anybody knows if they plan to add something what will show where are all missions without visiting systems?

Give station officer slots (3+) (Idea from dbHom) - New officers with station abilities (higher ress output, move station for free every xx hours, higher ress protection,...) - Station assignment might be temporary or/and have cooldown (cant be changed for xx hours, after 24h officer "leave" his assignment)
Overall more specific officer assignment (for example: captain, weapons/tactical, helm - for bridge | engineering, medical, science, ... "below") (keep 3 bridge officer/synergy - but choice of "below" bridge officers will matter beyond their base stats - even if the below bonus is just a stat small stats boost)
Badges first, then we can talk about bloating the list of essential officers
Fix the freaking event store. It kicks you out after every purchase. Bad enough you have to buy one. Blueprint. At a time. Having to get back into the store after each one makes no sense and just ****es people off.
Can you please get rid of those useless avatars from the factions stores? I accidentally pressed one earlier while scrolling down and wasted 6200 credits for nothing. Why are they so fricking expensive anyway??

Scopely seems to be under the delusion that anyone cares about avatars and frames. They’re not motivation, Scopely. We’ll use them if you give them to us, but it’s not a “goal” or an “award” by any stretch of the imagination.
Suggestion: allow users/alliances to apply the friend/enemy tags to single players (and allow users to have these on their own, not just at the alliance level). There are plenty of solo players out there who are enemies and either are within another alliance or not in one at all. They’ve learned that if they drop tags we can’t label them.
Add UI scale option.
Add ferengi marketplace to allow trading of excess materials, items and resources (not player to player).
Make mining resources more practical at higher levels.
"Away missions" where you can assign and send crew members on missions, locking them out of use until completion.
Regular Alliance milestone events.
Better PvP options in game. Ranked tournaments, control of contested systems.

Here are some ideas to improve chat:
- Add a filter to see only unread messages
- Add the ability to "Mark All Read"
- Store read / unread status with the account so we don't have to read all messages again when we log in with a different device
- Add a friends list so we can easily find those we often chat with that don't happen to be in our alliance
- all9w us to turn it off...some days the inane bs is just distracting

Scopely needs to make it easier to earn official badges. Create daily or 1 events per week.
You would have a hard time spending them on officers in the end.
I think the payouts for borgmadas need to be increased. It’s a little underwhelming at this time. Maybe add borg directives to the dailies and add the Borgmada store to the alliance store like regular armadas. In the Borgmada store you could make the chance chest drop borg officer shards, vidar shards, borg latinum warp cells, etc
The juice isn’t worth the squeeze for them right now
one choice of a badge in the 30 day loyalty chest would be nice.

Again, please put locks in place for faction reputation. 10 mil was great, but there needs to be more down the road. And after level 40 base upgrades are a little ridiculous on cost. Either fix that or make the packs in the store more worth it. Lot of big players complaining that they're getting to the point where they might quit playing the game if they don't make it a little more product for your bucks sort of thing

Idea it’s a goofy one but I want it if only we had a ship that would paint a base a color.....not do any damage but just paint it and write messages like kick me or such and such was here I know it’s silly but it would be cool go painting peoples bases every few hours
A great resource for the game would be to be able to call on a fleet of your faction to help wage war against stations. Call for help from the federation, Klingon and Romulans.
Scopely hasn't created a really interesting feature for the game in a long time. Create this resource.

Keep thinking about the idea of allowing the player to increase the station's resource protection limit to the number the generators eventually top out at. Possibly this and/or allow players to dispel unwanted resources via selling them on a market for latinum. Like 100k parasteel, or 50k tritanium, or 1000 dilithium for ten or something. Also could use some refinement knowing where the station's protection limits are.
I'm sure that most of us have mission enemies that are WAY too hard to beat. There is no way that I can beat a 1 million power AI ship anytime soon.
So what if we can choose to defeat these ships armada style? open up the AI ship as a armada and allow other allience members to join in and defeat the ships together.
Pitting you against ridiculously powerful mission bosses before you are remotely ready for them is a sales tactic. They are intended to be impossible at your current state of progression in order to motivate you to grow (i.e. spend)
@short python I effectively do my own armada by having a couple of ships hit the same target in rapid succession. If you’re fast enough, the shields don’t regenerate very much. I promise, it took some practice to get it right

@short python you have 24 hours of free shields every day. Don’t stay in the same place with your station for an extended period of time. Also learn to raid players yourself

Most around your lvl do. The game mechanics are 100% weighted in favour of those who spend. The more you spend the more favourable those mechanics become

At lvl 38 I can hit a lvl25 who's best ship is a kumari. I can potentially do this with a 4-5mil epic faction ship....fair isn't in scopely's dictionary, never has been

Rn with shield availability getting raided is only an issue for the absent minded. Focus on your ships and stay 29 for a while. Rapid base progression with little or no focus on ships is the root of most players frustrations

Does your ops building do your dailys? Ignore the building and research dailys they are just there to trick you into rapid progression ahead of your ships ability to keep pace
Work on getting dual faction for your loyalty tokens if you don't already have that (You really should by now)
You have a good point, with the upgrading part. I know about dual faction but I just don't see the point in investing rss in ships from two different factions when I'm struggling to upgrade one. Faction credits are hard to come by, Can't mine without getting hit within 2 mins (no joke), Can't spend enough to gain faction creds from spending dailies cus 1. Not enough rss, 2. spending requirements is too high. I've given up on the Vidar and just trade charged nanoprobes for credits. Practically given up on hunting scouts cus their msg output is SO LOW and the input is SO HIGH
It's not about getting a second faction ship (i mean..it can be but that's not the whole point) it's about getting your top daily milestones without having to build and/or research every day (saving you considerable rss, materials, speed ups and lat towards further boosting your ship(s))

@short python I was at a similar point McDuck. I was single faction Federation with a 600k Saladin and a 500k Mayflower. I grinded to faction lock with Federation. Then I took 2+ weeks to grind Klingon from -2M to +1M. Now the Sally is a 1M, and the Bortas is close to 700k. Dual faction definitely helps
When you have multiple ships, it is easier to gang up on mission hostiles and do the self-armada I was talking about
If you cant mine because your alliance is in a war maybe find a new alliance.
My alliance is mostly people that were in a pvp focused alliance that ended up getting hit mining all the time. They got tired of it and switched to us, where they can play without being bothered and have a chance to grow.

Don't need to kill 150 ships daily with my suggestion. Kill the right level players and get away with 30 kills. The whales needs more resistance. And such an event would do wonders for the servers gone stale. I do at least 30 PvP every day. 150 wouldn't be much either
I'd like it if the color of the cut in half circle around a sector was changed to yellow if it has a mission planet in it with mission the player hasn't yet accepted.
Allow the creation of officer groups (crew) that you can set up, give a name, and then apply to a ship. These will be saved with your account, so they persist through restarts. You can then easily change between groups for different purposes via drop-down and confirm the changes. Some examples: mining crystal, assault base, armada, batttleship crew, attack kinetic, attack borg, etc.

I had an idea about how to make armadas into PVP actions, whilst also making base raiding more interesting (and bigger bases easier to crack)
Allow the ability to set an armada against a base. The attacked player would get a notification when the armada was started, but do away with 10 minutes auto shield. This would still give them time to get into game and raise a peace shield, but allow the attackers to raid as soon as armada was successful.
Allow multiple simulatious armadas by the same alliance, to account for bigger bases.
The attacked players team mates could also defend them, by disrupting the armada.
I hear a lot that the developers want to make armadas more pvp and to make base cracking a team activity.
This would account for both of these.

