@flat matrix I use them to turn into 3* as much as a waste of trit that it is to max them unless they improve the drop rates its a good way for more 3* mats. I have 2 out of 3 faction miners and I'm at half way to having another one for both factions from amarda chests and hostile hunting ontop of both level 28 ships which again half way to a second
Hmm, good use, except you then have to spend a bunch of 2* mats, which if you don't have any common, it takes time to mine and refine. Granted, not as much, but it's still a burden
I'm level 31 havent mined 2* since level 19 for dailies and I'm still refining it due to an abundance of overflow

Just a suggestion - make the sales the same whoever you are ... for some reason some of my alliance friends can buy both the Franklin and the North Star currently. I only have the North Star in my store. I am level 18, everything in base upgraded and I am well into the Swarm missions. I would buy the Franklin, so why can’t I see it? Only thing I can think of is that google users seem to be able to see it but I am on apple. Please put it in the store for all, thanks!
hi there, my 1st time here so hope I'm in the correct place. I was thinking it would be good to have system in place to make a group of 2-3 alliance members so higher levels can help out lower levels for quests and daily events/quests. By doing this lower levels of alliance would get help and higher levels could get rewards for helping lower level members.
How about a res exchange you trade you res in the exchange ie tri for gas etc. the lower your opps level the better your exchange as the higher you go the more you can mine and you might have multiple ships?
Hijacked ships of a faction should not be attacked by said faction because they are faction ships, they should not be subject to player’s status with the faction; this would give them an extra use to some players for example: if my status with Klingons was “enemy” but I built a hijacked D3; I could use that ship without being attacked by terminators in Klingon space. Just a thought...
I was thinking it might be nice to have a way to get borg shards for officers. Kind of like the Augment store.
There should be a slide down menu of who is online in your alliance so you can plan things better, raids, armadas or whatever...sometimes we waste time waiting for responses to see who is on in our alliance

about the franklin grind. i am lvl 28 and from the daileys i get 13k Frequentcy modulators each day, (I do these almost every day). is it possible to give FM's with the swarm sunday ? or maybe not asking 217.000 ! FM's for 1 ship part 🙂 my franklin can handle 3 lvl 28's with hostile crew. and i need to kill lvl 30's -_-. so the suggestions i got is: 1. increase the dailey rewards x2 at least 2. decrease the required FM's for ship parts 3. add FM's in the swarm event. (1k,2k,3k,5k,10k or what ever u always do). cause now the franklin is just to hard to grind. it doesnt stack up with leveling up Ops. and i bought 1 pack to see if it was usefull. 109,99 euro to upgrade 3 parts of a ship that has no purpose other then swarm. it can be so much better then what it is now.
@timber wigeon you get a bit more than that at level 36, but not a lot, BUT for final tier parts each gun will cost you 2.4M modulators.

What if we have an officer just as a troll but also maybe useful if you knew how to use him... basically an officer who's captain ability is that whatever ability your officers have, those abilities are activated for the opponent, and nothing is activated for you...

Instead of Spock increasing my shield by 400% of defence, he instead increases the opponent's shield by 400% of my defence
It can be a troll officer, but at the same time, there are specific parts where It can be useful, for example Pan can end up adding hullbreach to opponent, or Chen can end up decreasing my attack instead so the battle goes longer and I can test out more things...

Their economic logic is VERY flawed. I do not understand why they eliminate low packs instead of just adding the bigger packs. Lots of people would actually buy all offered packs.
And then you have it where some peeps can spend the 100 one month then only afford 20-50 the next month or so.
Also the daily token chest still gives WAY too much 2* for an ops 26+. Im ops 30 now and should not get ANY 2* in those but I do and not enough 3*.
Please reduce the amount of ore available from Latinum nodes during Latinum events. The number of nodes with the same miners on them for days is ridiculous. The turnover rate needs to be increased, and reducing the amount of ore available would accomplish that.

I suggest that when new and amazing things are released (like all the new officers (THANKYOU), you do not pair it with a massive slap to the face (releasing directly following the end of a recruit event).
This has a completely demotivating effect and takes all the good out of the release knowing that I just spent 6,000 or so premium recruit tokens minutes before their value significantly increased.
Still no Harrison or a completed Jaylah. How about you give us those?

Also PLEASE adjust the refinery algorithm for a more equitable conversion. 12k just to get common and maybe an uncommon or rare? That's a rediculously poor conversion. 75 k doesn't even guarantee that you'll even increase the odds. If I'm going to "waste" 75k , i want a better outcome. C'mon scopely , I know that I'm not the only one who feels ripped off every time I refine.. either that or remove the cool down timer so we can dump mad amounts of raw material and not have to wait 9 hours to get ripped off again. if the timer is gone it wouldn't feel like such a rip-off

Yeah yeah yeah,. I get it, scopely is in the business of making money. I completely understand that. They've hooked me, I spend approx
$ 100-200 per month in-game. Now with that being said, wouldn't it be a more logical decision to make sure that I continue to play and spend money if the refinery issue is addressed? At least allow players to refine more often than every 9 hours. Now I wouldn't be as jaded if it was worth my time and mining to be able to receive more than crumbs from the refinery? If players could refine say every 4 hours that would double productivity., And every 2 hours would quadruple productivity and result in less frustration in game. There are plenty of players stuck because the refinery is stungy or needs too long to be effective. I for one just might spend my hard earned money in game on other packs instead of just the monthly materials chest just to keeo pace with others and an unlimited amount of spending money.
Or how about. A stand alone warp range payable upgrade for all the ships in a players inventory
How about battle channels in this server dedicated to battles... PvP, Hostiles, Armadas, Mission Bosses, Base raiding?
I still think the ideal for creating an assimilated Ferengi borg miner recruit for lat events to bypass efforts to get bp for D’vor for lat mining events to allow players who can’t spend their entire budget on this game.
As a suggestion -
How about having a "deal of the day" on officer shards? I've seen this in other games that use a similar "card pack" mechanic, and it's really effective.
Example - Today the randomizer brings up 10 of 10. I can get 5 shards of 10 of 10 for 1,000 latinum, guaranteed purchase. Tomorrow it may be Decious, but it's 10 shards for that same 1,000 latinum (since he's a rare). and so on.
This gives whales with hundreds of thousands of latinum just sitting around something to use it on, while giving the free/low paying players choices. Do I get those 10 Decious shards with my few latinum so I can promote him, or do I save up for that sweet, sweet Pike shard opportunity.
the power gapping that is allowed in this game is absolutely absurd... lvl 40+ being able to hit a 30 is ridiculous this kills the game for Free2Play people.... allowing this does kill the game for people who cant/wont spend hundreds of dollars a month on this game.... plus the packs really are not worth the cost.. was looking into getting a pack for a ship and 140$ for 20 bps is just dumb
I'd like to see the Alliance Store expanded to allow members to buy things from one another. So if I wanted to build a 2nd Horizon, for example, and another member had a ton with no plans to build another Horizon, that member could sell me their extra BPs.
Hey devs, a lvl 1 defense platform that costs 500+ unc crystal is a huge ripoff when the damn thing cannot be upgraded until lvl 39 after unlocking the next fleet commander lvl and building drydock E. Beyond annoyed. Think it through. I'd like to reverse that investment so that I can put it into something much more useful.
An "attack now" button for armadas would be useful, avoiding having to wait when all the ships are already in the same system
If you can put up a ceasefire for after maintenance, can you start putting up ceasefires for the length of a player’s ban. I’ve never been banned, but have seen this being exploited by players on different servers

Can we get more credits from hostiles? As a lvl32 player I get maybe a couple a day from hostiles. Either increase them to maybe 50 a time, or completely remove them. So few is just a little insulting.
Would be awesome if there was a way to see your armada strength verses the armada you're attacking!

