I've got some weird issues going on:
- my alliance chat appears to be broken. a few members are talking, but my messages will show up for a moment, then completely disappear. nobody is responding to them, so I'd assume they're just not getting through. This persists even with multiple restarts of the app.
- getting to the support screen occasionally will glitch out. in the "Player Profile" screen, occasionally, the "settings" button will be replaced with "chat". It takes a restart of the app to fix this.

Now I'm getting 15 - 25 seconds worth of lag randomly my 28-minute repair for my Northstar after all my effects went up to 48 minutes then drop down to 36 minutes then down to 32 minutes then up to 38 minutes and now apparently is bouncing back and forth between 32 minutes in about 52 minutes again what the hell did you guys do and how the hell did you do it

Hey. Bug report. I was attacked in game (I know, part of the game) and saw the battle log of who. I took a screen shot of one of the attack. When I went back an hour later, the log was wiped of his attack. I saw logs of things before it and things after it but this username was now missing. The attack happened (my resources are gone) and he is still a player (I looked him up) but it was like the attack never happened

Samsung Galaxy S8+ running latest client in Performance mode, horrible intermittent lag, sometimes just moving screen display around a space causes ships to completely freeze for 5-secs then jump and start moving again. Typing in chat will suddenly stop echoing chars for 5 secs and then spit them out fast... All intermittent. Frequent restarts help but it slows down and gets worse... I suspect memory leaks or fragmentation over time, but this is just a guess. Please fix client... This is close to unplayable at this point. Even a fallback to previous client would be better than this!

3 mornings in a row now, I go to bed with 3 ships mining tritanium, I wake up with 2-3 destroyed ships and 0 battle logs. I mean, unless the ships are self destructing they were hit. By who? No one knows bc my last battle is from 9 hrs prior....when? No one knows....see previous statement. Cargo lost? No one knows. How am I to exact revenge on these people if i don’t know who it was? on ios the warping issue for me are back the warp times are wrong which cause my ship to be destroyed by patrols and if I send a ship mining its says warping instead of mining. Reload fixes this but reload is often to late to prevent ship from being destroyed

Just noticed a bug where some mining nodes appear to be empty but arent. In some cases both the ship already there and the newcomer are collecting res for a bit after the second ship arrives, then battle commences. Its causing some issues with inter alliance diplomacy.

This has happened several times in the last few days and at least twice i was watching the node when it happened. Others were reported via message by the "offending party" and could potentialy be discounted.
Also 5his is separate from the issue posted above. When selecting these nodes they appear unoccupied even in the info window. Appears by all tests available to be a completely unocupied node.

ROE is out the window, ppl are actively fighting just to mine, if it isn't borked it's being mined for the most part. I would be sincerely grateful. Also if it’s not too much trouble. Could you possibly raise the drop rate for uncommon from refining to more often than once a month would be nice. Asked me to reboot, restart the app and hit the clear localization. I do all that. Then I get asked for screen shots of the current situation and the costs to upgrade which I did as well. We are now beginning our 3rd day of this. Why is it taking so long? I’ve withheld my weekly purchasing until this is fixed because I dont want to mess anything up. I mean do they put you at the bottom of the queue after they send you a message and you reply? What’s going on?!?

This not getting notifications when my miners are attacked is really getting old. This game has more problems than any I have played. Even when Battle Pirates was in testing we never had this many problems. Maybe because Kixeye was better at games than Scopely is.

Yesterday I crashed 12 times in less than an hour. I've been crashing for over a month. I have REPEATEDLY reported it. All I get is the same copy/paste BS saying you're all aware of the issue... well, how about FIXING IT?!?! That’s a stupid turn around time and they wouldn’t be inundated if they made a decent work product that didn’t have these glitches. North star information on mining is not correct, even after latest update. there is also a 50% officer bonus active.
Officer health is around 2700 can deliver exact number when my ship is at home. When I calculate speed should be around 10770/h. Fyi info the ns is mining at the correct speed only the displayed speed is wrong.

I took calipers to it again. Before it was 3.311.5 inches, after it was 3.335 inches. Even though the graphic on completion shows the pos and neg klingon flying to the upper portion of the screen, it appears you do get the credit.

I think that was an intended feature because otherwise, when you log in the game would have to download multiple chat logs for each person you spoke with. They figured it would be more efficient to just catch you up on global and alliance chat.
If you uninstall your app, and reinstall it, you may find a lot of past private messages reappearing as new.
This used to be the case before the latest app update. Not sure if it still holds true after the update that moved content to the app rather than the server.