Pvp is already dominated by the whales, making raiding a p2p activity (don't think for a second scopely won't monetise the 💩 out of it) would be yet another nail in the coffin for this game

You're right, if they pay walled directives like they did with armadas originally.
But I don't accept the argument that pvp and raiding is only for pay players.
I'm free to play, the last purchase I made was the jellyfish over a year ago, and I'm in the 60s for resources raided leaderboard.
The key to raiding, is to have powerful ships compared to others in your level, which means sometimes camping instead of rushing to level up

@reef mason they are needed for missions at higher lvl's....don't buy any more until prompted to by a mission...your credits aren't exactly wasted as you will need the commendation badge...eventually
@austere sand in the "My Alliance Members" drop down on event rankings, is it possible to have the members with zero points shown at the bottom(ghosted out maybe)? When you have 72 of 78 members participating, there is alot of back and forth across screens to see who has not put up points.
I believe that when a player looks at a ship,miner,or station the site should give the player all pertinent information including contact information no matter how high or low the target is to the player so the player can inform his alliance or friends about the target.

As a level 30 with my server whales at 39 and up I made it into the top 15 on the raided leaderboard. The key to raiding is to scan constantly and be willing to drop a ton of lat on speed ups. If you are having issues raiding solo get your family in in the action. Have a bigger teammate help you crack the base. But over all persistence is the key. I would get into 1 or 2 out of every 20 bases I tested. Before the update that nerfed the raiding I used to rely on drive bys.( Hitting a low strength station with a high strength miner cracking and raiding in one hit) pulling over 1 million resources each hit.
I need to also add that I no longer play the game and my account has been closed for some time. My servers whales are now high 40s and a 50.
Yesterday a member of my alliance stopped playing because there is always an alliance that destroys miners for no reason, just for fun. Scopely needs to create something to prevent someone from getting in the way of others ’game or they’re going to lose a lot of players.
Creating a mining shield may be the solution. Or prevent a player from attacking another player's miners simultaneously in 1 or 2 hours. Example of what scopely could create for the game. @austere sand
We should be able to switch officers that are on the ship without returning to base. This would help when you have nodes that switch between resources.
We should be able to add a shield to another one without losing the previous shield. Time would be extended. Don't change the lose it when you attack. Your shield should be dropped when you attack someone. Adding time does not hurt anyone except the player who may be irresponsible, but that can happen now.
These are simple positive changes that can be made immediately.

How about the ability to form a faction with multiple alliances.
Have a ‘Faction Chat’ to allow the different alliance members to cross communicate and keep local communication in AC.
‘Admiral Chat’ would be good to allow the admirals to communicate with each other easily.
Options for color coordination would be helpful for distinction from alliance and faction members.
Friendly fire can be used to allow bumping members off nodes or ‘sharing’ resources when needed.
The faction would show up in the alliance list and the alliances involved in place of members.
Or just a supermassive alliance?

The idea is to play on something like the Federation. A planet or system could break away should they chose to. During war, those involved could form a faction only during the war to avoid hitting friendlies. The option to flag alliances sorta defeats that but allows common grouping.
Didn't they just botch the entire multiple alliance armada idea by literally not implementing it? 🤣

Is there any possibility to add more RPG like elements to the game, such as choosing which stats to emphasize on level up, as well as skills specific to each officer, such as Scotty being able o repair ships during combat and while away from the base, and Command officers being able to use diplomacy.
@magic matrix one thing you can do is, once a week, put the names of everyone and their current power level in a spreadsheet, and compare it to the previous week, so long as the power level is changing, they are active. it doesn't matter if it goes up or down, but if they are playing at all, it's almost certainly going to change
though i do agree it would be a lot easier if as commodore+ it was just easy to see when they were last active
Is there any way to place the 1 hour shields in the alliance purchase store for credits also... They are perfect for temp shielding during a confrontation within a war game.. But only available as purchase gifts... being all other shields are available within the store this should be as well..
You guys can charge an increased rate of credits as is historical and typical to current setup with the addition of one type or duration of shield... Which in turn promotes more willingness to battle within (again) a war game... Thats my opinion and addition thought for today

my suggestion is that miners are shielded from attack while actively mining unless the node is 0 node or they are OPC. Warships are never protected.
add a "combat mining" feature (only toggled while in base) but can be attacked while mining - but gets a boost to mining speed
still looking for some kind of timer on ships on a 0 node auto return. Its kinda frustrating both ways when you have ships you cant kill either too high or too low sitting there idle.
Pls reduce required time play for acceptable performance

There seems to be very little difference in payout when you refine 1.750 or 12.000. The difference should be more noticable. It is not. This matter should be looked at. The randomness also makes planning almost impossible.
And you pay a premium for not having to wait 10 hours for another chest.

If you did 1 chest at a time, it's 10 hours cooldown. Unless I'm grossly misremembering 🤔
The premium for doing 2 and 3 is to give you more without waiting that time.

More. Every batch gives you two rolls from the listed possible outcomes, as per the earlier comment.
It's just that the weightings clearly suck and you'll mostly get commons anyway 🙄 but over time you would statistically expect to receive more of all by doing larger batches, over time being several months minimum of twice daily refines 😬
And Scopely did actually state that it's 2 per in an old Q&A ages ago 😅

Several things I've been tracking and recording pics of outside of "glitches" that actually cost me $. I'll start with one I feel is hurting not just me but many players. And keep in mind I joined just before the Covid19 shut down which now effects many players who love to play this game that have not only been confined to their homes but like myself jobs eliminated or put on hold tendering those of us who had that happen or making half pay from good companies. I say all of this in advance of my # 1 suggestion or wish

#1 - restrictions on level 9r power of ships that can scan and hit miners.
At I believe level 24 or 25 I bi could not even scan nor hit any miner on a node 20 and under. After that tier it has no restrictions whatsoever. So as a level 25 - 27 where I am at now I can have a miner say with 125k strength on a node and a ship with 1.5 MILLION can dry hit and destroy me off a node. That not being restricted similar to what is in place now for level 20 and below recently cost me real $ in losses but also awards and progress on missions and events and high repair costs. I'm talking about $300 of added packs to hold ground and pay for repairs and make up for resources and awards not gained. Also an alliance declared war and Kosovo on my alliance and everyone of my group who did not have ships above 500k or even 1 million were hit hardest by there not being more tiers of restrictions like the 20 and below in place now.
So why can there not be something made that won't allow a ship over 1 mil strength scan or hit a miner with less than 1/2 of that ships power or something similar or more tier levels? I realize Scopely profit greatly from these "whales" but is that reason enough to let those of us with only 1/6th that strength. I know the level 20 and below is protected because those a newer players that would stop playing if they were not protected mining to level up. Just like I was about to..... because it's not fair and makes the game not fun at all. We all start at the bottom but should not suffer at the low to mud level stage to a bunch of thugs who do not recognize ROE or the fact they are in effect robbing us of real MONEY!! I COULD SEE A CIVIL CASE BREWING IN WHAT WE WENT THROUGH!!
So that is my number 1 wish and suggestion - add some kind of protective tiers for miner protection for at the least dry hits. I think no scan should be within it as well since you've established that already. Should be an easy fix since code is already written and used.
I have others I'll list every once and a while as I'm not whining
I love this game and if I had not gotten so discouraged by the 9ver 70 miner dry hits I endured I wouldn't probably have spent a huge amount of time to prove my case and actual monetary damage I incurred
But again, it took all fun and enjoyment of this game away for about 4 weeks plus before cooler and smarter heads prevailed and negotiated

ENTERPRISE ARCHITECTURE - It is painly obvious that the STFC code needs a commanding Enterprise Architecture with Standard Building Blocks and STRICT governance. Time & effort invested in these will save countless time & effort fixing bugs!
LOOK-N-FEEL - STFC is really bad in its look-n-feel. The HUD (Heads-Up-Display) looks like a high-school project, poorly arranged, polluted with banners, useless chat window, etc. A simple, more realistic view (plenty of examples out there) would go a looong way to make the game more user-friendly.
=> 2 full lines of chat on the bottom, so you can read while playing,
=> Column of user-controlled show/hide menus for all counters on the left with status visible when minimized
=> Column of user-controlled show/hide menus on the right (actual are too intrusive, invading the screen)
=> Ship status on top, for at-a-glance status
USER-FRIENDLY and USER-CONTROLLED should be the guiding factor... too many clicks in DIFFERENT screen locations for HELP (shame!), too many intrusive banners, too many graphics that waste space, cpu & network (should be available only ON DEMAND, when digging), user selected DEFAULT map-sizing, etc.
The last two not only would greatly enhance the experience, but also reduce the present bandwidth waste the game does!
I would like it if the new shield time would add to your active shield time say you have 18 mins left but you have to run and do something so you put on a new 4hr shield it overrides the 18 mins and you lose it why can’t it become 4hr and 18 mins it would make things easier if you can’t hope on and off game certain times of day
@wary pagoda yeah, I like that but then it defeats the purpose of having longer shields, ya feel? The alliance credits that you get shields with are not a fixed AC/hr rate, (it's really inconsistent), but they want to make it 'more expensive' for larger shields for the convenience. The shield 'add on' would cause people to abuse that.
I do agree with that maybe where you can only add one at a time within a certain window so you can’t pile on 4 4 hour shields
I like the idea, but it kinda makes sense why they did it this way. Something that would be the best of both worlds would be to have a 'compromised time' where the remaining time on the shield would be cut in half or something if you add on a shield

Would be better if you got 3 hits strikes then your shield drops so you can hit people off nodes instead of wasting shields ..

