for me as tags are needed to identify allies, friendlies, empty nodes without trying to tap each one or even mining since if empty I cannot tap it!
Any helpful advice is appreciated. I've uninstalled and reinstalled, turned off all background apps like Discord, given greater priority to STFC, connected to network with CAT-5 cable - all to no avail.

I got to level 22 and was provided the mission “choosing sides”. Never made a selection which team as I was on a plane with poor WiFi. After landing, the game made a choice by itself. How can you correct this bug as choose romulans and I’m negative 200k with them whole friendly federation? Obviously I want to pick federation. Can’t enter romulan space without being blown up. Holding off playing the game until I hear back.

I answered your question. You cant go back. But it doesnt really matter. Faction rep determines your dailies. Some players are friendly with all 3 at this point
Loss of signal isnt really a bug, but you can try sending a ticket to CS

Got hit on a node in Thama while playing (envoy w T’pring, Stonn, & Scotty on bridge) had 2+ hours left on peace shield. Repaired ship quickly and sent Vahlkas, Envoy, and Kumari to warp in next to node. Checked peace shield and resolved myself to scrapping those last 2 hrs and 9 minutes just to take a node back. PM other player on node, and he is ok to give the node back. The only combat has been my Envoy getting killed to start everything. Look again and my peace shield is gone. I’m undefended completely. Scopely response is that their logs don’t show my shield dropping. Peace shields dropping happens not uncommonly and the response is a shrug and a paraphrased “our system shows nothing wrong.”

Right now there are 2 bugs that IMHO need to be prioritized. One of them can be real, real party breaker.
So first one, the worse one. Sometimes if you press somewhere to send ship there, game sometimes picks other system in which you was looking around before. So for example, with my clan we are looking for raids, i send my kumari lets say to kilington system, lets just say loialiy but becouse someone posted another raid candidate that I looked to see his level, docked ships and loot in lets say Mapic in federation space, my kumari even if Im pressing in that Loaiy system, mt kumari decides to go to Mapic. So i dont have kumari for good 15 mins of round trip. And this can get EXTREMLY annoying, it can break your raids, its general big pain in the butt. Its real dealbreaker.
Another annoyance, is ship upgrade misscalculation. Im wasting tokens to make game allow me to upgrade ship and than "yeah I didnt need 20% of that.. 2 tokens absolutely wasted, becouse why keep ress at base when its better off tokenized..... Annoying bug.
Please prioritize these bugs, as they have real impact on game and they can break gameplay and distrupt progression.

I had my issues resolved-all other players have not. Hence that’s what they will do if there is an Augment event and they don’t have the access due to an unresolved problem over a month old system error issue due to the gross negligence of the customer service and the developers.Court discovery files of course will sort this out - who did what when and where. Again not me, but the very upset players of my server.

I have had every bug I have reported here addressed in one way shape or form. I have had players offer effective workarounds and for that I am grateful. Even when I have reported old bugs- well known to others- I was addressed professionally and not just told to read the chapters of reports. For that I am extremely grateful.
Nothing sucks more than dropping a couple hundred $ on a game and have it not work as predicted immediately afterward. This forum has helped a ton. Just knowing that there are others out there and you are not the only one having issues.

Because if i exit the game through the game menu, notifications are spotty, but if i push the game to the background, i get evey notification, and even in time.
Can we please have the "cargobay full" message at the top of the screen removed, it's annoying, totally unnecessary and it blocks chat, and my ability to access chat.
When I'm killing hostiles, i kill so many so fast, that sometimes it takes almost 5 minutes waiting to let all those cargobay messages go by, and all that time chat is blocked.
For just killing ONE hostile i get that annoying message SEVEN times.
So imagine when i kill 50 in fast succession. That would be about THREE HUNDRED AND FIFTY times.
And Yes, i consider this a bug, a huge one.

