Mission "The Price of Unity" and several others have mystery rewards that are never revealed even upon completion of the event. Nothing tells the player what they got. There were no decisions to make during the mission that would have defined this reward.
abboc: not if he adds in the request that he has taken the usual steps like clear etc
@abboc also, automated answers are only generated if there is a flood of known issues, and should be tagged as automatic reply (at least thats what CSL told me). this request requires agent intervention where he has to manipulate players data
I think those mystery missions have a choice in them, changing the reward...
but yes, once chosen, the price should be known, and the event details should be updated

What about the issue of "ghost ships"? There are quite a lot of PVE ships not moving that you cannot attack.

I have this same issue. Make a bug report, but don't expect a resolution. They closed my ticket after saying they were looking into it. Still unresolved since Feb 27th

On dissent I Just killed roms in the system it said the rebels were in. That worked.
Just the issue on ST Fleet Command . Star Wars Heroes doesn’t have any glitches that I know of.
@onyx bear in the latest update you started they they fixed the music. Its been fixed all right. It completely gone and you cant get it back. The app need fixing again and you need developers who actually test things fully before deployment.
I spent 20 fallout upgrading for station even and did not make it to the top. Used the whole 20 to get it done and missed it by a lot. Please refund me or get the the event. I used Instant upgrade and time speed ups.
@onyx bear on my server our alliance message board is messed up. We haven't been able to change it for over 6 weeks. Tried everything including transferring leadership. The third party support is useless. We need true support / Dev intervention

@dusk yoke any idea how to fix an alliance board that doesn't stay changed? Cleared localization, reinstalled, force quit, changed leadership and still won't hold a change. Talked to the "support" and they keep giving the run around . Been over 6 weeks now

My whole server is all Canadians. Was told it was a founder server for Canada but not sure. Know it was active in the early beta but highest guy we have is lvl29 lol

That works for those that have the bps and are still lvl 17 but those that moved to lvl 18 not knowing the cutoff for the event was 17 are screwed
@dusk yoke question regarding repair bug where it costs more to repair then it says it will I have put a ticket in game and had some res returned but obviously this is an on going issue I have said I'd like to be compensated for the res I will be spending and have already spent over what I should any chance of that happening?

@exotic jungle do you have any faction dailies in there? if not, it might explain why you don't have the ability to reach 235 points
@golden haven did you have the sound muted before start of the game? if ios, check the mute switch, if it is enabled while starting, it might now work, toggling the switch and restart 'fixed' the music

Glitch nodes, you see them but they never are able to be mined. Often 1 to 5 in each system that toy with our emotions.

@mighty panther have been working with support for over 6 weeks on it now and constantly getting the runaround. The third party support is useless in regards to this issue. It is a Aug that locked our alliance message board that can only be corrected by the devs as we have done everything support has said and much more almost daily. Would appear to be a server side issue which they aren't acknowledging nor pushing to the mods whom can fix it

All we keep getting told to do is the usual. Force quit, clear localization, reinstall. We even changed leaders in case it was just him but didn't do anything. We change the board and it looks changed them leave the screen and return to it reverted back

Any time I try to hit the build button the ship disappears and things freeze and I have to restart the game.

@mighty panther support replied to many players that points issued for defence stations was a bug that they had remedied and they do not count towards base upgrade power anymore as that's how it's intended
@native oyster i don't have a great deal of experience with the north star, my t1 antares mines g3 quicker so it sits in the hangar 😦

All you have to do is increase your hanger by one level… and you get more ship slots... You also should never run out of ship space because there’s no reason to duplicate any combat ship except for maybe some mining ships

This is scopley / digit’s fault for not providing support with proper tools, and It’s probably not going to change anytime soon

They are a third-party that uses a lot of AI automated responses for players. There’s also a lot of poor communication between scopely and the support company
There’s actually three companies involved here. Digit makes the game. Scopely is the publisher. Support is a 3rd party. And there appears to be a big communication breakdown between all three
Flaw is with the company not caring, not being prepared and grabbing money instead of fixing issues
@ivory cave A lot of people don’t realize this game came out in November 2017. It’s been out for android only, and only in certain countries until November 2018 when it was released worldwide and on iOS. . A lot of these problems have been around for a long time. Hence why my faith is very limited. Many of these horrible bugs have existed for six months to a year and have never been fixed

What’s funny is on iOS the reviews seem loaded. Most five star reviews are 1/2 words. And populate to the top, but when you reverse the search to most recent it’s majority 1 star reviews with pages of explanation detailing basically everything that I’m saying here but in their own specific hell problem