Say an alliance is at war, they all bubble then hit a bunch of guys (2 guys each), then recall. No one can touch them
Even miners, sometimes when alliances are at war, everything is fair game

I hope I'm in the right place for now, but my question is how do I upgrade my Vi'dar without charged nanoprobes packs? Spend $300 and there is no other potential option to upgrade??? Can't go to deep space, complete missions, and destroy hostiles. My money only allowed so much upgrading during the event, but what am I supposed to do about upgrading the baddest interceptor in the game without a special event? If you can't get 100k , I basically just wasted my time and money. 🤔🤔🤔
So, when can I potentially expect to have these upgrades available? I can't continue missions without it. So why should I continue to spend my money...???
@wary pagoda LOVE ur Idea exept for one thing: Scopley is in charge of this game. Look at bug reporting and all that. They are sure to screw it up and cause it to be easilly explotable
My other idea is if you could set a ship to protect your survey ship on a node like the same way a ship in your base protects it. It can’t mine at the same time and it can’t stay on if you remove your survey ship. That way you can’t hog a node. @lean heath ROE is a madeup player rule set. Scopley's parameters for play allow this to be what it is, a strategic war game in which you have choices to give yourself the best chance of survival. If it means joining a stronger Alliance for more protection then do so. I realize people make this game a very social game, but at the end of the day, it is a game you chose to play and it ultimately comes down to how you play. This game was never designed to just sit and mine all day. It is meant for you to strengthen your forces against all potential foes, create a combat Alliance that will go up against other Alliances, create accords, create allies, build storylines, etc. The possibilities are endless, but whining about being hit isn't going to get you there. So, get your inner warrior on and start kicking some hiney and you will level up much faster.
Might be a nice feature to be able to jettison select cargo for strategic reasons and then for someone else to be able to pick it up if they want.

There is only the ability to donate 2 of 3 resources at a time to prevent our base from going OC
There is no reason why you cannot add the third resource to the donate section
The only reason for this is to pit us against each other

When saving up to level a ship or the base, we will need to go OC. That is when we would need to remain shielded

It doesn’t make a lot of sense, that I attack a Centurion (1.1 mill, mining officers) with my Bortas (1 mill, Romulan Officer Setup) and and the Centurion barely knocks off 25% of a hull.
Also, if you attack a Sally with 1.5 mill with a D3 with 780k strength five times and you knock of half the hull. Seriously?
Why can a level 41 player with a monster Jelly (7mill) attack down to lvl28 players? They may have the first faction ship which goes up to approx. 800k or a kumi with maybe 400-450k? They don’t even scratch then hull of the Jelly no matter how often I attack.
That will just force ppl to leave the game.
I understand that the Wales keep the servers running, but they don’t have fun in the game when there aren’t any other players around.

This is a email I sent a few days ago to Scopely support. I copy it here because it contains ideas of how to make the Game better and more balanced for all players and levels. Hello,
I would like to bring to your attention a problem/bug that I noticed and also to recommend a few things about gameplay that you might find handy.
First of all I would like to tell you that I and my Alliance have noticed (and suffer from it) that when a player relocates his base in the same Hub that another players base is located, and then attacks the base, there’s no way you or your Alliance members can throw back the attack (if you cannot activate a peace shield or if you’re of online at the time), because you cannot lock on and attack the offenders ships. That way, the offender can exploit the mechanics of the game and raid anyone without being thwarted. I believe that this is a bug that you should fix as soon as possible. Maybe introducing a “protective custody” mechanism, in which your Alliance members could form a link of ships (a protective cycle) that could protect/defend their teammate’s base, maybe allowing other players attacking the offenders ship at the moment he’s raiding, or any other thing you can thing of.
Secondly and most important, I believe that the whole attacking base gameplay is flawed and I will explain that in length:
First of all, it’s not only unfair but it’s something that maybe has other issues too (legal or others), that I player buys with money resources (as the game has the option to do so) and then another player is able to exploit a mechanism in the game and steal these resources. That’ll plain to theft and it’s punishable in most civilized societies. It’s like you buy yourself a TV set, and someone breaks into your house and steals it.
Secondly, the game lucks serious in realism when a ship which has a quarter of the power of a base is able to break its defenses and raids it. In every conflict in the history a man a ratio of 7 to 10 is applied for defending a position. That means you need 7 defenders to thwart back an attack force of 10. To overcome the defense you need more than 10. It’s common knowledge for every military officer all over the world. If you want to keep the base attack feature of the Game, I suggest that you introduce something like an Armada feature for attacking enemy bases. What I mean is that you must gather 2, 3, 4 or as many players you can host in an Armada and altogether attack the base with about the same mechanics and bonuses that an Armada has. Also you should be able to do that, only if the base you’re attacking is a Hostile one (that means that if your leadership characterizes an Alliance as Hostile, they should automatically being notified and that changing the characterize should it be allowed to being instant but after a day or two and only if both Admirals agree. Also to get the tokens to form a Armada and attack a Hostile base, you should pay a substantial amount of Latinum (minimum of 1000 per player Hosted) and everyone participating should do too (minimum of 300). Also to be fair for the defender you should completely change the mechanism of protected in Vault resources. He should at maximum lose a percentage of the resources he has accumulated (depending of his current level, starting from 3% at level 15 and maximum of 35% at level 50). That way the game would be more balanced and fair. Also, you should be able to repair ships in space, up to a percentage (75% would be nice) then to fully repair it you’d have to return to base.
Another feature could be to be able to repair (paying a fee) in an Alliance member base in another system. You should be able to repair at once or tier up as many ships as space docks you have. In addition you should be able to construct in parallel more than one building and research. Also you should be able to make changes between crew members that are present in a ship, in space. You must have a Spaceship Lab, where you can research and acquire blueprints for ships relevant to your level. In addition, you should be able to convert blueprints you get from Hostiles into other ships you need or want to get. For a level 30 players, having the ability to construct 10 Kehras, means nothing. Another feature that is interesting is that mines when are emptied could disappear and appear in a different node. That way no more 0 mines attacks and conflicts and also no more passing mines from one teammate to another.

