When support responds to my messages, I don't get anything that pops up or says I have a message. So.. only when I encounter an issue and then submit one, do I see any responses.

There was no note about the "ATTACH SCREENSHOT" as being tap-able. All it looked like was red type that anyone can do in a word document, and took it as a request to simply attach screenshot. Good to know now.

IOS 7.3 client feedback: Much less freezes / lags / dark screens but client crashes are still frequents. So basically we're back to the penultimate IOS client. A couple of good UI stuff were added though like the class symbol next to the ship lvl or the direct peace shield control over system / galaxy UI. Keep on the good work.

Not saying it's a bad thing, so maybe this bug is more of an exploit, but it seems you can go over your cargo limit with the NS and Shev for some reason. Was fighting level 25 Klingon battleships.

BUG REPORT: Klingon lvl 30 map H'Atoria does not spawn trader/mining ships on my server. Romulans have lvl 30 map Galorndon Core which spawns 29-31 traders. Federation has lvl 30 map Noakyn that spawns 29-31 traders. However H'Atoria doesn't spawn any on our server. This puts players who farm Klingons at an inherent disadvantage for farming horizon build plans. Please help!

You can set your ship to attack and within a couple seconds of hitting the target, recall. The ship will continue the warp charging event during combat and split instantly, preventing a warp charge event from leaving it vulnerable to other players. I don't know if this was intended or an exploit, but if we're taxed with a warp charging event that allows other players to hit us, we probably should not be executing the attack once the warp command was given, or else aboart the warp charge up once the attack takes place.

I have a mayflower with the enterprise crew that is currently 380k power and I just lost to a valkas that was 268k. My 290k Kumari can kill twice as many NPCs as my mayflower in the correct triangle and comparable level.
In short the mayflower is nerfed. I have spent $100s dollars in this ship and and I can’t beat a tier 2 explorer with 100k less power and I have the better crew???????

What is going on with my battle reports, I hit a hostile and it says in BR that I fought myself and lost. Below is a screenshot of my battle report page.

I've just experienced the combat out of warp bug. Here are the details. My ship had to travel about 6 minutes to get to a system in Klingon space (Vosak) to hunt ships in. After it entered the system, I tapped LOCATE to jump to the ship, then selected a space to navigate to by double-tapping. This put my ship back in warp. I used the LOCATE button again and found it back by my base with over 6 minutes of warp remaining. In less than a minute, there was the red flash warning about entering Klingon space, and within 20 seconds of that, the ship drops out of warp and is being attacked by the Klingon Fighter. My ship died of course. This phenomenon seems related to the fact that you can jump into warp a couple seconds before attacking a ship, and it will still attack the ship while winding up for warp. The hand off between states isn't updating correctly.

@hallow rain From what I have read, the 5-minute auto-bubble isn't intended to fire every time. If you have been attacked in the last 8 hours, it won't come up again. If you hit another base or player, that too might affect your 8 hour cool down for the auto-bubble, but I haven't seen confirmation on this. One thing they have told us is that the cool-down will be lowered in the next server patch, so maybe they should explain in more detail in that announcement how the auto-bubble really works (or is intended to at least).
This update should be taking place on Tuesday, but the schedule has yet to be released.

Not that obvious Capt, what do you mean exactly? There is a global shortfall in Tritanium, some servers are infested with bots killing each and every mining ship all day long. So that's a real issue completely ignored by Scopely staff. And some servers are drying up because of that (and a couple of other nasty things ofc)

@uneven jay @dusk yoke @halcyon radish There is an opportunity for Premium and Ultra packs to unlock an officer at once. But as so many other things, it does not work correctly in the game. Support will send you back logs on that 1 shard was credited to your account and everything worked fine, officer shards always get credited the correct amount. Even if you have screenshots and rule explanations (in the info screen for recruit).
Also they explain how it might be confusing that your 14 in your screenshot is actually 12 and everything works fine, but you are probably just not understanding how the user interface works.

@uneven jay I think it should work in a way that it gives you the exact amount to unlock that officer. So for an officer needing 14 shards to unlock should get 14 shards if it is unlocked. Problem is that sometimes you still get 1 and for green officers you likely get always 12 (or 1), no matter how many shards the officer needs to unlock.

The reward system is another topic altogether. I usually weigh the cost and whether it’s available cheaper in another area
I doubt you will ever see a fully upgraded ship as a reward. They want you to get the rss to upgrade the components and level to the next tier

And an instant button with no cost (Which you can't press cause it says not enough resources...) You have quite a few of these 'no cost' instant buttons that do return 'not enough resources' even though you have them. Shouldn't this button be grayed out?

Limited Time Research is broken. i got 8750 points for completing Prime Protection, I then burned 18 hours worth of speed ups to finish explorer repair 6, it gave me absolutely no progress but showed a power increase, I also then used up 29 hours worth of speed ups to do Shield Pen 8 and again it gave me a power increase but no points. Ive now missed out on the reward and wasted 47 hours worth of speed ups.