As I was completing my dailies, I realized that I wasn't getting all of the rewards. For example, I completed the Splunker daily and was supposed to receive the rewards, which included 3* survey parts. I got the credit for completing it, but no survey parts. I restarted the game, but it still doesn't show it. It's been happening for a few days and with a few other daily tasks as well.

Priya never shows any ships or hostiles when I view the system. This has been ongoing for weeks. Mining timers and warp timers are wrong. This has been "fixed" a thousand times. Notifications aren't always firing. Auto shield doesn't always work on the first hit. Mining nodes are still broken. Every single update breaks something. It gets old...

I have not had issues on iOS when I used it there briefly, but on android there is app data and app cache and if the above issue was on android I'd recommend deleting both .. not sure if you have that knob on iOS .. easy to un-install and re-install the game though

I tried to contact customer support in app with a question about device compatibility but have been given no real answer just a we will contact you someday. I’m using an IPhone 6 with IOS 12.1 the app crashes on me constantly. If I’m raiding or anything where there is a lot going on it may crash within 1-2 mins. Over and over. All I asked them was if there just isn’t enough Ram with this device. And please no Android comments. If it doesn’t crash on its own I have to reset because things stop showing up. Might get 3-4 mins before app crashes. It wasn’t so bad before but I’m sure the updates in the last few months are probably the cause. Has anyone had this problem or know if the iPhone 6 isn’t able to work with this game anymore. Thanks

OK, I have one: The game repeatedly stalls on lower-end Android Phones. I use an LG Stylo 4 (T-Mobile US variant) that has 2GB of RAM and 32GB of storage. There are times when the game sompletely freezes for 30+ seconds at a time. All screens. All modes. Typing in chat is nearly impossible at times either because the keyboard takes 15 seconds to appear or there is a VERY long lag between pressing a key on the keyboard and it appearing in the text window. Exiting the app and reentering it usually does not fix it. In fact, I know I'm in an "memory starvatin" condition because of how long the launcher takes to redraw after I exit the app. This thing uses more memory than Facebook, and that's saying a LOT.

It appears that the ns mining rate does not take into account the prime officer boost. Anyone else seen this? It also doesn’t seem to take into account any other type of bonus e.g academy bonus or health bonus from officer abilities.

As for your issue with photos, you mention you're running on a BETA version of iOS? I can imagine there being issues if that's the case but that'd be up to iOS to resolve as the program that allows you to pick images is written and controlled by them.

Has anyone else had issues with Arix plasma backlash not causing burning. Ive done at least 60 battles with hostiles and not a single burn. It triggers on the energy hits, but i have never seen it cause burning in the logs.

@strong thorn, did you research Survey Security +20% protected cargo increase? That would have increased you base protected cargo, so as @uneven jay said, the 50% increase is from the base.

There are errors between spanish and english languages. For example in spanish Hadley has his warp speed increase as officer ability but it's as captain. In english the descriptions are right. So perhaps better in english

Hey I reinstalled a couple of days ago, when I select a mission to see the object, it takes me to the location as it should but then won't show me the objective. I'd say it applies to about 40% of my availabile missions

So Scopely can you explain how 4 times in the past week I have put up a 24 hour shield and some one from another alliance can come in 4 ours in and bring it down and raid my station of resources. the action always seems to occur in the wee hours of the morning between 2 and 4 in the morning. What are you doing about the bug that is allowing this? I know I am not the only one that this has happened to and greatly affects the desire to keep playing the game.

@short wadi, the rumor is that if you put up a 1 or 3 day shield up and you mine in your current home system, or at all, they can kill your miner and your shield may drop.

@Sztoid Yeah that is what I am hearing and that is what seems to be happening and I know that Scopely hs to be aware of the situation and they need fix the hack or bug or whatever it is that is allowing them to do that . Problem was all my ships were in and I wasn't mining and it was hours after I pulled them all in and put up the shield so it means if you mine at all you are able to be affected by the bug/hack

@dusty anchor what is current faction rep number. The dailies jump up 1/2 way to the next rep lvl. Since your consort, if you hit 1200000 you’ll jump as that is 1/2 way.