Something needs doing to keep players interested in the game especially now with the world crisis i see players playing more but also quitting the game too after the realisation no care is given from the makers of the game people r getting burned out playing the game this is a pay to win game through and through but there needs to be an element of fairness to play time rather than coining the win everytime im seeing people who have played and payed massive amounts quiting or selling there acounts

It would be great to be able to have alliances take dominion over a system if there is enough alliance member bases in the system. Once the number is reached the hostiles in that system become friendly to your alliance but attack other players. The hostiles speed would need to be increased from the snails pace that you get in faction space to make it worth while. There could also been bonuses to mining resources within that system for the alliance.
In addition to the resource amounts, allow for the exact amount of itinerary items to be visible when selecting them. In my example the exact amount of credits is not clear, it can be anything from 16’051 to 16’149 due to rounding.
I would love to see in next updates the opportunity to rename your ship. Not the type of ship, for example Bortas and a name you want. Also add some paint jobs not an event but regarding its tier

@cold kite I'm on a phone and it's terrible. I have an 8 core processor with 6GB of ram and this game plays like crap and has ever since we got the power rangers or really any patch. Battle has been screwed for almost 3 months now. WTH is going on? if you can't fix the basics of as game, don't move forward with these garbage events. just mine and thousands of others opinion. \
Getting notifications when you have gotten private message, have to deal with diplo issues and it would be nice to get notification as soon as i get the message

It was brought up in my alliance. We would like to be able to park in each-others stations and be able to unload what we mined to help out our alliance members.. miners only no warships, And only mined rss not from each-others bases.
mining ships are vulnerable.. rather than making them more powerful, why not put a system like defender ship to park a battleship in same mining.. like defending bases

It would be great if you had the chance in combat to "kidnap" an officer to your base. To get the officer back you would have to crack the base of the person who had them. You cannot shield while you have an officer. There would be a time limit you could keep the officer, after which it would be returned. I think it would be an interesting dynamic. FYI Shielding would return the officer.

Please, please, please replace all remaining 24 hour cooldowns to refresh when dailies refresh. That includes armada packs, latinum refinery, probe refinery, faction store purchases and faction messages turn-in. In fact, do that for 22 hour cooldowns like reloc token purchases... much easier

PvP open to all levels... with a catch. New game setting that flags you for PvP. When flagged, game plays as it currently does without the level restrictions. When turned off, your ships can only be attacked on zeroed mines or if they are over their protected cargo limit and level restrictions are reinstated. To prevent abuse of the setting, peace shield is removed when flagging PvP on and it cannot be turned off for 24 hours. Confirmation should pop up to prevent accidental switching.
Please change deep space systems so they can be viewed in the same way as other systems. It’s just a nuisance and adds no benefit or restriction other than being a pain in the rear.
I have a suggestion. Scopely wishes for the players to have a more balanced gaming experience. Players already struggle with the innumerable glitches and somewhat tough gaming mechanics as it is. My ships for example take on average 3+ hours to repair. Why is it the game no longer seems to drop 1 hr repair speedups. They used to be somewhat frequent. Now they are nearly non existant. I just upgraded one of my defense platforms and recieved one 1hr repair speedup. Are you kidding?! Please make those a bit more frequent. I used to get them in free chests. Also the the amounts of dilithium recieved from same chests are laughable. You guys have managed to balance the amount of rss (parsteel, and tritanium) with the events for reward. Please do that with dilithium! Or adjust ,better yet ,the amount dropped from the free chest according to player's lvl. It seems blatantly obvious 200 dilithium is only useful for a beginning lvl.
I would like to be able to turn off the banner completely that announces whenever I have attacked a ship... whether I got event points for that ship etc... moving it down was great so we could access chat... but it is still in the way and (aside from when it warns you are entering hostile space or you are being attacked) it is completely useless... and swiping it off doesnt help if you have 6 or 7 bammers all one on top of the other. Also why cant we see individual points scored by alliance members in the milestone event like you can in ALB events? Would be helpful to know who has posted points, especially because your alliance members need to post points to get rewards.

Like if a small guy with tiny stats kills a big guy, their stats go way up and the big guy's stats go way down. Like a proportional power killed as well as power destroyed. Ya feel? It'd be another whole system with its own rules separate from kdr, power destroyed, and player ships destroyed. It'd have a new dynamic to PvP.
Cleaning up anything Borg Arc-related is just unnecessary. Let people keep their unused directives and warp tokens. Especially the Borg tech.

Need a self destruct feature. You send your ship into a pack of other ships and detonate killing all ships in a radius similar to an armada circle.

I wish there was a war tracker. When 2 or more alliances go to war, game keeps score. Points for kills, base raiding res stealing and so on. Can put an agreed amount of time for the war like a week. At the end there will be a winner.
I would like to see the ferengi expanded, why can't we trade ore for crystal or lat for whatever within your own alliance.

Players of different ops levels get different things in the shop.
For example, a lv 28 can buy an ultra station pack that gives 270M par (tokens + rss), 2.3M trit (tokens + rss) among other things, for $100. A lv10 can buy a station pack for $5 that gives 1.9M par, and 20k trit. The lv28 gets way more than 20x the amount of stuff the lv10 gets. What's to stop high levels from buying stuff for cheaper for the lowers (And somehow get paid back)?
people will buy more packs if they can't get what they need (cant use the packs as efficiently) cause they will need to buy more to get what they need.
@austere sand @vast halo Can you please forward following idea to the devs: create a server wide milestone event like domination. Whole server is supporting to reach the milestones. When last milestone is reached, progress continues. In example unlock of common g4 ships for this server. It would support a good pairing for server merge and focus on progress instead of side effects like Borg/Augments.
Can we get more than 1 rare plutonium within 30 days. That’s the DUMBEST idea. The developers keep downgrading. At least change it from rare to “nearly impossible.”
happy now that we can get hijacked bps in Aug store but at 1 per day limit that's like 80 days to get a ship whereas in other factions you not limited to bps except by credits
Really dislike the “active mining” concept. I think you have devalued any player’s investment in maximizing a Botany Bay ship, augment Officer Joaquin, and the Borg tribble. I was mining the largest node of green data that was 50 K in about 8 minutes. We players put up with less than perfect execution in this game all the time, but this is an example of someone solving a problem that did not exist. I play and invest a lot - now I am a very upset customer.
How about lower priced packs available for those that were laid off. Can’t afford $100 packs but that’s all that is available.
What an absolute load of shite, who’s brainwave was it to put the nodes in augment space so frigging small you now have sit and stare at your screen for god knows how long to get a decent amount or decoded data. Well done Scopely for cocking it up again

An idea for a future update. Make the shiled you may have poped for overnight protect freeze until the cease fire shied runs out. Don’t run both together at the same time. Would make the shiled you used last longer.
Make blueprints for North star / jellyfish available to purchase for those that are higher in rank in case they want those ships still but missed getting them.
How Active Mining Could've Been Good:
- Don’t reduce the size of nodes or fiddle with speed of mining, rather,
- Add Mini-Interesting Mining Events (MIME): Every three minutes there is a chance (10%?) that a mining option (MIME) pops up over a miner at bottom of screen. Each MIME is different:
a. Fracture: There is a dangerous crack in the node – click on this for a chance to instantly mine 20% of the node or take 10k hull damage
b. Rich vein: Mine at +10% for 1 to 5 minutes (can stack with other events?)
c. Hidden vein: Mine 1k of a different material (random table from Par to G3 (G4?)) before returning to mining the current node
d. Fissure: The integrity of the node is failing – lose 5k of the node immediately and 5k hull damage (good for resetting a node, but costly)
e. Salvage: The node contains remnants of other ships – chance to get parts or lose 5k hull damage
f. Very rich vein: very rare chance to find a hidden vein (random mats or rss) with 50% higher mine rate - All of the above would encourage people to more actively engage with interesting mining (which is boring), move around more, have some slot machine dynamics (which are more like mining – see mining in WoW) and possibly encourage more PVP around very rich veins, etc. These would all be pop-ups that require active engagement to gamble on – which seems to have been the point of the failed data nodes experiment. If people still wanted to mine while they log off, they could with no change in game play.