I get why they weren’t fixed in the past. Digit was probably running out of money and needed to get an infusion of cash from scopely. Then scopely probably wanted to make a bunch of money off the game before they fixed it to pay off their investment.
Problem is, this is not how the software development cycle is supposed to work. If you can’t fund game, hire appropriate staff, and release a fairly bug free game, you shouldn’t be developing it whatsoever
Issue is anyone starting the game sees what looks like a great game according to the reviews until you reverse the parameters and see current first then it’s like being in a horror story.

georgie has to get permission, from the right 'suit' to allow agents to add virtual currency to a players account, either for testing or if the loss was caused by a bug and the client could do nothing against it, signed off for by a dev perhaps

Hi @onyx bear , I'm at a loss of how to proceed. This has been an ongoing problem since the last alliance mining event, and still hasn't been resolved. Long story short, I attacked a ship on a node that had zeroed out it's resources, left the node for it to reset to full, but then the node never registered that I left it. Ever since that time, if someone targets the node my ship is warped back to the node and engages in combat. Using in-game Contact Us I have submitted multiple reports, pictures etc. They always say the same thing in response, clear local caches etc, see if its fixed (which it isn't,) then ask me to humbly be patient. I've lost my patience, nobody has given me any answers, it is making it difficult to enjoy the game. I'm even more exasperated after receiving the wrong faction chest, and not my faction reputations are all of, and the in game response was basically to call me a liar. I don't know how to proceed, please contact me here, via PM, or I will provide you my e-mail.

ah okay you got it worse than me mine only causes issues when I've got the ship in system I'm pretty sure this is linked to the broken mining nodes bug
Probably. If they removed and replaced all existing nodes I bet a lot of problems would be resolved 🤷
I don't think the issue is the nods themselves it's the DB if they pulled the nodes they probably kept the DB names the same and hence no difference something seems to be jamming the DB transactions occassionally
Has anyone else had issues with event chest? I didn't even have Klingon event up because at the time I was tolerated, only Romulan event. I tried explaining this in game, and the answer was "We see looking at your profile that you have higher Klingon points which is why you earned the Kling event chest." I tried to explain that this was due to receiving the Klingon event chest which changed my faction rep but several days later and no response.

Is there still a way people can "hide" under mining nodes? I just observed a guy move 2 ships under 2 nodes, but I don't know how he is doing it
Only option is to mine, not attack. See he has a ship there and one down-left.
It no longer works when I double click to try to hide under it, but I find when I see nodes like that it'll advise I'm going to break my shield, and that the ship is actually mining on it.
I do find the ship landing on a planet and not being able to be clicked on incredibly annoying though.
Agreed. It "knows" he is there, but how did he do it? Twice?! I watched him - happen to be at war. He entered system, stopped short of the node, then went under it.

and in such a case, unless you are highly skilled and rooted your device, you could perhaps find a work around, otherwise, I think the last option would be a factory reset

Hi, @dusk yoke asked me to post my question here. I am trying to figure out what the level requirement is for the Pack that supplies the 3* Uncommon Refined Ore for Prime Hulls. As you can see in the screenshot I can see other packs for Prime research, but not the one for Prime Hulls. I want to buy it, but don't want to buy packs I don't need if I cannot unlock it at my level, 12. More specifically, can I unlock the Prime Hulls pack with the 3* ore at level 12? Thanks! Aug

5.4k power on the Turas is quite weak
There's literally nothing more frustrating than warping for 6 minutes to a Romulan system to do your dailies, then the warp craps out and you are forced to reload, thus allowing Romulan Trained Fighters a free hit or two. This sends me back to my station for repairs, which aren't allowing the time reduction right now, so it takes longer even than the before reduction timer suggests it will, in my case 53 minutes. All right, a few speedups because I'm in a hurry. Six minutes to warp to the system, and the warp craps out again.
Sorry, I have shit to do in my life that doesn't involve workarounds on shitty coding. Get it sorted please.