All I'm asking is either increase the refine ratio so it's worth it for 3 time or keep the ratio bad but Lower the cooldown time so players can make the best of a bad ratio by making it available sooner

Sometimes you need to get home fast and there is no hostile, base, or player strong enough/available to self-destruct on to get home quick
Only one issue with that : the inevitably of someone to get upset because of pushing it in error and blaming the developers for the button.
Just some suggestions on the
Z node disputes that have included;
- players hitting other players UPC and claiming there were no nodes - Whole system screenshots are not possible to show proof of no nodes being available.
- Those players who have high powered ships are sitting on these Z nodes for far longer than the allotted 3 mins. to get off and not possible to move along, most of the time they're UPC
- There are players under level 15 who are abusing the
Z nodes and the higher level players cannot ask them to move because the system doesn't allow the ID link to msg them unless you zoom in to ID them then go through the hassle of trying to find their profile in order to msg them.
- Could Scopely consider putting a timestamp on a Z node - the time between when it hits zero to indicate:
A. the time lapse between zero to when a ship is engaged in battle and recording this in the battle report so that the arguments over the 3 min warning be resolved? If the timestamp shows over 3 mins since it hit zero, then it's fairgame. If it's under
3 mins then it's considered as a UPC roe breach since either there was no warning given or the player ship was destroyed when there were other nodes available.
B. if there are no nodes available, then the proof for that reasonung to attack could be in using a counter to show in real time that there were no nodes available.
Could a counter be included in the View System info box to show how many rss nodes are available and how many are occupied in real time? If the player arrives at the system and finds no nodes available,
a screenshot can be taken of the View System info box then this screenshot along with the timstamp information on the battle log would be helpful in working to resolve such disputes.
I get that some players will still hit those UPC anyway but it would go a long way to resolving such disputes.
@graceful dust ROE has nothing to do with Scopely. It’s a player-created concept only, and differs between servers.
I understand that ROE is the player created concept but the actual game mechanics like showing rss, nodes and battle reports are to do with the STFC game developers and it is their job is to make it easier to provide evidence and better details for players in order to minimise and help to resolve disputes and is applicable to different ROE, and allow for ease of playing the game fairly and equitably. Isn't it in the game developers best interests to keep the players happy and motivated to keep playing the game?
Packs, scopely pls redefine ALL packs and focus on what ppl really need.
E.g. for the prime gas research you need the 1000 four star uncommon refined gas. That’s all!!!
What you get extra and don’t need - and in my case don’t want - is 22k lat, rare and uncommon refined 3 star materials (all three), parsteel, tritatium, dilithium and speed ups. Leave that shit out and make the pack cheaper.
Make a 10 or 15 euro pack with only the 4 star gas in it and an alliance gift.
Make such packs for all materials like uncommon and rare refined 2,3 and 4 star materials! Please!
And that’s the same for all packs.
That is just an example to justify the price of 110 euros.
But I can imagine one who wants these packs like that. That’s just bullshit.
If I want tritanium, I will buy a tritanium pack.
If I want 3 star rare gas, I buy that pack.
But all for a reasonable price.

I’m on iOS and have never experienced the constant crashing that people talk about. Game rarely crashes on me.

one of the issue is extreme poor implementation of unity and memory management.
On my note 10, i get at least 50 client sync issues per day due to memory leaks

You lose any cargo over protected amount. If the hostile had it, you could ho back and get it. Or, you may benefit from someone else's untimely demise. ;)

Practical suggestion, Maintenance windows, Yes they are a pain for us all, but the variable nature of them is more annoying to be frank, Could we maybe have the servers back at an exact time, like for example with todays announcement, instead of about an hours delay, extend the window by precisely an hour (and another hour if necessary etc. The problem is not knowing at you come back to find all your miners have been looted because you didn't know the game was back up, the ceasefire shields only cover bases..... Alternatively turn off all PVP for a window after the game come back up to allow for people to realise we are back up.

Under promise, over deliver always worked for Scotty. If you think server maintenance will take an hour, give yourself an extra hour in case Murphy shows up. When you're in a tight window, he usually does.

I’m EXTREMELY tired of spending all week mining latinum, just to get say 340 with a double pull x 5 for how many days a week = 1700, best case scenario. Well, SCOPELY decided to strategically place their instant repair button directly under the button for the regular repair. As I, and many other players of this game have fat sausage fingers, we politely ask you to take this scamming button away. If you MUST place it, please put it further away. I’m tired of mining 1700 latinum a week just to spend 1100 of it accidentally pressing that button. I know this why it’s there. It’s another ploy to get your players to spend more money. SCOPELY THIS IS SHAMEFUL, and you know it. I expect this comment not even make it thru the day, but don’t worry, I will screen shot it and post it everywhere. Across every one of the platforms you have. Maybe someone, just someone will listen, or maybe I’ll just get an insta block and ban as you normally do when you’re called out on your shameful business practices. Thanks for nothing.

Now you are adding more and more specialist ships and crew members with very specific abilities it is about time you gave us the ability to save crew sets, filter on abilities better and generally give the crew assignment an overhaul.

Any chance, maybe ONE day, we will be able to see all the missed shots in the battle log? No clue why that isn't a thing already. No one gives a stool sample about accuracy in this game, because no one has an idea what ship, what crew, whatever misses how much and when.
That should've been a thing right form the start. We need to see those missed shots in the battle log. Otherwise what's the point of people like blue Uhura?

