There is another issue I have. I researched the last dilithium storage research (8th) which gives 70% bonus storage. My Warehouse is level 20, which gives a base of 8000. My capacity before the research was 12320. Expected capacity after research was 8000 + 70% => 13600. My capacity didn't change at all after research finished

Also the north star miner (NS) special event mission changes after the purchase of the north star blue print (BP) package. You no longer have to mine steel, trit, and dilith for the reward of NS BP. @ember stone This has been an ongoing argument for a very long time and it has been stated by support that the current level is "as intended" and "to make the game challenging".
The ops level needs to be taken out of the equation, it must become PvP based on ship strength or a -1 or -2 ops level and then ship strength, it can't be a 300k miner taking out a base, or a 400-500k ship taking out whatever it wants to, down anything up to 12 levels lower.
Bring back the 24hr automatic peace shield to prevent base draining - or at the very least a few hours and not the ridiculous 5 minute one.

North Star ability Healthy mining doesn't take into account bonus of captain for example Cadet Mccoy and his ability Doctor. Exactly same crew just switched captain and speed of mining was same. By rough calculations it's speed without that doctor ability was correct. Another thing is that NS Healthy mining bonus isnt showing when you click on mining node so it show speed without it, but actual mining speed does take it into account.

I guess Devs or CM (if any) are completely swamped by the huge number of correctives actions to take and consider this one as secondary. When it started, the 1st "Solo Mining Mission" was swapping between G2 and G3 requirements randomly. When I harvested G2, it would switch to G3 and then I would get no credit. Now it came back, but it is stuck on G3 resources as the requirement, and from what I was told, G3 requirements are supposed to appear AFTER you build the North Star. I haven't built it yet, so shouldn't the requirements still be G2 materials for me? So far, because of these bugs, I haven't been able to participate in the Solo Mining Missions at all. And also, I am not seeing the "Free North Star Chest" either. Help please!

I just want to report a bug with the North Star Event. After finishing the event(reached 75k points), the event ended right away even there's 6 hr sleft(it happened an hour ago). It says that I only received 69k points which is not true. However, I sitll received the rewards for the last milestone(75k points). That is either the alleged ship bonuses or the alleged officer bonuses not working - it mines at the same rate no matter which officers are used, just the timer is different. It is something that we have all asked to be fixed, and would have thought that having those fixed when you launch a mining event would have been a thing that was at the top of the list.

@native oyster the only issue im aware of is if you send your ship to an empty node with a shield on and someome gets there first, your ship will auto attack and break your shield. The solution is to never send a ship direct to a node with a shield on

Tried an experiment to test if officer bonuses were working. TLDR; they aren’t. Two envoys of exactly the same configuration, one of them had K’bisch who provides a 50% bonus to tritanium mining. Set them both on their own trit rock and went to bed. Woke up and they both had mined the exact same amount.
As well, the rate was supposed to be around 5000/hr but after 8 hrs they on,y had mined 19k

Try this one on for size; the first day of the North Star event I did not receive the timed chests that my fellow alliance members did and after having an extensive conversation with friends and alliance members, I am firmly under the impression that I am being shorted for North Star pieces. For example, last night I had 26 North Star parts and I completed a quest that rewarded five pieces of the North Star and I am still sitting at 26 pieces.
I know you guys are having a lot of problems with your coding, so I honestly don't even true Scopley to delve into the system logs and find that there is an issue and get it fixed, let alone that the system logs are going to be accurate in portraying ALL RELEVANT in-game problems.
I am tired of feeling like the abused customer here where I get a generic/blanket-statment response that is typical of the support team, and I am tired of this lack of sincerity from Scopley when fixing issues. There needs to be in-game compensation or some money returned, and I'm not just talking about me, I'm talking about some compensation for EVERYONE; not a handful of parsteel, I'm talking FULL EPIC officers/ a NICE ship/ or a LOT of UNCOMMON AND RARE refined crystal, gas, and ore. You guys need to step up your game, in a BIG way. Start releasing patches that fix small groups of problems instead of trying to release so many, it puts the server down for two hours that turns into half a day.

Heya @native oyster do you happen to know if there are known bugs on the North Star Mining events? I sometimes have this event shown for the NS with the highest milestones giving blue prints. Where I need to mine parsteel, tritanium or dilithium. But it seems to vanish just as fast as it was shown
Now the mining event on the last image (with 44 mins left) says i completed all milestones (g3 materials), which is correct. But sometimes i see a solo daily event to mine parsteel, tritanium or dilithium, but after a few mins (switching my miners) it just disappears. And i have switched mining for no reason

@native oyster Not sure if someone has already answered you concerning Tallbear's issue (mining timers being off) but I can confirm 100% that it's an issue with ship bonus AND officer bonus. I was using my Envoy to mine Tritanium, it has a 85% increase to trit mining and had an officer setup that further increased by 50%. Timers were off, and I was mining at about 1960/hr (I used a stopwatch to time it for a minute, then multiplied the amount I had by 60) which is what I would be mining at if I had zero ship bonus and zero officer bonus. It was only increasing my mining rate by the mining bonus showed on my ship when I click "Manage" and scroll to the bottom of "Details", and that bonus was not being increased by ship or officer abilities.
From what other's have said, they have had ship and/or officer bonuses functioning, whereas some (including myself) don't have the same ship/officer bonuses functioning. My alliance lead has the NS and says his NS ship ability works, however many people in this discord have reported that their NS ship bonus does not work. I've asked and I don't see any common ground as to what would cause this on a person to person bases.