When can we trade the blueprints for USELESS LOW LEVEL SHIPS that we don't use anymore to something useful that we will use. Needs to stop giving blueprints from opening items for ships so low that are useless to me and something I will actually use

Can there be a change in color to friendly alliances to something different than allies... like green or yellow. That way it’s easier to differentiate between allies and friends.
Game is heavily PvE centric, before I could mine passively and engage in PvP. This new data mining cuts from the already limited time we can pvp (limited by so much PvE we must do to advance). Huge thumbs down 👎
A way to track someone through warp, maybe sensor upgrade in research.
Transwarp so you can go straight home or to a destination instead of a system routing.
Ability to hit other people when they hit your own ships while your shield is up. OR your ships are protected just like your station.
Search function for alliances and players. If you can’t find their ship/station, battle report, or player/alliance isn’t in the top 100, good luck messaging them.
Ability team up with other alliances.
it's been said before, the new data node sizes are bs
clever move with the tiny mines, especially during the event. You have forced the mine errors (mine “occupied” but no one there, etc) at an exponential rate. Now you will be able to track down the cause of the error and fix it once and for all! Genius. (I hope)

Can you out an extra warning message when repairing a ship instantly with latinum. A few times now I've wasted a good amount of latnum when trying to click repair and if you have the reserves there it just takes the payment. Please put a warning up asking if you are sure you want to do it...
How about letting us use speedups on the Armada countdowns? Kind of lame if everyone is in the circle but you still have to wait 11 minutes 😅 (maybe with a minimum limit of 1 min or 30 sec, so you can speedup the countdown until it gets below the min threshold, then it's locked).

INGAME SCRIPTING ENGINE FOR IOS
I would suggest to implement an in-game automation engine, to compensate for the benefit bluestacks users do have to automate the mining in augment space. They can simply create a small script end then win the mining event without refreshing manually every 6-10 seconds. Thats seems a bit unfair as compared to iOS users.
How about a TNG version or module or event or add on to this game, with Galaxy, Akira, Defiant, Nebula, Voyager, etc class ships? Would be amazing.
Can we just stick with the timeline? I don't need more futuristic ships to ruin this timeline

Worst thing of this game are the warp times, if you have to switch ships or crews, it’s plain horrible to be online just waiting. I’d like a voluntary notification of reaching a destination

After doing some calculations, I have determined that it is not possible for a free to play player to get enough command, science, and engineering badges to promote all officers to max level. Would greatly appreciate a new source of getting those 3 resources to promote the slew of officers I have waiting for them.
Or perhaps reduce the price on the faction officer packs.
Or add them to the monthly rewards packs.
Or all of the above

2 suggestions:
#1 add an Unfriendly or Untrustworthy option to the Diplomacy.
#2 Add a blackmarket to buy/sell unwanted Mats or BPS etc... Could be a global store and an alliance based store. Global store would get less for "Pawning" parts and cost more for buying them. Alliance store would allow you to pawn for more and buy for less. Possibly as far as selling off ships that are already leveled and tiered up within your alliance as well.
Should make this 100 uncommon, 50 rare, 25 Epic at price of 1000 alliance credits and keep the 1 week cooldown.

I’m level 28 and this is the reward level for events. Come top 10 and you get the following. Really poor. Not worth trying to compete with higher levels... need to realise how bad rewards are fir mid term.

Please allow us to move officers around that are on the ship instead of making them go back to base to change their order. Only require going back to base to change what officers are on board. Also would be nice to fix the bugs on the assign officer ribbon while at it.

Remove ships tiers from refining capability. Let my refinery dictate what I need to refine. I agree upgrading my vidar and dvor only to mine just as much material (timewise) to refine a batch. Let me choose when I want to refine, just like all the other 3* materials.

I'd like to propose an enhancement for a future update, where missions that were not taken or awaiting to be accepted can be show in Galaxy View. Although there is a topic about this already closed, I'd like to suggest some ideas in order to this proposal be accepted:
- This would affect just visited or discovered systems (white ones). Undiscovered or unvisited systems would remain as they are today (blue ones);
- Any visited system with an unaccepted mission would have a green exclamation mark above it, the same way that today there is a yellow exclamation mark in those systems that have an ongoing mission step;
- For those systems that have both situations (ongoing missions steps and unaccepted missions) the Galaxy View can show two exclamation marks, or a symbol half yellow and half green.

Why can't story arcs have missions for more levels? The latest story arc excludes an awful lot of players. It cannot be difficult to have a low/medium/high lvl approach.

Provide a list of the missions you have completed and those not. Also including those you have not found yet but not the system they are in so you still have to search for them

Add another option to the refinery that allows us to take common, refine further and have chance to get uncommon and rare. Take uncommon and get rare. Actual cost to do would have to be figured out of course. This could help some for the game play.
Suggestion for a future game update: Ships Crew Profiles. User defined ship crew profiles where you can add your preferred crew that you can switch backwards and forwards from depending on what you want to be doing within the game. i.e. Raiding profile, PvP profile, Hostile profile, Armada profile etc. Would save a lot of time swapping crews about for specific tasks. 👍
if you are going to make a "kill hostile" event, make sure there's credit given, even if low, for any level of hostile that would be within the players pvp bracket. It's going to take way too long to complete this Battle for Glory because both the swarm and borgs that are of value to me provide no points. Better yet, stop adding more grind events and do something interesting.
Suggestion: 1. Personal Rename of Ships; 2. translator For the Chat; 3. half the Price of the Shop and insert Personal things to buy in the Shop. 4. monthly bosses in a area (possible the crystal) Where al the Alliance can Start Armadas and the 3 Alliance with the Most damage get prices. 4. hidden quests and Storys in the Galaxy. 5. red colour For the emergency shield when you Are hit.
Make name changes require a special token that costs alliance creds or actual money. Too many miscreants like harassing and then changing names 10 times a day. Make them pay to be asshats 👍😂

Dear Scopely team, I have an easy and powerful improvent yiu can do to help thousands of us, players. When hunting with multiple ships, switching between them is extremely annoying and you have to click on a ship icon and then move to menu and click Locate. If you allow to locate by just doubleclick on icon, would make game experience so much better. Thank you!

You should be able to scan people in your lvl range and when they are unshielded. When they are shielded you shouldn't be able to scan your enemies or teammates but you can due to this bug

Let us sell unwanted ship blue prints back to factions for faction credits. Let us sell 3* independent ship blueprints to augment faction for independent credits.
Faction systems are full of ships of only 1 level because of dailies optimisation (like all L28, L30 or L32). The same happens with dual systems where there’s barely traders (should be factionless ships + traders). Any chance they improve it so there’s more variety of levels? It’s not like there’s 10 systems where you can do your dailies at some reps...

Blue stack only works with Google accounts. If you started on iOS you will have to start over on blue stack

If I change the Crew, for example to join an armada, time is a crucial factor. To do so with just one Click would be a huge improvement in gameplay...
Fleets! Smaller players need a way to jointly group and single attack a larger player ship. If you’re not going to change levels, at least give us a fighting chance. A level 42 4 mil ship hitting a lvl 32 800k ship.
If I could create a fleet with my alliance so that 5 or so ships can attack a lvl 42 4 mil ship, that would level the playing field a bit
A fleet leader would control all the joined ships as a fleet triangle and be able to warp the fleet to a system and attack a large player ship as if they were using a single ship
Come up with an event that encourages you to keep your base shield down. For example, if you manage to keep shields down for x amount of time you get y award.
What you’ll get is that people will start moving bases to different (remote) planets more often. Thereby freeing up space in some systems as some players are comfortable in their bubble (literally) of the same system with a shield on 365 days a year. Secondly you’ll see more pvp battles (involving base attacks). Thirdly it makes the game more dynamic overall as you are encouraged to take risks, but it’s still a players decision.

Can we give Alliance Leaders the ability to broadcast messages to their Alliance? Something that would land in all members PM but also show on the screen as a pop-up.
Not every member pays attention to the Alliance Chat while playing, or things are happening so fast in there that they may miss an important message before it's gone.
It would be nice to be able to broadcast something like.. "THE EVENT IS ALMOST OVER. ONE HOUR LEFT TO GET YOUR HOSTILE KILLS IN."
This game is basically only around mining & PvE tasks, whilst the actual motivation to keep playing is always the community and the interactions between the alliances - mining and PvE simply drains energy and honestly suckx as there is not any fun behind. We have PvP as element and in the mean time we have also the "Diplomacy", but I wish there would be more around to make it more interesting. It would be interesting if alliances could create their own events like a alliance vs alliance competition - that should also allow that you can define the price, that the winner gets and gets paid by the looser. It would also make fun, if you can start a "war" as event and you can follow the statistics of how much you loose.
I would also like to see that an alliance get against rogue players better tools e.g. you flag an player as rogue and you get warnings, when such player warps into the system (and not until he attacks)

Something needs to be done about threat from beyond heroic . You either take out 165 ships or 17. That is totally ridiculous. It takes ages and wastes resources. Then stop putting tournament points like outlaws on heroic o, again its just totally useless and puys less able playrrs right off participating. Why not 5 points for the base ship level instrad of 1 points as is the present set up.
Need a better way for free to play players to get command badges. I have 8 officers I can’t promote because I can’t get badges for them.