During the downtime today, I just take a hour and collect some ideas. I think a few of them were already mentioned.
Your base:
• Improve the hanger: Add a ship view. Currently you need a free dockyard to inspect your ships. It would be great if the hanger would offer something similar. In the hanger it should be possible to see your ships and assign crew to test the stats.
• Improve the academy: Add crew templates: It should be possible to create and save crew templated in the academy. In the dockyard you can select the crew templated in the “assign officers” view. By upgrading the academy, you can store more crew templates.
• Improve the operations: Add officers: It should be possible to assign officers to your operations. The officers will give your base bonus e.g. faster research, more resources from generator, more space in your vault, or defense bonus. To put it into a Star Trek context, you can take the officers from Deep Space 9.
• Improve the “assign officers” view. Make officers sortable by attack, defense, and health.
Ship & Armadas:
• Improve the ship manage view: Show the hull health points in the manage view. Currently you show a slide without numbers only.
• It should be possible to attack the station of another player with an armada. This would enable a group of smaller players to attack the base a big player. The armada would start at the station of the host. All ships would fly together to the target station and attack the station together.
• Private Armada: Combine two or more of your ships to a group. E.g. you can add a warship to miner, to protect it during mining. Or you can combine your ships to attack a mission target or attack a station.
Alliance:
Alliances are key for this game. You force the player to join an alliance and with the events you often add an alliance leadership board. Unfortunately, the benefits of an alliance are not so high. You see it from time to time that players leave an alliance and found a five- or six-men alliance. Quite often it not that your alliance is your team or that you build up something special with your alliance. Here a few Ideas to improve alliances:
• Alliance administration: Add an event list, which contains the last 30 membership changes, like who join or left the alliance and who gets a new rank.
• Add a last login info to the membership overview. The admiral, a commander, or a premier should see which player is online or when was he/she last time online. This helps to find online players for an armada and identify inactive players.
• Extend the diplomatic options. It should be possible that two alliances aligned on a diplomatic alignment. These alignments should be public visible on the alliance profile page. E.g. If alliance A and B aligned on a NAP, the members of A and B could not attack each other anymore. The NAP is shown in a diplomatic box on the public profile. The alignment needs to be approved by both alliance and could be canceled by both. Possible alignments are: NAP and War.
• Improve the alliance lvl system. I am currently in a lvl 20 alliance and there is no reason why I should donate resources to alliance to reach lvl 21. The balance between cost and reward is not good. E.g. if we would spent the ress to get lvl 21, our member limit increase from 70 to 71. Congratulation. At the moment we are 44 player in the alliance… Even the top alliance on the server is on lvl 23. Questions to the community is there a lvl 50 alliance on any server? Here an ideas to improve the alliance lvl with a station.:
o Each alliance get a construction ship, which is immortal. In the natural zone there are a few spots were the construction ship can build a station. The station build is expensive (cost e.g. 1b steel, 200m tri, 50m dil), take some time (e.g. a week), and the spots are limited (e.g. max 40 slots per server).
o After the station is constructed the alliance member could donate resources to the station, which allows the admiral or commanders to improve buildings of the station. Building of the station are (e.g.). a member center (more members with each lvl), a help center (higher help limit), an alliance armada center (attack other alliances, see below), a defense center (more defense to the alliance station), a trade center (see below).
o The station could be attacked by another alliance at any time (also during the construction phase). But each alliance member is able to send one ship to the station, which defend it. A station could be attacked by another alliance using the alliance armada center, which allows huge armadas against other alliances (e.g. a alliance with 70 member and a high lvl alliance armada center, could start an armada with 70 ships).
o If a station is successful attacked by another alliance, the station will be destroyed and the alliance get a new construction ship. To avoid frustration, all building of the destroyed station will be moved to the new construction ship. So that a new station does not start from scratch. (build cost and time stay the same).
o After a station is destroyed there are debris. This debris could be raided by everybody. They contain 50% of the resources the alliance spent for the station (as more as an alliance spent for the station as more resources are in the debris). After the debris are raided another construction ship could build a new station on the spot.
o The station is a trade point (Thanks to the Ferengi). Each alliance member get a chest (e.g. every 22h similar cooldown and content like the armada packs in the alliance store) with resources. For each lvl of the trade center building in the alliance station, the chest contains more stuff with a higher value.
General:
• I think for most of the players it is totally fine if you slow down and do not release new event each month. Feel free to repeat some events and take the time to do bug fixes. Many players, like me, joined the game later and miss the early events. It would be nice if you could repeat these events. E.g. Repeat an old event every second month.
• Add friend and enemy lists: Currently there is no way to mark other players. Quite often I would like to track another player. But if this player leaves his current alliance or rename and relocate, it is difficult to impossible to find him again. Please add a friend and enemy list to the game.
• Improve the leaderboard: It is not possible to search for a player- or alliance name in the leaderboard. Please add this function.
remove the limit of 30 in battle reports so we can finally mark those old reports as read

As a f2p player I wish swarm hostiles gave a chance to get Franklin BP's as loot. Stockpiling Frequency Modulators is no fun when you can't use them. I did find out I can get up to 45 Franklin BPs in the Outlaw arc 3 event store.
Why is targeting slightly more annoying after last update?
There is still this stuck in battle bug that's not being fixed for the past year or so
Add an option to turn off the in game notifications from things such as helps or combat, especially nice considering what my notices i am getting right now.
Sort your total BS targeting range out. Should stay a 4 level range like at lvl 15. At no point should people ever be outclassed by such a huge gap, I have stopped spending cash now i found this out. Certainly wouldn't spend any more unless you do sort it out.

The present system, after the last update, is giving on combat screen updates from... well, last week, yesterday, whatever.
Here's the thing: We don't need an update that we killed a ship if we see that we killed the ship. We have the inbox to refer to should we want to see who killed our surveyors (because that's what PD leaderboard does, by the way, is reward people for killing surveyors)...
So can we just get rid of those annoying updates that block part of the screen for no good reason?
And while we're at it, Armada alerts when offline are just annoying.
Can the refinery be sorted out with set amounts of com, uncom and rare mats. Level 23 saw me stuck for crystal for quite a while not getting any uncom crystal. Now I'm level 28 and stuck for uncom gas. I know i can buy it but i could buy everything on sale and still not get enough. I have done every single combat research available to me, all station, galaxy research except ones requiring uc gas and stuck on outlaw research now too. I need 280 uc gas for r&d upgrade and 525 uc gas for 1 mayflower upgrade. I don't mind paying for some but come on, there's something wrong here.

The banners are broken. I just got a message that read defeat [not my alliance] vs [yet another alliance]. They are annoying when they work. Please turn them off until they can be fixed. They are instilling more confusion than information.
Also a suggestion - instead of a drop down that covers the chat and gets in the way so I accidentally click it instead of what I was aiming for, can we turn it into a ticker-style banner that has a permanent spot on the screen, and takes up less space? This would also aid in the banner overload that occurs when scoring points in multiple events with one action.

The unintended result was it makes station raiding more difficult since the station then becomes one of many targets for selection when multiple ships are in use.
Narrowing the targeting area of a ship/destination has made the game much more difficult, even for those who use a mouse and pointer.
Please revert these 'fixes' back to previous behavior. I think most would prefer it as it was before.

Unsure if I suggested this before, but similar to your STFC 'lite' idea, do a STFC 'minimalist' idea where it shows all the buttons and stores and stuff in the most simplified and organized way possible. And perhaps allow us to do some custom organization too 😊
Allowing the consumer control over a multitude of settings will help everyone be comfortable with their own game. A slider for sensitivity, options for what notifications/banners show, etc.
Also, some people may disagree, but giving the ability to 'pause' a game for a hiatus. Like you have to contact scopley to pause and you can't do it in replacement for overnight shields or whatever. Basically to pause for months for work or something

It could be like you schedule how long it'd be. It'd be great for those in college, going on long trips, essential workers, those who get sick, etc. You'd be able to pick up where you left off without losing all your rss and stuff 😊 people have things in real life, and shields can only do so much

Regarding alliance diplomacy; it would be cool if you were notified when diplomacy of another alliance changed against yours to some capacity. Or if that isn't possible, if an alliance declares you an enemy, auto push them to enemy for you so at least you know that a conflict has been declared...
Also, some of us players are not sure what ideas have been read, and don't have the time to constantly listen to the podcasts/watch YouTube videos, etc., it'd be awesome if there was a verification what ideas have been read and submitted or whatever the process is 😊 like a simple and quick specific reaction or something to the idea.

These chests should now be keeping up with all the latest new items or currencies and should be giving those out as well. Need to add them into the random rotation.
I’m going to make a bold recommendation that you guys probably wouldn’t support but it may need to happen: roll back the update. Things are still not working quite right. I’m still getting false alerts that my base is being attacked but it’s shielded. With the rogue event starting and points not being added, Maybe it’s time to go back to the drawing board, step backwards and run the game in a version that actually works. Once this is done you can figure out how to go forward from there. It sounds bold, it even may sound absurd, but it may be the best strategy until a real solution can be found by the designers.

The cell you get is dependent on your Vidar level. There’s 3 cell types, each of which open a different system.
Instead of money grab events that introduce mountains of bugs to this teeming anthill, could we get some quality of life improvements? I'm trying to upgrade a ship and to make up for some short falls in some common G3 gas, I bought that short fall using Lat. Is there a way of purchasing more common G3 gas to compensate for scopely math failures?