I did not have a NS event where you need to mine parsteel, tritanium or dilithium, but others in my alliance did. And suddenly it popped up and had only 52 minutes left. So I could not by any chance switch and still make it to the top milestones and get the blue prints.. Those are stolen from me from how I feel it.. I see that several have asked about the Romulan "Cleanup" mission which states to kill level 20 and higher hostiles. I've tried them in neutral space and romulan space. The button jumps to a level 25 system, which doesn't contain level 20 hostiles so this has to be a bug.

Nowhere was a information that buying the pack end the event getting it for free. I paid 22 Euro and wants now a second Northstar or a compensation.

Have been able to unlock the 4th crate every day since i started this game. Only problem was had to spend latinum for speed ups of research/building sometimes. having that 2nd faction gives you a 2nd hunt 15 ships mission. Which can be done against the same 3rd/hated faction.

Well I find out today after constantly attacking Klingon Ncp that it doesn’t matter if you keep hitting them to lower your fed/rom faction setting since each day they move those negative factions a -500/-1000 even if u keep hitting Klingon ships all day and night. And where is that anywhere in the FAQ? Nowhere. This game is ridiculous with all of the bugs and to find out you can’t undo the negatives for the other 2, EVEN when asked by customer service that is the only way, and find out really there is NO way to undo it is stupid. Bad enough we get attacked by bullies in the game but when the game works against you for factions is even lame.

No this is not the case. I had -24k rom and -13k fed. That was yesterday. Today, it is -25k Rom and -14k fed. Only thing I have done is attack Klingon ships.
I doubt that customer service will do anything since they don’t care about the app. There are so many bugs in the app that people are still paying for such a buggy app that it is ridiculous. And I only attacked Klingon ships after consulting with customer service inside the app and was told that was the only way to undo the negatives. Yesterday i got attacked with 2hrs of peaceshield still up....i was active in game but hunting hostiles only when got back to my base i find this out then the notifcations come in and my resources all drop to zero. They were at 3m parsteal 20m trit and 700k dilithium. Personal finances were envolved. I should have been notified at the very least of the first attack. Which should not have been possible with shields up.

- Vemet special ability causes hull point restore after lost battle leaving ship in zombie limbo, requires support fix

we have had at least 3 people in just my alliance that swear they had a shield up, had miners already set, and had their shields dropped and they had their bases raided. somehow the game is tricked into thinking the guy with the shield initiated the attack and drops the shield with no warning. this isn't isolated as there are others across my server that have had the same happen

i believe it happens when high volume hitters hit your base/ships and then hit lots of others after, which pushes the attacks on you out of their logs and yours. support can check server logs to inform you who the attacker was
Wouldn’t their attacks be the most recent in the logs? So shouldn’t they appear anyways... my most recent logs are from 4 hours ago and they are from attacks I did earlier

Not sure if this is a bug, but maybe my experience helps other piece together their story. A $20 NS pack appeared in store when event started today. Event 24-hour chest still had 40 minutes to unlock. Bought the pack. Event 24-hr chest disappeared. Event awarding NS shards is still registering progress. Also gained a NS-specific event to mine G3 for spock shards, which is new for me. Don’t bother with support team. My events were all messed up. I did everything they asked and still unable to score in events. Even took video to show them. The result was a reply from them. There are many events...... um. I can see that. So again I re submitted a few dozen screenshots of the issue. Same reply. There are many events. That triggered completion on every open dilithium mine/donate mission. Loved not having to do that 250k mission and still collect rewards, but definitely not proper game function.

It's been three maintenance cycles, and this ship is still stuck floating in Vindemiatrix(15) near the top. It doesn't move. You can't target it. It just gets in the way when you think you can hit a ship to avoid getting hit by a player and it's just a ghost.

Most of those annoying bugs are probably small desynchronizations between clients (your gaming unit) and game server. Now, if gameserver synchronizes sessions more frequently, both server bandwith and server CPU load / memory would probably increase as well so Scopely would need eventually to upgrade servers.
That kind of desync issue is frequent when playing mobile games devices over wireless network and this is why real gamers - that is folks who think gaming is a serious business - won't never play such mobile games.

The notification system is bugged. Today my base was attacked. I got the notification saying that I have 5 minutes to raise a shield. But the message came 20 minutes after the initial attack. My base was already being raided for 15 minutes when that notification message arrived. I've already lost all my unprotected resources when I got the message. For me, that notification was useless.

