#The App isn't loading for a very while

I started the app today at 5:30pm at my timezone, it's 7pm and it is still saying that it's getting connected, What should I do to solve it?

I'm having the same issue and I don't understand why this post hasn't received any suggestions or tips. It connected for me just fine without issues when I first installed it. I had to jump through hoops to get my BIOS screen up to enable virtualization. After I did that, now it's not connecting to the kitchen at all. I have a gaming computer so I should be able to get something from it.
