i just started using salad about 20 days ago, And havent had this issue so its the first of my time, But i dont mind it just making sure its not a me only issue.

No. I'd try rebooting , and also checking for any errors in logs. Is SGS and vmm even running ?

Yes this is running but not SGS, Which i see is a issue. i can try restarting my PC

Sgs is bandwidth - I'd check to see your upload/download speeds meet the requirements in the log file . Vmm is running could just be a crap luck not getting jobs

My download speeds are great, around 500mbps but upload are a horrible 20mbps so i guess that could be a main issue. I also restarted my computer and ill update in about a hour or so if i have made any progress.
both SGS and VMM are up, and it looks like i have a container!

Nice , sometimes takes a while to get a container , but non the less the miners kick in unless you block them. As far as SGS goes , needs to be above 10mbs upload. And if u reboot often check the logs make sure you get decent speeds for that to at least run. And sometimes it puts u in a que so it may take a while to show up as well .
As sgs is by client based needs