A really annoying repeatable bug is this:
I am looking at a system that my ship is not located in. I then notice coordinates in alliance chat. What I do then is simply tap on the coordinates so that I can see what is in that system, and soon after I decide that I want to take my ship to this new system from the coordinates. So, what should happen is that my ship is sent to the system that I am currently looking at, of which I used coordinates to be able to look at it... what actually happens is that my ship is sent to the previous system that I was looking at, before I tapped on the coordinates. It also goes to the exact same spot relative to where I tried to send my ship at the new system.
I'll try to make it as clear as possible by using an example:
I am looking inside of the system of Rigel, and an alliance member sends me the coordinates for the system of Naussica. I tap on the coordinates, and now the screen shows me the inside of the system Naussica. I double-tap anywhere inside of Naussica so that I can send my ship there. The glitch occurs now: my ship is sent to the same relative position on the screen where I double tapped, but to Rigel, not Naussica. @dusk yoke
@fleet hare: could you 'copy' the message you received from your friend and paste it into the place where you want to write a message? It should look like [S:<number> X:<number> Y:<number>], if the S: (system id) parameter is missing from that link, THAT might be the reason
Wouldn't the coordinates simply not work if it were posted incorrectly? If I recall correctly, it did have the S:.
The glitch occurs after visiting the new system, anyhow. So the coordinates definitely worked as it sent me to the new system, to which I try sending a ship, to which the ship is sent to the previous system that I was looking at.
normally visiting the new system should only care about the S: parameter, the X/Y only become relevant once the system has been explored before
That is one thing that I can add: the system that I try to send my ship to are systems that I have already explored, since I am able to view inside of them.
another question in the beginning of the game you can given your ship a name, i was forgotten that and now i'm not able to give my ships a name and fly around with ship a, b and c, can this been fixed so i can rename my ships.
The glitch has happened to me about 5 times now. It's happened too many times, on different days, and under the same circumstances, for it to just be a coincidence, or bad luck, or something that is not a glitch. It's to be a glitch.

the reason why you see your player name on the left part of the a vs b text is because the client cannot determine the name of the resource being attacked like ship a or station which it should show normally

Correct, it does not occur all the time, but often. I just don't do those certain actions very frequently. The actions being: look at a system; tap on coordinates; look at the system that the coordinates sent me to; try to send a ship there; ship gets sent to previous system being viewed.
could you check with your servermates is they have these issues too ?

On the bug I reported 35400 is more correct of packrat ability. Than what is shown. But because of this glitch it prevents bridge officer home ability of kicking in because not seen as full. This might be a bug tied to the over or under full cargo family by 1 resource

@onyx bear I've encounted a bug when purchasing the Federation Recruit II pack from the Faction Store. Before purchasing the 80 credit Federation Recruit II pack, I had 250 Federation credits. After purchasing the 80 credit pack, I was left with 7 credits.
So regarding my bug 20%x70%=14% that should be added to Stonn. Bringing it to 34% bonus on packrat.

also would allow us to pinpoint bugs more efficiently
because the numbers you posted in regards to the jelly cargo bug, pretty much look like vault values

Hey guys since the last major update I've lost my music that plays in the back ground, I've clicked the slide button multiple time to music off/on. I've cleared my pad creche, uninstaled the game and reinstalled. But still no music? Any ideas.

I had it on ipad air, and solved it for me through the toggle switch enabling you to disable sound, then restarting
but am glad it's off now, I rather play my own music in the background 😉
I may have clicked something I don't really go into the pads setting so I'll have a rummage
well, sound does not require special permissions

and if you are a 'scared' user in regards to settings, you should be fine

just to make sure, could you start the app, go to system view, at the bottom right, next to the system name, you see the faction tag, click on it, thats the quickjump, enter system id 1, press locate, I would like to see the bottom 200 pixels, those are details about your settings and some device info

So my base was attacked and cleaned out with no notification that I was being attacked

Hi. Is it a known issue, music is not played after the last update. Changing settings of tuening off / on - does not help

@onyx bear @ivory vortex we've had a lot of issues with the 5 minute shield on base attacks not appearing or appearing only after multiple attacks, or appearing very delayed from the initial attack. The last two days my base has been hit while I've been online watching with no shield. Prior to these two attacks my base had not been attacked in weeks. Please look in to this

Three members of our alliance have reported this happening to them multiple times today
One has a broken ship out in space he can’t repair????
The stuck ship can be retrieved by support, have that alliance mate message them in game with screenshots of the stuck ship and the settings page with their user ID. They got mine fixed in a few hours
And my apologies I didn't look closely at the battle report lol, it's a known issue since last client update

Defence platforms do not give any points to event or or power progress in dayli grind event

and because of THAT issue, bases seem to be unattackable, because you see the base attached to the planet, while in database, it is NOT
thus attack attempts fail because the coordinates do not match
I am relocated to that planet also and can still be attacked