The last solo mining event would give 5 if you haven't done it yet. Our solo event started at 3am local time, so if you didn't get up early you would miss it, it should have run for longer since it only appeared once a day. Events need to take into consideration time zones.

Sometimes, I actually make it to my destination, but instead of the “Zzzz” it will say “00” and as soon as I try to move, the ship magically disappears back to my starting location and begins the trip over again. I requested reimbursement for the event since I more then made max prize anyways. Simple solution. Of course denied. Their will be no reinforcements. This has been reported before in several forms : When starting the game this morning, one of my miners, left on a node with 7h+ mining time, was destroyed (not just damaged) but there was no battle report. It's not just a display/synchronisation problem because a player really had attacked me and had left a message about it => you don't always receive a report in the logs when there has been a battle.

My envoy isn’t getting the boost if should do from officer. I’ve got one envoy with the crew member that gives boost to ore mining. And one without. Mining at same time - one says 3240 or so and one says 2235, yet both are mining st same time if you see bottom of screen.

I had a 24 hour peace shield in place when I went to bed. When I logged in 10 hours later, my station and ships were destroyed (none were deployed) , 8 mil steel missing, 600k trit, and 60k dil. No battle report either.
This needs to be fixed and I need to be credited a 24 hour peace shield, and the weeks worth of resources credited back.
This bug or exploit is wholly unacceptable.

Huge bug on the station attack. Sometimes the ship starts the attack, then becomes invisible and nothing happens. The attack stops, nothing happens and the ship remains invisible if moved into the system. It's really big no matter what! I have never seen a game so poorly programmed.👎🏻

You got attacked because you sent a ship direct to a node with your peace shield on and before it got there, someone took the node, forcing a battle which automatically drops your shield. Not a bug, but not user friendly either.

There are no reports because the person who hit you is an active raider. He raided someone after you so that overwrote his and your logs.
Dodgy coding, a bug perhaps but thats what happened.

I just tried to open up the 60 recruit pack and got an error where it took my 60 but didnt let me open any officers. Then I closed out and reopened and tried to open a 20 recruit pack and it did the same thing. It also said there was an error and if it persisted to report it to support. If the guy feels there was a mistake, he may want to reply to the message he screenshotted here. But perhaps in a calm and polite manner, detailing his standpoint and asking for the case to be reviewed.

Don’t get me started it took nearly 2 months to sort out the Race to Level 23, prize, that I eventually got, event this they said that I had apparently recieved them@but I didn’t, so I know that they don’t always have the proof that they say they do.
So it does happen.
But my current bug/annoyance are the lack@of Rare Refines of G3 Crystal and Gas, my upgrades of my Kehra are stuck cos my new tier now needs 6x Rare G3 Crystal and 2x Rare G3 Gas, for the 2 weapon upgrades, I don’t recall ever getting any or my months of playing.

@small bobcat logs do lie. My base was raided and lost everything which is fine but the battle log didn't tell me who. I asked at scopely and reply was log said attack never happened. I'm basically lying. And they tell me my last PvP attack was a guy who isn't even on our server so I know their logs are not correct.

Scopely is only concerned with how many packs you buy. You can even get a pass for running hacks if you buy enough. No action is taken against players cheating even when provided with proof. The entire game is a lie.

missing rewards and support just outright refuse to fix the issue what is the point of actually having a support team if you don't receive alliance and missions rewards if they won't actually do anything

Obviously support is provided by a third party with a list of scripted responses. Getting the exact worded reply to different complaints a clear indicator. They can’t access servers to verify logs or make any compensation.
If your lucky they actually forward the complaint to Scopely.
Their job is to reply so Scopely can say they provide support.

the issue is not support being bad, the issue is the expectations of some players here who think they will be treated like freakin kings in a free to play mobile game
i didnt see a single time on here with all those screenshot where support behaved badly and still people are freaking out for no reason
i dont think most people understand what they aggreed to when playing this game
they dont own their account, they dont own any virtual items and any purchase is final. if you don't like that, you arent supposed to play
scopely can easily shut down any account because it's theirs and not ours and they dont even need a reason for that

Their answers are scripted. Exact same response to multiple complaints by different team members. None of what you say makes any sense. Try making an intelligent argument and not blathering nonsense. I’m certain the majority of players would agree your claims are pure fantasy.

@native oyster there seems to be a lack of 3* survey parts dropping from faction hostiles to help upgrade the Northstar. Please fix this as all that seems to drop from even level 26 faction ships/traders is 3* interceptor parts.

Helpshift has trigger phrases and words to up it to an operator, but yeah, it gets logged into the helpshift first.

Yes, 2 people in my alliance as well. Ships dont recall, ships not visible, people can't enter they account. Games lags alot.. And to many other things to write down.. Galaxy chat burning from people who complain about several things..

@native oyster its weird, and obviously low on the priority list next to the people who cant log in, but there are no npcs showing anywhere. Checked across both platforms and hard reset, cleared cache, my internet is fine.. no npcs..