I don't know if this was reported before, but here are the details on one of the impenetrable planets in our galaxy. In server live-020-web.startrek, System Atreig(16), bases stationed around planet Zevis can not be attacked. When you try to, your ship just sits idle over their base like one of those broken nodes you can't mine. Two players in particular are going around hitting people just because they know their bases are protected by this bug. If you can't address the bug right away, I propose you do this until it is. Move each base stationed here somewhere else and give them each a 3 day base shield. Recall all their ships (have to before moving the base anyway). Then send them a PM alerting them why their base was moved. Fill the planet with dummy accounts that you can delete later when the bug is fixed, or set the max occupancy of the planet to 0 if you can do that. The two players I am speaking of are both in in the same alliance, MissMurder and BaddTouch (sometimes changes name to SheDevil). The planet is located at [S:719474967 X:-329 Y:-607], these players are positioned at [S:719474967 X:-259.0566 Y:-663.6388] and [S:719474967 X:-418.6577 Y:-599.156] respectively. Their alliance having tags KÍLL, were once reported as a contract for hire band of players but I think they just support one particular alliance by themselves.
The few here that bubble are either not protected by the bug (perhaps they moved in after the planet bugged out) or they expect it to be fixed some time.

I have had 4 ghost bases this morning. I attack the base and my ships hover over the base but don’t attack them. I am level 25 hitting a level 26, 20, 22, and 19. Three of the bases were in the same system and the last one had someone on last night and now I can’t hit his base. The game was super slow this morning so I finally did the update thinking it might get better. When I hit the attack button my shield drops and typically on ghost bases there is an error code. On these bases it just has my miner with ZZZ’s over the base.

Something to add to the mining bugs is the ones that have ships mining them but the options don't include attack and scan, but rather just Mine instead. Luckily, if you have a base shield up, you get a warning before attacking when you click the mine button. @oak rune just had the same issue, was missing dilith and bought with latinum. It resolved when i had collected the correct amount in refinerys, which was 200 more than needed. It wasnt used in the repairs though, so nothing lost.

I believe “the lag” is on both older IOS and android devices due to the higher spec mode recently released. Its a known client issue and being worked on, it is not lag. And btw, lag is usualy not bandwidth, its latency. @echo chasm
Think of bandwidth as the number of lanes in a motorway and latency as the speed cars are travelling. If the car maintains the same speed adding lanes (bandwidth) makes no difference to the speed of the journey (latency).

so lets say you have a 100 hour research, 100% reduction takes that down to 50 hours, adding another 6% would reduce it to 47ish hours

Yeah I get that but I don’t have those Prime` options done so i was taking the 34 hours that the station weaponry said it would take and subtracted the 6% that the research expert should add. 6% of 34 is 2 so is that an incorrect calculation.
So i just double checked and the prime research is done.

works great on bluestacks where I hardly have issues when set to 4Gb
memory consumption even with UMM looks fine
but the big difference between bluestacks and a true device is the crapload of software on the phone running in the background

iOS , if your phone OS language is set to Swedish (possibly other languages as well), the Help Section is blank with a searchbar and you are unable to create tickets. Changing OS language to English and you can see problems/create tickets ingame.

So @ivory vortex @native oyster so I have a theory on what creates the broken nodes. They're seemingly random all over the place, but not as random as we may think. I had been watching a level 8 sitting on the same node in early Klingon space for weeks and weeks, he's no longer in the game - guessing idle account sweep - and lo and behold, that node is now one of many broken ones.
Also possible it's just a coincidence? I don't know if all the same nodes are broken across servers

@rose breach they might not have thought about/coded in what happens if they just disappear a ship that's sitting on a node. So they disappear it, but node still registers as something is sitting on it

just saw some buggy behaviour today. Was warping in ship from deneva to etaoin. Trip usually takes 3 minutes on ship travelling at reported warp 6 (officer ability), but this trip says it is going to take 7:51. About halfway through warp, I see ship being attacked and someone had killed it when it really arrived. My game still showed it at warp until it was attacked. This is the worst case I have seen of this behavior, but I frequently see inconsistencies between warp times from the same destinations with the same ship.

I just noticed something with the fast repair bug. After paying the latinum to convert to enough tritanium for repairs, I was told I didn't have enough (old news, I know). But then when I went into my base and collected from the tritanium generators, I was able to complete repairs and had exactly 4 units of tritanium left. It is like the repairs really cost more than what is reported, and that the conversion just isn't enough.