Augments need a level 28 ship and an epic ship in the game. If we have Khan we need a Reliant (level 28 ship possibly). For the Epic ship they should get the USS Vengeance. That would be awesome scopely, make it happen please.

Something has GOT to be done about the refinery!!! Either change the name to "Random Materials Generator" or make it refine! How about this:
1,000 raw material yields 100 common material.
100 common material yields 10 uncommon material.
10 uncommon material yields 1 rare material.
Refining raw material takes 6 hours. Refining common material takes 12 hours. Refining uncommon material takes 22 hours.
This way we don't feel cheated when we are trying to get a material and we dump the biggest chest into the refinery and given some random amount that we don't need.

Alliance level leaderboards for comparing Power Destroyed/Power/Resources Raided and Power Added Per Day & Week for your Alliance.
Add a webhook to each alliance that the Admiral can regenerate as needed that will allow their alliance Discord to subscribe to it and replicate the chat messages to a Discord channel of their choice. Not sure if two-way communication in the manner is possible, but would be ideal. Since this information is privileged to the alliance it would be up to them to maintain the security of its use by only allowing the Admiral to see it and copy it and regenerate it when changing Admirals.

Player statistics could be used by leadership to determine promotion eligibility and lack of activity/participation. Alliance statistics could help keep track of your alliance in comparison with others, find those with something specific in public text and much more
Augments need a level 28 ship and an epic ship in the game. If we have Khan we need a Reliant (level 28 ship possibly). For the Epic ship they should get the USS Vengeance. That would be awesome scopely, make it happen please.

Maybe it can be a PvP ship that can have the highest Impulse speed in game, and has ship ability such that when fighting with a bigger ship, it increases the number of shots per weapon (like borg decius). It would definitely make the game much more interesting since even the smaller players will be encouraged to engage in PvP against bigger player ships... Please consider this!

MY suggestion is that you accurately advertise that your packs for prime repair speed and prime repair costs are not actually 100% of the current costs or time but of the base value. So you're cutting a tier 1, level one ship on a level one dock with no research in half. Which, makes both of those packs nearly worthless as a 3 hour 24 repair time is only reduced to 2 hours 35 minutes...for $99.99.
@untold mural especially since they just created augment crew specifically designed to offset any bonus gained by utilizing hullbreach Klingons and Interceptors. Thanks for nerfing most of an entire faction and ship class and making the other two suddenly overpowered.

There are a lot of events witch need to destroy hostile but the reward of the events don't give a lot of dilithium. The repair costs me more that the reward, could you give more dilithium in event reward?
I'm level 28 and I compete with higher level who fish easily the event. Could you separate the level in event?

Is there any chance of modifying points for swarm events? At lvl 32 you only get 2 pts for a 32 hostile swarm and 0 for a 30. As 35 swarms are superpowered maybe 5pts for a 32 and 1 point for a 30? That’s still 75 hostiles to kill in a day which is more than enough.
So.... Data mining research... Can we all get a refund for that? Or make it useful? Like it increases the node size so you do t have to reset every 15 seconds?
Has there been talk of adding repair facilities four our Starbase to repair more than one ship a t a time? Or if th a ts not possible, the ability to reprioritze which ship is being worked on?

Nebulas, we seriously need nebulas in this game to add a huge element of strategy. I would look at the pc game, star trek armada.
Blue nebulas allowed you to not be targeted, but you could still see who was in it
Purple nebulas you couldnt see who was in it and the inside the nebula you couldnt see who was outside
Yellow nebulas shut down your ships life support so you had a limited amount of time in it before everyone would die and your ship would turn into a drifting derelict
Red nebulas quickly attacked your hull and you had to move fast through them
Wormholes should definitely be a thing
We should be able to hunt down derelicts and tow them back via tractor beams to our base for scrapping rss

Please allow an officer with ability to self destruct their ship, thereby giving a % chance of destroying the opponent EVEN if the opponent would have won the battle. Both parties destroyed. As Worf said, "Perhaps today IS a good day to die! RAMMING SPEED!" This will give the smaller guy a chance.
Or iron out the thresholds, lvl 27’ shouldn’t be raiding lvl 21’s, all the way up to lvl 45 raiding early 30’s players. The range should be adjusted so that a defended station should take multiple hits to get into, not a big Uber ship comes sweeping through and destroys the defenders and station in the same run
Kinda hard to adjust that for level 30 players cause the enterprise is right around the corner and can easily crack bases over level 30

@tranquil tapir Well I agree but at least it gives a fighting chance to low level players and makes the PvP aspect of the game more viable. Scopely pushes this as a PvP game but you rarely see pvp events, pvp officers do not work effectively enough, and you do not really have any benefits of pvp other than resources. The PvP right now is highly unbalanced and it has become only a way of bullying, like for example people taking out enemy armadas... where people actually spend money, People kill empty miners and all because they need a node or want to increase their kd ratio.

Hi guys. I have a simple cosmetic idea that would be simple to implement. On the right side of the GUI is the shortcut icon for the gifts store section (where players claim chests). It is a static icon showing the blue 4 hour chest. I think it would be nice to know which chest is ready by making the icon dynamic so it would show the most valuable chest ready to collect or whatever special item there might be for an event or whatnot.
Save ship xp to cargo for use on other ships, when current ship is at its max xp for its tier.
Can we have more warp paths in faction systems which give faster routes just the way we got in aug space?
So the systems will be still locked by warp ranges but people who are powerful enough wont have to suffer the long warp times or inablity to use event ships like franklin or botany bay which dont have warp 40+ engines...
Maybe missions that grant us access to those fast routes

Are they ever going to do the refining event because those were useful, unlike the back to back mining event. A refining event every 2 weeks would actually be beneficial. Especially since higher chest refines dont help for squat on getting uncommon and rare mats.
@arctic pumice ok for protection, it could have maxed mitigation but 0 damage, so the result would be a null combat and you can attempt to run away but you can still be pursued and be attacked again
@slender turtle I don’t think the unlimited refinery bonus is coming back as players went crazy enough as to stock 1M raw of each mat just in case an event like that was coming. It would break the game right now. Only chance is you get same refinery cool down but without commons, or half refinery cool down. Really, I seriously doubt they will ever let you refine 1M raw material unless they want to close down the shop
I don't know if this will fall on deaf ears, buy why not have the bonus refinery every Tuesday after we have the mining event on monday?

@tranquil tapir i dont remember it being unlimited, i think last time it ran, it was like 250k to 500k raw for max refine. But it only gave uncommon and raw.
Doubt that would break the game, they ran it every week when they had 4 or so mining events a week.
Add the ability to see who recently joined OR left your clan. If you have 70 members in your clan and someone leaves it’s hard to tell who it is.

Add messages to alliance leadership (those that can invite and kick members) when members join, leave, are promoted, and demoted. These messages can go in the same message queue as attack results.
Making swarm and borg their own factions
Server v. Server events like to servers are made so they can go across and fight people from another server for points or maybe something like a huge hostile events and instead of alliance rankings you had server rankings
So here we are nearly two and a half months since the last refinery event, when the hell are we going to get another one? The regular refinery already gives shit rolls most of the time and doesn't give uncommon steadily enough to upgrade. Is it literally designed to be a cash grab? Because that's what it's looking like. Pretty sad in my humble opinion.
@buoyant basin the sever-vs-server thing seems problematic as some servers have MANY more people than others, and unlike alliance imbalances, this is not something most people can change by choice.

