The Combat Training 16: Veteran mission asks me to have warp lvl 40 to complete it.
The thing is several other players on my alliance had different requirements to this mission and completed it without difficulty, so they are way ahead of me.
But the game support refuses to even admit this to be a bug and only say "keep playing until you reach this warp lvl".
I want a fair game, with equal conditions to all players and some support that address the issue specifically and doesn't provide generic answers! @onyx bear

Like to report a massive bug which is the support team. Hard reset to repair you ship even though they have screenshots of the ship being repaired but at a much higher cost then it said it should have cost. Ticket closed by support but no help actually given on both issues. Not impressed with the fùck off mentality of the support team. If I was like that in my job is be sacked

Before and after a repair. Cost was shown at 1743, I had 5027 so I should be left with 3284. But I am left with less then that at 3199. and for some reason, the data of the ship is currently unavailable, hence the missing values

I am not entirely sure the officer stats are being calculated correctly. A T4 L20 Phindra has the following stats relevant to this discussion. The Mk6 Warp Engine and Mk6 Cargo Bay are installed.
Dmg: 1707
Dodge: 454
Spock increases weapon damage by 5% with no other bridge crew. He also increases Dodge by 12%. Except that he doesn't. With Spock in the Captain chair with no other crew the stats are:
Dmg: 1747 (+2.34%)
Dodge: 486 (+7.05%)
I assembled a Kirk + Spock + Mccoy Bridge for testing. Mccoy should give another 8% bonus to Spocks 5% dmg, which did increase but only to 12%. Now, it could be said that 8% of 5% would only be an additional 0.4% for a total of 5.4%, but that doesnt account for the new 12% stat. There is also a 2% synergy bonus between Mccoy and Spock in this scenario, but I have no idea how that fits into the math.
With Kirks +8% weapon damage and Spocks new 12% the ship should be getting 20% more weapon dmg. But.. its not. The dmg should now be 2048.4 but instead its 2026.

Earlier today I was receiving 79k in points for destroying a lvl 25 Klingon elite, which seems to be 3x the hill strength of that ship. For the last few hours, I have only been receiving 53k, which is 2x.
The event summary says 3 points awarded for every 1 point of damage done to Klingon ships.

My game is bugged, can’t move my base. I’ve been trying every day for a week, can’t move my base. I’ve cleared localization, relogged, deleted and reinstalled, ... everything. Nothing works. Customer service replied in game that they are “working on it.”
Meanwhile, the game has been crashing constantly the last 2 weeks. Today the game crashed as I was tapping on my first tier reward for the Supremacy event. 4 things. The IOS bug is getting worse getting booted out about every other screen change tonight. Also the ghost ship mining bug is out (ships invisible on nodes), but now two ships are often occupying the same node and both appear to be mining. More than one report of this from my Alliance members tonight.
We are also seeing wrong totals on attacks on commander ships and multiple failures of collecting 10 minute chest saying the item is not available in store.

Yes, exactly. I usually have just tapped something when the game crashes. Most of the time the game closes out. Once in a while it reboots the game.

and the classes.dex file containing the game code itself is easily readable with stuff like jadx
and since sources like apkpure keep a history of versions as well, it's a matter of fully extracting both and run a diff against it
to see where they probably messed up/improved things in the client
and any decent coder can read through code obfuscation
actually, based on the client code, I could perhaps code some debug client, testing things by making my own calls to the server and see what results I get
and that way pinpoint serverside bugs more exactly

My tier 8 kumari (power 340k) requires 110k dilithium to repair once fully destroyed. Guys in my alliance with the same ship require 30-67k dilithium to repair theirs. The second highest guy costing 67k dilithium actually has a ship that is stronger than mine. To my knowledge I have all the important research done (I’m level 31). Can someone please help?

@broken charm not a bug. While in base your ship is considered a defense platform therefore gettibg a boost from research and the defense building. Click outside your city and you will see the ship power + officers.

I have no Klingon dailies. Cleared all my dailies yesterday, normally have 4 Klingon ones plus normal ones. When reset occurred last night I got no new Klingon ones. Worst timing since this is dropping me badly in Klingon reputation event! I reported to ingame support, did all steps they suggested such as restarting game, device, checking for client updates, clearing localization. Nothing changed. Anyone have any other suggestion or have this issue yourself? I think this occurred after only time I ever cleared every one of my dailies so wonder if could be related to that but no idea if it is.

A condition exists where by when a ship is parked on the edge of a system while another ship enters the system at the same point, they engage in combat. This just happened between myself and another player and the other player had a base shield active. The shield was dropped as a result of the combat.

All of the bases in that his system around this planet cannot be attacked with shields down. Furthermore if you do try to attack the base it lowers your shields even though the actual attack won’t work. I have a screen recording of setting a shield prior to an attack on these bases. Pressing ok to attack nothing happens to the base and my shields drop. #thesafestplaceinthegalaxy

there is another bug present that might affect this, check the 'alliance/faction' tag that is present on them, we've had reports here about klingons being defined as member of the federation , killing it would result in negative results for the fed faction instead of the klingon

I have over 50 messages in to tech on my issue of not being able to upgrade my ships with time since I bought true jelly fish back in early December. My fastest mining ship can only mine 6.7 million Dilithium in 365 days of continuous 24/7 uninterrupted mining. My Dilithium generators/storage can only produce/hold about 16K Dilithium. Since the bases only hold less than what my base does and everyone else has the same problem and I don’t plan on mining Dilithium for the next 7 years continuously. @onyx bear We have a case of several emtpy systems that makes really difficult completing dailies, 2 out of 3 lvl 30 klyngon system are empty living only explorer for hunting, most lvl 31 systems are empty. Also many higher lvl systems still have the old higher stats hostiles making them a barrier for dailies and missions. I reported this in game a few weeks ago. Are you aware of it? Any update?

Annoying ship repair bug:
I have a damaged ship, but not enough dilithium to repair it. I press the button to convert latinum to dilithium, which gives me the exact amount of dilithium I need to fix the ship. Every single time the game gives me a "resource error" telling me I don't have enough to repair the ship. I have to wait until my dilithium generator produces extra dilithium until the error will go away.

It takes a while for the first hostile to spawn, unless you're in an enemy faction space where a single chaser spawns quickly.

No worries. The 150 xp you got from the kill applied to the little progress bar giving you 150 of 2100 to the next level. You would need 1950 more by killing that much in hostiles (about 11 of them) or using the 285 Ship XP points you have collected. Since you don't have many, you would buy them with Latinum.

I could have reacted properly if the notification had worked. There seems to be an exploit people are using to attack bases without the auto shield popping up. They hit with an early ship like the Orion Corvette, which seems to be coded without the part that causes the bubble to pop up. Then they attack with the big ships and since an attack had already happened, they get in also without the bubble going up. This needs to be fixed as well as an audible alarm when the base is getting attacked.

I have now had two different (and contradictory) answers from support to my report about active missions disappearing from my list. The first response was to tell me that missions never disappear from the list. The second was to tell me that missions do cease to be available if you get too advanced for them.
Neither explanation fits my experience so I am now hoping I get an answer specific to me at the third attempt ...

I couldn't remember the names but I did remember that one of them had something to do with stealing art and my alliance mates told me that one was called "Priceless". I reckon there were about half a dozen where an enemy was too strong so I parked the mission to come back to when I got stronger.
I am sure that, if they are minded to do so, Scopely can check their database. After all, they must keep a record of every mission each player has selected and whether or not it has been completed in order to generate the list of active missions and to prevent them being available to choose a second time.

@dusk yoke it differs, mine shows as step 1 to defeat the security vessel in Opla, not Fastolf