Recommendation - As an admiral give me a read out on my players. Tabbed, cells so i can track their progress, without having to view their profiles and do the work manually.
Recommendation - SHUT OFF ARMADA ALERTS - They are simply angering the players that need to sleep at night but also don't want to get raided without getting an alarm.
Recommendation - Allow us to use Latinum for anything.
Recommendation - apply a button to the game screen that will allow the HUD to go away and come back when pressed. This will give players more screen realestate and not get killed in battle when you need to press the space where the helps button pops in at the last second and instead of fighting off a raider, you're suddenly in a menu.
Major Recommendation - Turn Armadas into a pvp centered event. You have an arena and two alliances sign in to fight. The system chooses bases of similar size and asks the player to opt in. Both alliances will attack/defend the others bases. The bases cannot repair during the armada event. The first alliance to take resources from a base wins the armada.
Make alliance chat for your alliance and the ones you are allied with so its easier to communicate with them.
Also allow allies to join armadas

Mega Armadas where alliance members can use multiple ships. Limit 2 to 3 ships each. Player starts an Armada with lv30 acc total Armada size for a mega would be 10 or 15 ships.
A 15 ship armada or at least 10 ship armada may be fun
But currently the game only allows 7 at lv 50
But then again without those blue tactical cores we can't upgrade the armada control center... so the max is 6

With all of the various uses for the new materials (Charged Nanoprobes -> Faction credits and Stella Particles -> Uncommon/Rare Materials), it would be really nice if we had something similar to do with our Frequency Modulators once we get our Franklin to tier 9. At that point, they just build up and do nothing for us. Trading them in for other things could be a really nice way to make it feel less useless to keep doing swarm dailies.

Officer management in general needs to be addressed. As more and more officers are added, the deficiencies of the current interface become more apparent.

- Ditch the carousel for officer selection. When you click on a slot, it should bring up some kind of tabular where you can sort AND filter, especially for attributes like Att/def/health.
- if the carousel remains, Att/Def/Health stats should be displayed on the officers picture, and we should be able to sort by those.

We are not at war, its 2 or 3 rogue players who just do it because they are bored, think they are better than everyone else and don't want to stick to SPAs....or justbhad a bad childhood I don't know. And Scopley allows this by not making pvp competitive, not about any kind of skill, just how much money you can pile into the game to buy shipa and progress and allowing players significantly higher to attavk knowing there is nohing that can be done.

@fallow hollow we dont get that on our server at all nobody attacks those waiting for armardas unless at war and our rules of engagement has banned killing franklins in swarm space and vidars in borg space and it works well. So for me its the lvl thing that needs changing
@peak basin we have rules on our server too, which 99% of people follow. But that doesn't stop the idiots who don't and just do what they want. I would be happy with anything that levellled the playing field a bit.
Every the game crashes and I get killed by hostiles it cost us resources which in this game are not easily earned. After a year and half playing it’s getting old. U have no problem taking hard earned money from people but fail to take care of the people that pay your salaries. Thank god Eve Echoes launches soon. Maybe they will be more respectful to their players.
From what i see, the majority of servers have some kind of SPA, so i don't know why they don't juat build those rules into the game.
see, when we get idjits like that on my server, we go hunting them. Lots of people out looking for your base, then reporting it to the top 3 Alliances when found and they go force you to shield, then you can't attack my miners or my Frank or my Stella

Here’s a suggestion how bout you make a reward button show up when attacking players for zero nodes, opc node etc instead of having to scan the person to send if they opc an then have to click elsewhere to get out of the screen. Make it so you can see rewards just like when attacking hostiles ... the while scanning an having to see if some one is opc is a just getting annoying
Some sugestions that I'm not sure someone has made previouly, for when users get error/exception screens (that include debug information):
- add a button with the option to share (or copy to clipboard) the text info that is on the image, which we can then copy paste to some other installed app like discord;
- add the possibility to "contact/mail" support directly from the error screen, which would paste all the debug/error info directly, and optionally leave a contact for potential follow-up with the player

Crew skill - allows multiple crew setups to be stored and then quickly selected when changing setups
Give us a way to view our hanger. Every ship we own lined up with stats for that ship, # of pvp kills, pd, # of pve kills, pd, etc. Let us view the ships together
Maybe a Trade System would be great for the alliance and for each person, where you can swap the ressources u need.
Armadas - when team leader checks all stars (all members) in armada - it should start automatically(immediately) without 15 minutes if noone else start this armada or if your alliance is the first in the stack

With Armadas once someone starts one, no one else can start the same one. As it occurs now and due to lag, two people can start the same armada within seconds of each other because onscreen the other player isn't seen. This wastes allot of directives which especially in exchange are few between. It isn't fair for players to lose directives due to game and internet lag.
The Borg should get its one Faction Shops. This so you get a better overview of the option you have. Also the shop should have possibility too get Borg Officers shards. This will result in more use of Vidar and need to refine to get credit to get the Borg Officers
Resource generators should NEVER stop working. Might I suggest that resource generators generate resource tokens once they are full. Perhaps when players reach a level.

There is a social solution to that problem. Keep a couple lower levels in your Alliance to go clear them.
I believe that playing this GAME should be free from unnecessary evils. Sure, as players we can go to war. Some players even hold grudges. Scopely has addressed all that in their rules. But what is not addressed is the serial killer. Players who kill just to kill. Serial killers put unnecessary harrassment on all. In turn causing players to lose interest in the game. Leading to loss of income to scopely. Couldn't Scopely create a tip chat for possible serial killers. If scopely's investigation warrants an arrest. Arrest the development of the player. Don't let the player get ship BPs, officers shards, etc. Shut down the player's ability to get stronger. Not by name, but by ip address.
Does it really create a loss of income though, or do those players spend and then get other players frustrated enough to spend?
When players leave, we all lose
We all spend. Not just money, but time. People are less likely to spend either when they know no one can do anything about this. This is not the rw. People play to get away from that.

Doesn't stop them from killing. Take away his ability to develop. He will only kill more to get what he needs. Shields are great for when you have rss to take, but when you have none a station attack does nothing. He could simply shield and improve his ships/station with any rss he gets. Take away his interest in killing. Force him to grind out like the rest of us.

Dailies idea: with 2 factions (and at least 3 officer groups) now requiring Independent credits, why not mirror the faction dailies and require something like 25 Bounty Hunter/Eclipse kills of a given level to earn a few independent credits on a regular basis?
Or even if it were just an additional vector for faction store credits, additional income on the Augment store would be handy with the new pack added last month.
At the same time it would also be lovely to get a reduction in the number of swarm kills needed on a daily basis if something like this were to be added.
Suggestion: Make it so that players can open the ship hangar and at least view the ships that are in there to know the current tier/level so we can make determinations about the next upgrades if necessary. For example, I have 4 ships out right now but I'd like to figure out what I need to upgrade one of the ships I don't have out (Hijacked Mayflower in this instance) but I can't remember off the top of my head what tier/level it is.
Just had a thought, I'm sure someone else has brought this up before. Why not allow a set amount of commons be refined in to uncommons, uncommons to rares, rares to epics. And back down, epics to rares, rares to uncommons, uncommons to commons. That way it will help with some of the RNG in the refinery?
Even if you can only do it once a day, or 22 hour timer like most things in the refinery, I think it will help people that feel the RNG is working against them.
And allow them and the devs to have a more precise idea on how quickly people will be scaling up if they have the worst luck ever and only hit the minimum

To help resolve disputes within a server, please include resources left on a node when a ship mining is destroyed.
Otherwise too many arguments about whether someone is on a ‘0 node’ when the hit is made. A small readout at the bottom of the screen please. Easy addition.
I love the PvP banding. As a 25 I can use my warship to kick 33s off zero nodes and/or take their OPC. This is amazing
Also, no, RoE is a player thing, not a Scopely thing. Scopely does not endorse it in any way, shape or form, so they are not gonna spend time coding things to make it easier
RoE also varies from server to server, so there is no one fix that will make it make sense for all servers

I'd love to see the ability to repair in an alliance member's station if they have an open dock. The cost for repair could be partially given to the alliance member for using the port.
I'd also love to see an Alliance exchange. It would ideally work something like this: an alliance member can contribute any item in their inventory. They have limitations on amounts able to contribute, maximums available to retain, and a cool down timer for contributions. After contributions are made, members can request a disbursement and it has an amount limit for withdrawal and a cool down timer. Limit it to one request until the cool down timer is completed. Theres a lot that can be done, but something like that I think would be kind of cool. It truly has everyone working as a team.
To make it a little bit easier place some Starbases near-by were the ships can be repaired.
Another idea that I saw on alien domain ,a pvp like armada fight where they ships fight each other in 3 rounds like a armada tournament.