I was actually playing over the ship window (recalling a ship) and another player made 6 passes over my base without any alert signal, screen or nothing else. I just noticed the attack when returning to the base window several minutes later. Of course, my 5min auto bubble didn't activate as well (and no, I was NOT attacked over the 30 last hours). I opened a ticket but I'm, how to say... hopeless. I like this game but I'm astonished by the number of trailing bugs. This is not serious.

I mean no notification ingame because you aren't displaying the standard window but the ship control one. That remember me the bug you have when you go for the 2nd or third time on a faction defended system and you don't get the ingame attack alert message, you just notice the trained fighter somewhere on the display. And multiples echoes as well at times, lol.

I'll test NS on Gas and Cry too, at first sight it gets more or less the same huge rate regardless of Stonn (then Stonn ore bonus would be lost on NS? 🤔 )

The mission icon in the lower left corner always has a number like I always have missions that are waiting to be collected. It always thinks I have at least 3 missions to collect even if I have none. Now it always says at least 4 and I think I know why. I forgot to collect one of my daily missions and the daily missions reset. Since I had something to collect it incremented to 4 (since it always says 3 when there is nothing to collect). Since I never collected it the number never decremented and now 4 is my new zero. @mighty panther

Flight path to high warp places from lower warp places are really inefficient. If I go from Azha to Nekosa (40) it takes 12M, If I go from Azha to Tejat and then from Tejat to Nekosa it takes 8 minutes in total , any reason for this? Same goes with all other high warp areas.

Hey guys, I think I just found a bug with the new uncommon resource refining. Despite a remaining timer showing 10h left until I could use it again, the green View button was available. Having clicked the button and gone through to the next refining screen, it allowed me to use 15k of 2* ore but then gave me a message of purchase request failed. Looking at my materials it hasn’t refunded the ore either.

I had 138.1k crystal before I brought my NS home. And that value has not changed. I need to make it to 150k crystal before the timer runs out. Please also tell the in game support staff about the shield bug. It's getting frustrating hearing players complain every other day that their base was raided while shielded, and then being told that they had attacked another player, all while they were offline travelling for several days. Support staff needs to be aware of issues, not dismissive of them.

Another base attack with no notification. I checked system notification history and saw one that just says "Star trek fleet command is running" which never actually appeared. I switched back into the game while watching TV to see "your base is under attack" with the 5min timer just expiring. This bug has been cropping up so much more often today than I have ever seen it before. There are four symptoms. First, it appears I am fighting myself in the logs. Second, the battle report shows my name and ship on the right, the cargo won is shown as a loss, and there are still cargo bars on the left side indicating a loss for the other ship. Third, my base appears as a member of the alliance in purple instead of my own. Fourth, the Settings button is changed into a chat button as if I was looking at somebody else's profile. The only quick way to correct the symptoms is to reboot the app.

Tiny harmless bug, kinda funny: I got an in-game notification saying that I had "new items in the faction store" for the Klingon faction... I got all excited because normally Klingon don't like me and.... I found nothing. Then I realized that my reputation changed from untrusthworthy to hostile, and that probably triggered the notification... maybe add a check and show the notification only if the reputation increases 😉

When base or ship gets destroyed user can’t identify who hit them
Use messaged others in system who also got hit by same guy but they didn’t have logs either
If that helps in diagnosing issue

7.2.1 IOS mandatory update. On my very 1st try to farm in Romulan faction Space, my ship was catch and destroyed still in Warp mode. The Romulan Trained Fighter did see my ship but I didn't. I often farmed in hostile faction space but that's the 1st time I ever couldn't do anything. Well, looks like we have another great update there. I'm totally exhausted to open multiple ticket a day. @mighty panther @ivory vortex

@brave gulch Got the same issue multiple times yesterday. If you are on the game but not on the system standard view (like officer, ship window, chat) then YOU'LL HAVE NO CLUE YOUR BASE IS UNDER ATTACK. And the auto shield often don't work as well. So you you're toasted, so to speak. C'mon, Scopely this is our own good money some people did stole by exploiting that. I never saw a MMO game with base silent attacks! This is out of my comprehension.

Will they be addressing the issues some if not most iOS users are facing? IE painfully slow switching screens, loading painfully slow and/or app crashing like 30 times daily? Or are we to quote support “Please remain patient this is a top priority” but keep rolling out other fixes………..

The level 35 system in Klingon space still spawns is 2* nodes on respawn. Ie after being emptied to zero, you get a brand new, fresh, 2* node.

dailies do not work correctly just opened my 3rd 4 hour chest daily dissapears but no reward received... mines 8000 3* gas but no receiving reward for both 3000 / 2000 mining daily