There should be reparations from the defeated alliance.
Also, if miners are dry hit and the 2 players want to settle it out, there should be a way that the dry hitter should provide their target the rss and speedups to repair the destroyed ship.
They could pay with rss, alliance credits, or both.
Something has GOT to be done about the refinery!!! Either change the name to "Random Materials Generator" or make it refine! How about this:
1,000 raw material yields 100 common material.
100 common material yields 10 uncommon material.
10 uncommon material yields 1 rare material.
Refining raw material takes 6 hours. Refining common material takes 12 hours. Refining uncommon material takes 22 hours.
This way we don't feel cheated when we are trying to get a material and we dump the biggest chest into the refinery and given some random amount that we don't need.

I would also like to point out that I don't see a benefit to upgrading the refinery. Refinery enhancements come after Ops has been upgraded.
With the above suggestion, upgrading could allow you to increase production (at lvl 20 you can refine up to 500 raw materials. At lvl 25, you can refine up to 1,000 raw materials.)
Additionally, additionally, Research could be done to enhance yields and reduce the required wait time.
The refinery has so much potential! Unfortunately, right now, it's a PITA.

@urban peak I have been asking for the refinery to be adjusted/fixed for a very long time. It isn’t in their interest to make the game playable. They are in it solely for the purpose of making money. They answer every question that I have been answered with “working as intended”, the only way to get things fixed or adjusted is for everyone to stop buying until they do fix it. I’m pretty sure this message will go away shortly after posting it so SS it and share so we can get our message out there.
I’d like to see a PD event. NOT a PvP in this system with your Phindra, but a straight PD event by individual level.. not that lvl 30-38 SLB trash.

@buoyant basin. The game wouldn't care who starts war with whom over what reason. Just that there is now an active war between alliances A with alliances B.
Alliance A could declare war on Alliance B by going to the alliance board, tap the edit icon to change the status from Neutral. There would be a button that says, "Declare War." Tap the confirm button and Boom! War.
The 2 alliances can has it out until one hits the "Surrender" button or both enter into negotiations.

Yes, it is a war game. Yes, we can attack other players. Yes, we can get rss by raiding basses. But all of that is more focus on 1v1. The only way for me to come to the aid of a fellow alliance member is if the ones attacking them are within my lvl range.
And what dictates those rewards? Why declare a war on an alliance that has no rss?
There will ALWAYS be someone who takes advantage of the game and others. Might as well take advantage of them.

Make another faction just for mercenary work, which could include Borg and swarm stores and any other subfaction you might wanna include in the future.

(i) I see no tactical advantage in the current Game Map - given Galorndon Core is deep in the Romulan space. (2) where are the rich dilithium resources?

@blazing mango True, can be an implementation challenge, and there might be further challenges like avoiding unfair transfer of cargo etc. But ultimately, being able to meet everyone somehow has a lot of appeal. Other very popular games went similar way, being separated to “shards” but eventually providing a mode where all people can compete in a way.

I would like to see a trading outpost where we can trade resources and material. I would also like to see repair stations so you dont have to go back to base to repair.
The game needs a new category of officers with extreme power. This epic category is weak. You need an officer that already starts with 500% attack, damage, etc.
Either scopely creates a new officer category with extreme power or make it easier to earn officer badges.
I hear a lot about server mergers and all out 24/7 pvp combat. Surely Scopely has to realize that there are different types of players. Some who simply like to enjoy the story line and improve their stats gradually and spend some here and there to speed things up occasionally. Do they really think that forcing total pvp on all servers is going to do anything but remove targetable build up bases from the game? I for one can find many other games just as willing to accept my money and not force the issue of spending but rather entice the players to spend!
If scopely makes it harder or impossible to mine, because of the union of servers many players will abandon the game. I will be one of them.

Team Base Defense: Allow for other Alliance ships to reinforce empty Docking Bays. This gives a handful of little ships a half chance against the single Whale that can sweep all defenders 1-on-1.
Stations that teams can compete to take and hold, other teams can armada them to try and take them from the other team
Capture the flag type armada events - Assign alliances against each other for a day to see who wins the most like a knock out tournament
2* and BP exchange event
Possibilities are endless...... instead some asshat thought the best idea would be to crowd a galaxy into a few systems to mine nodes for 10 seconds a time and overload the servers..... I give up

Suggestion - instead of spawning armadas, make the act of using directives spawn an armada target. There's no fun in sitting around and waiting for an armada target, especially during an event.

Suggestion - increase the number of chests that you can pull for uncommon armada credits... currently L31 and I can only get 2 uncommon chests at a time yet I can redeem 6 rare chests!

Suggestion: Issue a warning when initiating an armada if another player has already done so.
During this event too many directives have been wasted because the game fails to properly display another players rally banner until after the directives are spent.
I do not believe this event is feasible if the proper display of banners cannot be achieved or an "occupied" warning isn't given.
I believe that the spawn rate for this event should decrease. Like the Borg armadas.
I know others and myself would be willing to spend on directives if armada targets were more readily available

We had a player on server 38 lose a child today, so we’ve declared a server-wide ceasefire for 24 hours. Is there a channel to Scopely for us to ask them to do this as they would after server downtime?

For armada events, I would suggest cutting the respawn timer in half. Or just spawn more armadas. Not enough armada targets are available.
It'd be cool if our bases were proportionate to our ships and the battle animations for bases involved all ships that are docked.
In addition, it'd be cool if big whale bases could be like armadas where you could join forces and hit simultaneously.
Both of these combined would make the battle animations badazz 😂
I have one suggestion. Because fo visail bug in armadas there should be a question "are you sure?" if soneone else started that armada.
Please increase rewards for loyality badges. I spend more resources per day for buildings and researching, then i get from 30day pack. Also I think the good idea is daily uncommon RSS rewards (for ex. for building or research)
For armada events I propose we just pay 10 x 100 directives and are done - totally useless event. Armada is actually just waiting anyways. The plain armada rewards are negligible and we are saving repair costs by not joining. So eliminate the useless waiting and give us back some time Scopely! Regarding this ridiculous data mining event I cant find appropriate words without risking to be banned from this server.
Idea: Give more answer options to the scopely support. I receive only this 2 answer options for every ticket:
- We know this bug, and it will be fixed.
- We ask our department 6 weeks ago and still no answer. So no answer for you.

Simple suggestion - I frequently play on a big screen with a keyboard attached. Add in zoom control and basic navigation. I.e. Ctrl- and Ctrl+ for zoom and the arrows for moving the screen.

That is a bluestacks automation, I don't play on PC, but do use a portable screen when I travel and use a mobile keyboard (bluetooth)

COMMON SHIPS LVL 32+
There are so many ships in the star trek universe, having some like cardassian, denevian, orion or such common ships will make it more diverse.
Main idea: modular independent ships.
Have warp shield and armour be fixed upgrades for ship type but cargo and weapons upgrades be modular.
Can then complete indp missions/unlock augment upgrades etc to get weapons/cargo/shield mod upgrades. So indep ships can be unique all rounders or u can have fully kinetic explorer class or full energy interceptors but which have inferior warp and def because essentially they are pirate ships.
Also can use this idea to diversify cargo ships and modding them etc would be fun

Have game altering bugs that benefit the player that you can't seem to figure out how to fix, Like the one I discovered and am going to wisely NOT inform you about.
any bug that or broken feature that makes the game easier I have observed gets fixed almost immediately. If you or any of your team mates or companions discover something that benefits you and doesn't work the way it should, you should in no way tell Scopely about it. Their dev team is not here to help you. They will fix some bugs but not the worst ones, those they let persist until just the moment before a flash mob forms to storm the building and start throwing people out office building windows.
Temporarily calming the player base by fixing a few bugs, maybe release some others or maybe not entirely0 fixing a particular infuriating bug, but all the same making it less harmful.
Example getting stuck in combat, I get stuck in movement, when i can't attack targets an my ship can still move while it remains stationary on the screen i at least can move it to a the corner to give time for a restart.
Regardless. If you find something that is broken that actually helps you TELL NO ONE.