@fallow hollow I’d tweak this slightly to say let players of similar power (like +/- 20%) PVP. A little annoying, but I don’t see the loss from Scopely’s end. People that want to spend to win still could against like-minded people. It’d cut back on some of the bullying, because I can’t imagine many people blowing money they don’t have thinking they’ll magically get even with somebody spending 1000s. Because a “jury of your peers” this sure as heck ain’t.
Make Vi'dar do extra damage to other Vi'dars. Also have the Borg Officers abilities work against Vi'dars.
Reasons? Vi'dars have Borg tech in them. Better defense when farming probes against someone that might be a higher level but using a PVP crew instead of the PVE crew.
Add ability to not see your victory pop up, too easy to click on it and lose time trying to get out of it. I know I won, I saw the fight. Do keep defeats and base defending attacks

The biggest issue all players have is the refinery no other game i played makrs resource things like that a lottery its a way of forcing us to spend and feels like only players who spend are cared about. Add an extra option to the refinery give us a set amount back for a set input even if we can only use it once a day and the randon option once a day give your players what they really want instead of having us waste time on things like the borg event that is now just dead space and a useless part of the game. I hated that event the armarda part went on way too long and you could have put effort into improving existing aspects sort the bloody refinery or players who cant spend will leave the game oh wait you only care about the whales dont you. I can spend money and if the refinery gave the set anount id be more tempted knowing i could work with it.

I don't know if this is a priority for developers or if it's not the most difficult issue. People leave the game less and less those who have been playing for a long time, I hear their opinion. They calculate the cost of the game and are horrified, the amount exceeds their spending on household appliances, taxes, and even treatment. People leave to stop spending money and time, the game for them has ceased to be a joy, and has become an endless work and pulling money. Prices in the game are really high, one study may cost more than the price of a class AAA game. In my opinion, developers need to revise their prices downward and get profit not from a high price but from a large number of purchases, many will be able to afford small expenses than a small handful can afford large ones.

In almost every mission, Maia traces warp residue to find out where a quarry has gone. But we can’t do that in game play. I’m thinking that after you target another player, if they warp out, you get a pop up which says “your target has escaped. Do you want to see where they went?” And, after a dice roll, you may get a standard system view/go pop up. Or a “warp trace failed” message if you roll a low value.

We need system scanning. As the game expands, events and missions are becoming harder to complete due to time. As in Star Trek we should be able to do a full system scan giving a report showing all zero and over cargo nodes with the ability to press a button for a 3min warning sent to the zero node player. A system scan can only be done if the player is in the system.
We need more ways to get borg officer shards. Please do something similar to other factions. It is great they were added to the ultra and premium packs, but there is not focused way to get them like the other factions.
To be able to check what rewards you will get with a currently scraping ship
Keep a list of major bugs and progress on fixing them here. Unless it benefits an event, or an event patch that screws up everything, progress does not appear to be happening on the major issues still negatively affecting this game.
Suggestion: let people dust the officers they don’t use and let them spend the dust on the officers they do use. Same for ship blueprints. Let players convert the blueprints they don’t or can’t use for ones they can or want to use. A lot of shards and blueprints lay on the shelves collecting only dust. Let players use these rewards. Please look into this possibly.
When you click to attack someone accidentally it would help to have an abort icon on the ship at the bottom of screen just like the pre-warp cancel
Ally and Friendly tags should really have a different colour tag, as different rules apply for the two categories for most alliances. It would help a lot our players distinguish easier the two.
Please consider setting up a calendar for the events and maintenance so I can subscribe to it on my personal calendar. 😁

Please give us more ways to empower the Franklin or upgrade it quicker. I'm not rushing and my Franklin is still very underpowered for my swarm dailies. It's gotten to the point where I have three choices - live with an underpowered Franklin and struggle to complete my swarm dailies, do a ridiculous amount of excess grind, or slow down my levelling even more just to get my Franklin up. I understand you don't want it to be too easy to tier. I also think you probably introduced the Franklin at a point where it did tier more reasonably but as it has become easier to upgrade other parts of the game the Franklin has increasingly levelled slower than other aspects (I am level 28, do my swarms everyday even though its now a nightmare). I also know the Event Store has FMs in it right now (and I have been buying some which I resent having to do) but I'm left hoping the next big upgrade changes up this aspect of the game.
Make more faction systems by turning systems within current faction space that have bounty hunters and pirates into proper faction systems, with faction ships.
if insistent at keeping 100 quid packs that dont fullfill anyones real needs. then maybe have a system where you can choose what you want.... as in.. keep the theme for the pack the same ie officer orientated/reserach or ship orientated etc but give us a choice of say 50 items that we can choose say 25 items from that list that we want ..or simalar.

Get rid of research for mining ship shields and hulls, they are pointless as the ships are too weak and can be destroyed by basically all fighting ships, even pretty weak ones.
Faster scrolling in battle logs, ability to jump down to a particular round. Filters so you can just see a particular player during an armada. Maybe percent of damage done and taken during an armada. Example being (Player 2, took 300k damage, 33% of total) (Player 2 did 1.5mil damage, 80% of total.)
I think I heard on @silent wave podcast yesterday that they are working on a way to export those logs, so you'll be able to do a lot more with them at that point

Borg probes should drop faction ship bps. During the arc the player had to battle assimilated ships from all 3 major factions. So it seems like they would have them.
Can you make “folders” in the event store? Like the daily events are in a “folder”. Like an ‘Avatar’ folder, ‘Officers’, ‘Resources’, ‘Blueprints’ etc. the event store is a ton of scrolling currently.

For the love of.... make it so that we can repair multiple ships at the same time.
Issue - augment hunters are highly unreliable. They stop generating when another player enters the system. They also stop generating after a few regens regardless.
Suggestion - assign hunters to every individual ship that enters augment, and make them continually regen until taken out by another ship, or target ship leaves system.

We should give more prices on events for best players inside their own a alliance. I mean if we only give better prices between alliances we will get more and more people leaving the weaker alliance to join those stronger ones, but if we have the competition also inside the alliance those big hitters won’t join the other alliances. You can choose to be the king of weaker kingdom or just another player inside the big whales alliances. This way the game will be more competitive.
You are doing too little for your customers. Why not a version for PS4 / XBox? Why not events such as in Fortnite, with prize money and such? Why not gold status for high customer spending?

Introduce some kind of token that allows you to spy on a base and it tells you how long the shield has left. This was available in other games I've played.
Remove the star trek fleet command screen that shows between menu changes. Only seems to lengthen the time taken between menus and we are already aware what terribly bugged out game we are playing.
Add more lvl 39 faction systems, e.g. like wolf. These systems are now over run with people after lvl 39 and 40 hostiles for dailies.
add more planets we can relocate to higher up in fed/rom space. Add more g3 rss mines. Faction space is crowded.
In this ST universe/game surveyors are the most valuable target (when opc) but they most vulnerable.
If I were an engineer of these starships, I would design better defense for vulnerable ships. It makes more sense that since they are dug in their defensive strength would be high but their attack low.
Please modify the abilities of surveyors so the defense is commensurate with attack abilities at the same level. They shouldn’t be easy pickings but also not warships that can fight battles.