Alas before reading here, to my dismay I got credited (and rewarded) 0 in the Limited Time Officers event.
Also restarted the game app couple of times, to no avail

About 15 minutes later than when it should have happened.
It's not the first time this kind of incident occurred, it's a pattern repeating and increasing, in several, different scenarios.

It's fixed. It might take a few hours for you to get credit, but you will eventually get credit.

What do you mean? When I checked the vault for Par it was 154k protected at 21/50 with research at 6/8. I did Prime Protection and the vault still reads 154k

I am in the rare never comes level area - others lower levels than me are getting great rare and uncommon drops, but at level 29 ops and 28 refinery, common is what I seem to see the most. can't remember the last rare G3 gas I was able to refine - was just too long ago. Ive been doing x3 option twice I day since last “uograde”, 2 weeks? Dont get me wrong, I do get uncommon and rare, but at level 31 with the time and significant money invested it is ridiculous that I can do a x3 refine and still see all common. Had to reinstall game on iPhone due to constant crashing and getting two notifications at once. Now there isn’t even an option for notifications!! 😂 guess I have to depend on timers more now.
Funny thing is that I had the latest update installed before reinstalling.
The settings UI looks different too on reinstall. Almost like it was never pushed in updates.

@pearl halo I'm not baffled by any of this. I have yet to witness an update that doesn't A) break something or B) not fix what it was supposed to fix. In this case it's a little of both. I'm just reporting the problems so they can hurry up with the first failed attempt to fix them and get on to the second, and hopefully successful, attempt.
Don't get me wrong. I look forward to new content and like a lot of the changes being made, but random crashes and things not working properly totally ruins what should be a good experience.

I've seen these mission objective ships with alliance tags that resemble real game alliances, but now I've linked the source... they copy the tag from the last ship you did battle with. In my case, VHH attacked one of my other ships just before I attacked this mission objective ship.

The faction reputation list is vibrating vertically. Can't take a screen shot because it freezes the movement. Seems to be caused by the display not starting all the way at the tip, like the battle report list does. Scrolling either way stops the vibrations.

It told me it would cost 70~ Latinum to purchase the remaining Tritanium.
I completed the upgrade and now have 40k Tritanium left and it took more Latinum then intended.

The difficulty meter measures differently depending on which ship you have selected, so it should indicate my difficulty with the NS either way. If using an NS is very difficult, then it should say so.

I’m saying look at the combat log and see if your officers are helping you at all, they can make or break the battle and aren’t taken into the displayed difficulty
Repair speed would have nothing to do with winning or losing combat, unless combat research is also not working

Ok so the hostile is mitigating a lot of the damage, so you need more shield penetration somehow because your weapon type isn’t being effective

Uhura boosts accuracy which is the primary attack component of an explorer, which is the most effective against interceptors (primary defense is dodge)
I won't expect a major shift in mitigation outside of interceptors and if uhura is on an explorer.

A) It's unintentional, it's broken, we will fix it one day before the eventual heat death of the universe.
B) It's unintentional, it's broken, we are prioritizing a fix.
C) We accidentally released code that was supposed to go out next week, screw all you guys for playing our game, suck on these new refining times/costs!
Of course you can see I prefer either A or B, but if C is the answer I'd rather just uninstall now rather than being strung along indefinitely. 😎

At my level I'm killing 30-32 npcs. I get 42 dil per kill. It costs me 4k dil per kill.
It is impossible to raid for repairs unless I hit a base that gives at least 600k dil or more RELIABLY EVERY TIME, assuming I have to break its defenses with my Kuma.
It's simply not possible. Even at 100k it was insane, but at 200k the game does not work.

The kehra doesn't work as a 3* ship as well. As soon as you go into the 20s you may as well do away with the battle circle as the next ship is 100k stronger then the last at each tier. A t4 kehra is 74k a t4 valk is 130k and a t4 Kumari can be in its 200k how is a kehra which is meant to be able to beat a battleship able to beat that? It can't it doesn't even scratch it

Ok! I have been through some things recently House fire.. that took both vehicles. not covered by insurance because we didnt have the barn that started it covered. lost everyything. Rebuilding now. doing well. Aloted a 200$ a month budget to spend on this game to catch up with my brothers and friends of every alliance. Even the Guys we fight with on here are necisary to compleet the experiance.. We have spent real money. on real products. we expect to alow us to gamble and "share" among eachother. I have sent up 20 screenshots of a raid i was watching.. the player even stopped raiding and wrote in one of them that my shield didnt pop and he thought it was funny he saw me in Galaxy chat while i was getting raided.. my main problem though is that I have budgeted to purchase these primes.. and now it would seem all are cut back in half. Rss arnt regenning like they should. repairs have doubled.. sppeding upgrades for ship resurch and its not resulting in any rise in reward.. lat repairing ships now because repair times are hightend. not cool.. You signed a contract with me when you accepted my money to present me a product as you represented it.. PLEASE do so.

@moderator ... when opening PVE chests, grade 3 ship parts are always inceptor. I can hit different ships, and use different ships, but still only get inceptor parts.