Would like to see an alliance bank of materials etc that everyone can use
system control mechanics. Examples would be like a mining bonus in that system if your Alliance has more ships than all other Alliances. Mini-Events that last like 30 minutes and whoever has the most ships in the system when the timer runs out wins.
I would like to see crew groups for the officer positions. so you can easily swap the crew out.
say a Mining crew, a hostile crew and a PVP crew. could just be numbers, 5 would be great.

I’ve got a good idea scopely. Stop restoring and refunding the accounts of players who consistently use hate speech and have been reported thousands of times. A one-day ban is not in any way a deterrent. Especially when you then restore that players RSS.

suggestion: use the level of system in determining PVP ranges. If a low level player is in a higher level system, they should be attackable and when they are a in a lower level system they should be protected.

There are so many ships in the star trek universe, having some like cardassian, denevian, orion or such common ships will make it more diverse.
Main idea: modular independent ships.
Have warp shield and armour be fixed upgrades for ship type but cargo and weapons upgrades be modular.
Can then complete indp missions/unlock augment upgrades etc to get weapons/cargo/shield mod upgrades. So indep ships can be unique all rounders or u can have fully kinetic explorer class or full energy interceptors but which have inferior warp and def because essentially they are pirate ships.
Also can use this idea to diversify cargo ships and modding them etc would be fun

Expanded abilities of the refinery comes from upgrading Ops.

As I'm looking through my station trying to figure out the next upgrade, I realize that some of the buildings are not being utilized properly. Those being:
Academy - Use for recruit and promote officers. Upgrade paths can be utilized to increase the odds of certain factions.
Dry docks - Why can they only support a single ship when there are 5 ports on each dock? Upgrading the dock could allow more ports to be usable, general repair improvements, and ship upgrade efficiencies.
Refinery - I've said this before, and I'll say it again; make the refinery a refinery.
Research & Development - We should be able to see all researches all the time, not just when no research is happening.
Ship Hanger - This is where we should be able to see what we can build and when. It would also be nice to see upgrade costs associated with that ship.
Ship Scrapyard - It would be nice to see a ships scrap value after an upgrade is applied. It would help in deciding if the upgrade would be worth it.
Ship Yard - This would be where ship construction and tiering up would take place. If a ship is building, you cannot tier. If a ship is tiering, you cannot build a ship.
These are a few more of my suggestions. I'm sure more will come down the line soon enough.

You can see it when you do research by clicking on R&D then clicking research button and there is a trick when you are upgrading R&D,click on a dock you havent opened yet and click go button,it will open up the research tab

The leaderboard events become useless because the amount of rss and time spent on getting to higher ranks isnt worth it...
Maybe make the event reward such that, the players get rewards based on points scored but rewards limited to only the top 25 or 50 players

Although in domination, if you have enough speedups and lat, you can wait till last hour to decide if you want to participate or not... but in events like these where you mine or events where you have to kill 1000s of hostiles... you cannot even guess beforehand if you can get to a good rank and if it will be worth it

In my server there are multiple wars declared and my team currently has about 5 teams we are at war with and neither side will surrender despite the fact that my team has been crushing the opposing teams

@limpid oxide We win when we get people to leave the Alliance we are at war with so they start to fall apart or they stop hitting our guys. There is a benefit to "winning" the war by making the other side stop.

It would be great if we get the useless Ship blueprints that we get for ships we have already. And let us use them the ships we don't have.
Could the notifications please be adjusted. An example would be options to mute/unmute specific notifications, e.g. when building has finished, rather than to mute/unmute all notifications.
Also, can there be the addition of DM notifications so when someone's warning me to move from a node I have time to move.
Also, (idk if it's just affecting me but ima point it out anyway) could the timing of the notifications please be earlier. I've had instances where I'm in game and a ship has depleted a node so I deal with that then leave the game for a bit and then 2minutes after closing the game I get the notification of the same node depletion.

Pvp event. Earn 1 pt per every 1 min in a system. Earn 6 pts per kill. This would keep the whales happy. Skill based avoiders could still maintain base shield and earn pts with free khera. Also allows folks to earn pts towards event in slow server times, instead of leaving a ship afk in hopes of trading kills.

Have a monthly or at least quarterly bonus refinery. 48hrs monthly or 72hrs for quarterly. When was the last bonus refinery, January or February?
Why are the uncommon armadas rewards filled with common stuff? How about uncommon rewards for uncommon armadas, rare rewards for rare armadas etc?
With “target practice” events where the most powerful ship is a jellyfish, it would be nice to be able to get one... I am a higher level player that must have advanced beyond jellyfish events too fast or something... I have 51 blueprints and no apparent way to get more... and believe me, I have tried very hard to find more... no matter what, it is a cool ship, and I wish I could get one, events or not...😉
I have a couple of suggestions:
- In the alliance tab: show who is online so you know if you're sending someone a message you know it gets read, also handy for armada's
- Give other rewards for sending alliance members help than only for daily challenge. After 50 it has no use anymore (other than helping ofcourse)
- Show in the galaxy map where you have missions available and not only the ones you started/progress. It's hardly impossible to go to every area to check

I have an idea.... use an independent server to work out the bugs BEFORE subjecting the rest of us to glitchy stuff like the “improved” augment space...
Another: let us trade unusable parts or materials in for parts and materials we CAN use. Maybe in the refinery or something. And how about letting us give things like materials and parts to our lower tier crew to help them along...
It would be really great if we could get some events that have genuine content for lower level players that could help with tiering and upgrading, all the events seem geared to high level players, when all the new content is high level the "kill x number of enemies between these levels" gets very boring very fast.
Also is there a way of removing the problem of not being able clicking on ships that go beneath planet signage and the like? it very annoying having to zoom in all of the time.
So I have an Idea.... Could we please make it so the Refinery doesn't suck anymore?! I will send ALL OF THIS TIME mining for the resources that I need to upgrade my ships and structures. I finally get enough raw materials in my haul to make the refining process worth while. I hit "Refine" and get a ton more crap that I don't need instead of ANY of the stuff that I do need to accomplish what I would like to accomplish. If we take the time to mine the resources that we need, then we should be able to select what resources we refine. It makes zero sense that its an absolute crap shoot every time that you refine. I'm pretty sure that real refineries don't just toss a bunch of raw materials into a smelter and hope for the best. It becomes SUPER frustrating and deflating. Just an idea. It might actually make that building more fun to dink with.
Another suggestion... can you please create a system that we can use to recycle the blueprints for ships. As a Level 28 I have no intention of building the beginner boats, and yet I am sitting on enough blueprints to built an entire beginner fleet 3x over. That's a good thought.
Couple suggestions, first to go with the suggestion above, a second stage to refining, refine common to uncommon. And suggestion for Swarm events to have Frequency Modulators in rewards.
Here's something that would be nice. The Game Store. The offers that you offer are so completely unfair price wise. I used to have a nice selection of good affordable offers. Now it's a different story. It's like you all said, "Hey... he's willing to spend money here. Lets gouge him." Currently I have 1 offer at $4.99, 4 offers at $19.99, 13 offers at $49.99, and 22 offers at $99.99. So all together, there are 5 offers that I can afford and none of them offer anything that are worth $20. How about bringing back the affordable worthwhile offers that actually have things that we need. They USED to be there. So we know that you can do it. Or is that just the standard? Find people that are willing to spend $20 here and there, and then make it so they can't afford to buy anything else? Just sayin'

I have a suggestion that i am sure has been brought up before...since having started playing this game for well over a year now i have seen the introduction of many new officers. A few of them that have been introduced increase your protected cargo limit (very welcome additions indeed!) I am therefore suggesting that a couple of officers are introduced that give you warp range bonuses. It is kind of a bummer that the only one that exists is Cadet Scottie. We truly need a few more! Can we have a research for Impulse speed? a simple research with 10 levels, every level impulse speed is increased by 10%, so 1=10%, 2=20%, 3=30%...
And make it such that even low lv players can do that research
It will help a lot with PvP
and also make hostile grinding faster and less boring
It is fun to zoom around with pan in my realta at impulse speed of 225
But we need higher impulse on all ships
It is so boring when you have to sit and wait for 10-15 seconds after every battle