Can we get an improvement on the Base scanning? The current way is quite vague. It shows the Hull and Shield health of only one Defence platform and the ships.

Every defence platform must be represented individually and must allow us to see the dmg per round, piercing stats, defence stats, etc.
Represent each defence platform just like the ships are represented in a base scan. And let us see the stats of each defence platform

They could change the system circle green or yellow, similar to how the hime system has a yellow circle, instead of a white one.
I’m level 22, and I recently found a mission that I was probably meant to find at about level 10, only because I happened to be messing around.
Pack prices still ripoff, economy still sucks, refinery still garbage. Can't mine or refine what you need in years to get where you need to go. PvP mechanics still broken and game up playable under this circumstance. Support is Sh... we.. let's not go there. Why should we continue to be players and customers, when we're treated like atm's and well treated like crap?
Like I said previously if this game were a car, I'd have to set it on fire and push it off a cliff lol

Since you've been playing with target/tap boxes for ships and stations... or whatever you call the area around an object where your touch is registered as touching the object... Can you please tighten up the interface? For instance, this button fades off on the left, and the touch box seems to go all of the way to the end of the fade, past where you can even see the box, to about where I've marked here.
Can you PLEASE get rid of the fade and end the touch box at the end of the graphic of the button? My fingers move fast and I need accurate delineation of the end of the button.

Scopely has been making billions with this game but the changes we see in each update are quite marginal. Naturally you need to pay your developers, testers and designers but if this is all what we keep getting then someone is going to produce a similar but better product at some point. If I go to a car shop to buy a car and my predecessor was offered 10k less for the same car, I would be pissed and so would you if you were in my position. The ISS Jelly Torunament is a crappy way to get the Jelly. Only guarantees the richest players get them and those who waste good amount of resources but don't place in the top 5 get absolutely nothing. It should be a ship that can be purchased or more folks should get shards for trying. Perhaps the ship can be purchased with independent credits, also make the independent packs the same as the rest of the faction packs. Not right to take 100 bucks for something that is not equal to or better than the other packs of its kind.
Actually all the ways to get the g3 g4 ships in this game are crappy and are outrageous, but that's just from a customer perspective.
Please more nodes for class 3 resources in the neutral Systems.. on server 163 you need hours to find a free one. Thats sucks. Fun is a different story. Or all resources in all faction areas. That would be great.

Ship skins, base skins, etc.
- Change into variants such as hijacked into a skin with shipyard requirement, bp etc.
- Introduce faction-specific or global skin packs that can be unlocked, won, purchased
- Officer skins with different uniforms (think faction-specific such as Starfleet/Vulcans/Maquis/Klingon/Romulan/Cardassian etc.) or other swappables (... hats, idk)
Scopely hasn't tapped into the vast possibility with skins, which is what most other freemium games have heavily focused on the past decade.

Regarding the skins, that stuff doesn’t make the game better. That’s individual taste making it better for an individual.
Most of the stuff mentioned is making the game better for their individual taste/ needs, but doesn’t make the game better for everyone. If people would focus more on “everyone” ( and I mean truly everyone that goes beyond rich and poor) rather than their individual needs, you’ll get better ideas.
Have an officer quarters. Let me make pre ready crews to swap out instantly on a ship in dock. Let me have 6 mining crews for the three different mining ships A battleship crew. A station crew. Have a spot where I can have maybe 10 slots for pre making a crew. I shouldn’t have to change officers in the docks and look for guys and make sure someone isn’t in a different dock..
I second the preset crew builds. I want to be able to swap out crews with a single click, not have to rebuild them every time one officer at a time.
Consider reinventing dark space as a one way wormhole where whales from multiple servers all arrive. New challenges to keep them interested, but also means they give some peace to the servers they leave behind.
One of the big things in Trek is scanning, sensors and assorted information retrieval and processing. We like it because knowledge is power. Add to that some of the other artificial shackles added in the game. Please consider removing these shackles in the game, as well as add a few functions:

Fully enable access to the Manage ship screen: it's silly to remove the Manage button just because it's mining. I keep forgetting what my current Protected Cargo is, so has to check. And the game already works perfectly in Manage for a ship that's mining or during combat. Having to workaround by going through another ship is tedious, and sometimes impossible.

Please make it possible to see which officers are on the lower decks when away from the station. In Manage screen. Maybe a smalll scroller. Click arrow down and the lower decks are displayed. Click up, then it's back to the bridge.

Much as I love the pop up notifications when events occur (such as killing a hostile and having the scores for Events displayed) they do create a lot of annoying misclicks. Now, imagine we made this into a log, and that log could be accessed by clicking the long, yellow bar that's currently (and uselessly) assigned to Missions ... Missions themselves would have the round, yellow button, and that one would turn green when it's time to collect. However, the long yellow bar would have the last notification, and when clicked opens the entire log. Good for geeks wanting to analyse too.
This is the only game I have come across where marking an enemy for war does not automatically set on both parties this should be standard. Same with allies and friends. If it is reset to neutral, same should happen automatic. It is basic diplomacy 101 for gaming. 👍
On a similar note to @frosty zodiac it's really annoying that if an alliance miner is mining I can't see who they are to message them. Sometimes I want to contact them if they're on a zero node or something

@burnt raptor No, these are two different features. It depends on whether you're changing an alliance's status (current diplomacy) or declaring war. There's no alliance war functionality in this game. It's not necessarily one or the other.
There's no pvp at all...it's just popping miners until one side gets bored and sues for peace...
@static copper perhaps you misunderstood what i mean. If you set someone friendly, then the other alliance should auto be set the same so both sides know, same with war or enemy, and ally. Too many times i see people saying they are at war and the enemy have no idea, this is the only game i played that the feature is not automatic. Hope that clears it up.

The limits on the factories and vaults in the station are ridiculous and unnecessary. Please don’t make us have to select the factories to put the resources in the vault, do not limit the amount of resources they can hold.

Key features to improve community/alliance play
- Last online tracker for alliance members - helps keep guilds active, see if your guild is quiet or dead/ID guilds with no active leader
- Commodore vote to Mutiny/Demote Admiral - helps do something about low level guilds with inactive admirals
- Option to delete/save conversations. (Possibly locally) Client seems to wipe conversations (weekly?) making in game diplomacy really awful when history completely disappears.
- Alliance tag lookup - VERY useful for dealing with alliances not on the leaderboard. But would still save massive amounts of time when finding the ones that are.
5a) some sort of web interface to pull game information. Need a way to automate collection of player growth information and event performance. Right now EXTREMELY manual would be nice if we could handshake to confirm identity/account and then pull/generate alliance only numbers (or filter from global using the web, either way).

Make the refinery give a SET number of uncommon for each batch. 1=7, 2=24, 3=37, and 4=55. Then you can include an additional “range” of yields which add to those set base numbers. Selecting a 4 batch should never EVER give me only 120 common.

As a recently promoted admiral who had someone threatening an alliance member, I'm glad the chat servers are terrible and I can have the member change his name and level his ops and effectively disappear. Use integers on nodes. -5, -1300 etc and write to Battle Log. Or minutes since node turned zero. Save millions of unnecessary screenshots and comms in Discord for ROE evidence that most servers have
On screen real estate needs serious review. Need a ‘minimise all’ option at least. The bottom tray with docks and ships should be half the size for starters. Everything else should be able to be minimised in blocks and retained on restart which we all do several times a day due to bugs
Need to be able to zoom out further within a planet/system. Scanning a system for nodes or enemies when you can only see a part of it takes so much longer than necessary

Eve Echoes might effectively kill this game, unless you figure out how to fix the bugs plaguing your game. so far no bugs in Echoes, and it's only a week old. isn;t that amazing? brand new and off of the shelf with no bugs. no - it is too small too. I have coolected most of all. There is a lot officers who not included in packs. I think composition of these packs were designed in a start of a game.
Reduce cooldown timer on the uncommon pack and the epic pack. 2 days for epic 24hrs for rare and 10hrs for uncommon. Players build up uncommon credits and cant ever use them as 1 every 24hrs and can top it back up with 1 armada
How about we make the independent pack Credits in line with fed/rom/kln packs. Doesn't seem fair to have a whole group of new independent characters and charge three times as much to level them versus the factions. Expecially when the fed faction is absolutely OP.
Can we take the refinery and the dilithium, parsteel, and trit warehouses/generators out of the base upgrade progression because upgrade is a highly misleading term due to all of the resources that go into them vs the absolute lack of value they provide.

Would be nice if there was a way to be able to tell who is currently online in your Alliance. Would also be nice if there were officer load out slots where you could have various officer configurations set up that you could press a button to automatically assign to those officers to the selected shop assuming said officers are available to assign there. If they were on a currently deployed ship you'd just a message saying it wasn't possible to assign the givin officers and if said officers were on another ship that was docked then you'd just get a confirmation pop asking if you want to make the transfer and thus removing the officers from your other ship and placing them on the selected ship. Having 5 to 10 of these load outs would be awesome. If it so motivates you, you could also monetize this feature by selling access to these load out slots on a per slot basis or one like a set of 5 slots basis. Something like that.

That clearly isn't a Stella. I get the portrait being different for a dramatic reveal in the dialogue, but you don't have a silhouette portrait? This is just laziness on Scopely's part to not care enough to use proper ships or character portraits. That Rigelian portrait gets used in nearly every ship.
add a donut avatar and frame that you can earn by completing a solo event, meant for levels 10-30, so lower levels can get cool avatars without bowing down to pay to wins (also i just like donuts 😛)

I’m curious as to why you don’t sell blueprints for 4* ships? Currently the only way to obtain them is through grinding the BPs or buying faction packs.
How about a Ferengi miner with a special ability that allows them to speed up the mining process on any mining ship and double the amount of cargo that can be carried on any ship and also at a special feature in the store to wear anything you have from past events that is left over you can go and sell or trade in for whatever you may need for upgrading ships on your station depending on what you require
Please consider increasing the amount of tiers required to do events. Make it so you need to grind more to get better rewards. These 2-3 hours daily to complete events is rather boring when there are more hours to fill. Separate the casual players from those willing to continue grinding, and I bet more casual players will spend more to keep up and exceed those that constantly grind. Win for everyone!

I believe that anything that prevents clashes (be that over mines, base attacking etc) is bad for (scopely’s) business. They thrive on clashes. Wars are good for business.
In that regard, auto recall would prevent clashes. It might be good for players, but bad for business.
In the end there is only one winner in this competition and that is scopely.
It would be really helpful if you could add “Attack, Defence and Health” in DESCENDING order..to the list of officer selectable sorts

I've seen that many ask for a better way to arrange officers and ships... as a quick and simple change.... why not add a "Frequently Used" tab? So, even if players can't sort the officers by stats, they can at least find officers quickly...
And same with ships, I have so many ships like mf and legionary that I no longer use... So every-time I need to switch to D'vor or Frank or BB one has to scroll past the shhips...

With regards to mining, I would like to see all nodes, regardless of type, become infinite nodes. The deeper the node, the faster it mines. It becomes the players responsibility to make sure they do not go opc. Would encourage more mining (especially on data) and more pvp because there would be a lot more OPC miners out there.

This will put you under attack every minute or so reducing your mining speed... but it can be like a tradeoff when you are in enemy space
@timid heath I think @arctic pumice was adding onto your idea of nodes resetting themselves when someone is mining and set their ship to cargo full. This would mean a player doesnt need to log on to reset a node and will keep mining till they have filled their cargo hold meaning the mine will be free quicker

Mark officer abilities which do not work wi armadas as such. Obviously mining doesn’t help armadas, nor do those which say against a player, just those which seem like they could should have, “excluding armadas” or similar text at the end of the description.
Add an icon onto the profiles of officers which have burn, breach, self breach, or morale abilities when selecting officers for ships. Heck a sort by those ability function would be helpful, too. Possibly differentiate between causing burning (or other) and having an ability because of burning (or other).

It would be awesome to have our ships change colors or maybe slight visual modifications as we tier them up. Like a badge of status or something.
Able to trade resources, blueprints, and such between your alliance members. For example I have X amount of BP's for Northstar and wanting to trade for X amount of dilithum.
Can we have nodes of security codes in those 3 mining systems in eclipse? We as it is have so many hostiles to kill every da... 25-50 Faction hostiles, 50 Borg probes, 50 Swarm, And nearly 100 eclipse!

There are far too few options to mark other alliances. A mark with an exclamation mark! would still make sense.
It would also be nice if you could mark individual players as favorites so that they don't disappear from the chat.

Built in burning makes no sense, since the equivilant ability in Fed land would be Morale, which is NOT built into the Enterprise...

IDEAS FOR GAME: Alliance Admiral crew awards to give to their alliance members who are the loyal hard working team player or the designated specialist who uses their skills to make your mission pop off smooth ...give Alliance Admirals a way to reward thier members with useful stuff for thier hard work other than alliance events...some people only raid and hit opc never mine or do events because of pay to play people have those rewards bought already....the contribution button and ranking is for what purpose we get nothing out of it...really... and only seems as a waste of rss to most people.

@nocturne lantern only way you get hit there is if you wait too long. hostiles always spawn within a few seconds distance of your ship. There are several bugs related to arrival times, it pays to watch your ships.

I send my ship to the furthest location from the entery point. Hunters usually spawn towards the entrance region of your ship, and it should take them NOT 5 seconds to destroy you once you get to the opposite side of the system.

I’ll probably start logging in earlier from now on, but I did some testing while online the whole time and the same thing happened..
Hunters spawn several seconds after your ship enters a system and they can spawn in any location within a certain distance of your ship. if they spawn somewhere in front of your ships path then they will reach you faster or you may crash straight into them. if they spawn anywhere else you will fly right past them. The most reliable way to keep from getting hit immediately is to warp in close the entry edge of the system as the hostile most of the time will spawn outside the map. The most surefire way to get smashed is to log out after hitting warp. warping to the far side of a system is the second most likely way to get smashed.
if you log out, and log back in just as you are reaching your destination what is likely hapening is that the hostile doesnt spawn until you start the login process, by the time you finish logging in the hostile has had enough time to reach your ship.

@devout orbit I guess it is how they wanted it... You weren't meant to progress so quickly to Scoundrel. I guess the plan is, first you run UC armadas and strengthen your research. Then progress to rares and do the same.
The slower your progress, the longer you're gonna stay and buy more packs if you stay longer in game.

Present a ship damage/mitigation total summary in the battle log so you don’t have to add every attack by hand through multiple rounds.
They should change the amount of ships you can repair at the same time with the amount of dry docks you have like you start with the one and for every 2 dry docks you get another repair for a total of 3 when you have 6 dry docks.
Also you could add an mining counter that just says how much protected storage room is left going down to zero so you do not have to guess when the space is used up instead of a line between protected and not protected.

@muted mortar That's false. I have had them spawn literally under my ship dozens of times. Then there's the times it spawns "a few seconds away" but it's directly in my impulse path and there's ~1 second to react or splat.
@oak dagger never seen them do anything different. They've always had the same behavior regardless of all the other bugs that have come and gone. Lag will certainly appear to do the things you describe. I don't expect that will get fixed ever but we can dream.

The cost of everything in the game is far to high, everything needs to be dropped in price by at least half(ship upgrades, building upgrades, research, the store its self). Players need to be talked to and listened to. And i mean the players not the people spending thousands each month because mummy and daddy have given them a credit card. Go on the discord see what players want in the ideas section talk to players who post ideas and tell players what is coming in the game

[Suggestion] Since we are allowed to perform only one repair at a time, perhaps the ability to PAUSE a repair in order to start a second (perhaps at that time more important repair), the paused dock would be locked and the ship unavailable till repair completed. If you come with the argument, you can use lat for that and instant repair, no, that button is not always available, even if you'd have enough lat for that.

Please lower the amount of security codes needed for a chest. A daily chest should be farmed in 2 trips MAX or ~10 min. Implement Ops-based cost (because the stella research is substantially different): 6k security codes at scoundrel for Ops 28-31, 8k at ops 32-34, 12k at ops +35.

@tranquil tapir you shouldn’t need to mine data daily, and with borg you can easily spend an extended period of time go back a couple of times and stack up on probe loot, I only have to go back once a week

Yes, I am aware this mechanic will require not easy code changes, but still...
Upon travel towards Arena System(s), you get presented a dialog where you can pick a ship (ANY ship suitable for the event, even if you do not own it!), and setup a crew for it (same logic as ships). This would enable participants to temporary play with setups they haven't been able to afford. No other limits apply, consider this a SANDBOX system. Winning the event will be purely based on your skills, not what you already achieved. And the lower levels can get a taste of whats coming towards them.
Why the ridiculous long cool down in the borg antique latinum refinery if its just gonna give more warp tokens MOST of the time anyway? Shrink the cool down it is unnecessary.
I have never seen a warp token in my inventory yet, and I personally no longer care about those ferengi traders, if I see one in front of my nose, it dies, but otherwise, 🤢
and hunting in borg space for me ends up in truly only seeing red shapes floating without a label because of the bugs in the renderer/memleaks
Transwarp corridor or wormhole to Prime Timeline content when it drops. Duplicate maps, change hostiles, etc. Maybe even start the game again at level one in the prime timeline to keep the timelines separate.

He tends to show up and wreak havoc for a fairly short period of time. Given you cannot change officers till repaired, then his captains ability has no value. Please can scopely at least allow us to change around officers, once a ship is docked. Even if it is just moving around the officers deployed to the ship.
A uss discovery with a spore drive that can jump from system to system avoiding warp times, maybe add a cool down but it would allow for amazing npc hunts

It would be nice if Survey Ships earned ship XP from mining just as War Ships earn ship XP from combat.
If an alliance mate places in a solo leaderboard (of any type) there should be a small reward for the alliance members as well, increasingly noticeably (though still not incredibly significantly) the higher in the LB they place. As sort of an encouragement for your alliance members to place on/fight for leaderboards consistently.

Goon doesn't work with Pike and I assume it is because XP is gained after battle

How about giving a guaranteed return with 2 chest and 3 chest refines on 3* and 4* materials. It's really not ethical to take 4x the amount of raw material on a 3 chest refine, and return less than what we get in a 2 chest refine.
This should also apply to the bonus refineries.

@subtle flame ive been asking them to sort the refinery for so long i even suggested that once a day we can have a set amount for a set input and the other tine random but we all know scopely want that to force us to spend. Simple fact is if i can get a set amount a day i would be more likely to spend. Thats cuz you can plan when you will get things now why bother spending if you get no in game help
Need to fix this where an alliance can tag out a bigger armada by having two or three teams on it. Obviously not all groups hitting at one time but under 30 seconds apart.

The event store has upgrade parts for dvor and Franklin. Would love to have stella parts or particals as well.
Now that there are so many ships below level 28, it would be helpful to change the 4th docking bay level requirement from 28 to 26 to be able to effectively manage all the types of grind activities needed, i.e. swarms, probes, eclipse hostiles, mining.
Gameplay suggestion - Alliance strongholds. Have "bases" that alliances can take/hold with alliance wide rewards/incentives.
Imagine something like pokemon go trainers, but for pvp armada combat. Alliance "takes" a stronghold, and can populate it with a set number of ships, based on the level of the stronghold. Other alliances then can form armadas to attack it. Ships/crew populated in the stronghold are not available for other gameplay while in the stronghold. Alliance gains rewards for how long they hold a stronghold.
Allow the armada leader to start the attack early if all the players needed are there instead of sitting and waiting 10 mins
add the ability to see when your ship will hit OPC not just full or mining location exhausted so we could know when to recall if we choose? Seems the only way is to check PC then we need to pull out a calculator to figure it out unless I'm missing something. For me that is currently 1h 20m in mining at 1,800 per hour for raw materials like Crystals.
Even better, please consider adding an option to have your captain's automatically recall when full PC is reached. This way players can risk attack per ROE for reaching OPC if not using auto recall or auto recall to base to avoid repairs if they haven't already been attacked while UPC.
The game information window (or bar) that drops down at the top of the screen is quite disruptive and very annoying. It hides information and prevents critical interactions thus making it difficult to play the game. A better, more user friendly solution would be to direct the game progress information to a log which players can access at their leisure. A small permanently displayed icon could be located at the top of the screen (next to the Players and Alliances Power Destroyed, Power, Resources Raided icon) and contain a counter that indicates the number of unread log entries and the log itself could be accessed via an icon in the 6th position on the fly-out under the player avatar, adjacent to the refinery icon. It too could display a count of the number of available log entries. Not only would this solution be less intrusive, it would also allow players the ability to review the day’s activities. I have an idea. how about Scoplay charge the same price for the same product across all servers, not same price and cheaper product on different servers. sounds similar to price gouging to me.
I wish the Devs department would consider setting up load outs for crews on ships on subscreen to reassign crew tasked to specific jobs; aka mining g3/g4 or special mats or even pvp crews/vs hostile hunts. Save slots would be even more helpful that way a higher lvl player could click for specific loadout and send ship out to it’s coordinates
Turn the event store into a permanent thing and add heist loot as a reward in our dailies...
We all have different factions and different ships with different strategies which makes our requirements different from one another.
The event store can be a good way in which a player can choose the exact rewards they need.
So make the event store a permanent thing that will be there no matter if there is an arc or event or not.

Like if I am hit by the Crystal wall, I can claim UC crystal and make the game a little easier
If someone is hit by the parsteel wall, they have the option to claim just the parsteel tokens
If we need badges, the one can grind towards it from a week or so and earn a badge
We need control over what we get and we should choose our rewards
We shouldn't be forced to choose the events that we want to participate in due to the rewards

There seems to be a bug on faction devotion which does not increase the points when using faction ships against an enemy.. don’t waste your research on this Scopely need to fix it!

Provide a separate “Armadas” tab for armada management... Alliance Chat too crowded with posts for more than 1 armada ..gets very confusing during events

Please reconfigure Armada mechanics. It is hindering the in game social aspect 24/7 because of the need to communicate and control Armadas. There are a few options to improve it. One example is once a player hits join they are automatically in. Instead of locking players, leaders should have control to boot players. Then there's no need to Call in. The leader can just keep the first one's in or boot in favour of a more powerful ship.
We would also not need to rely on the unreliable chat mechanics to reserve our spot and it would reduce player frustrations quite a bit. That's if you're into keeping players, your call lol
I would love to see a server-wide PvP event. One person is “it.” When their ship is destroyed, the person who destroyed them is “it.” The new “it” person has one minute to warp. Once arriving in whatever system they warped to, they are stuck there until their ship is destroyed. A timer would start running once a player became “it.” Their rewards would depend on how long they stay alive. Think of it as hide and seek with one person hiding and the whole server seeking to destroy them.
@grave swan That actually sounds kind of fun. The only draw back I see.... your alliance members can't participate in hunting you if you're it, or someone in your alliance is it.
