When Pakistan, we litterally have about 250 Mbps internet connections consistantly at home for a low price because our biggest provider PTCL is implementing Fibre optics everywhere in the country. Because they own the bandwidth and other services use their bandwidth as they are the governments property (kinda)

I can't get the bandwidth sharing to work, nothing under 24 hours.
The calculated speed is well above the requirements, between 50-150mb/s, based in sweden.
I've tried a bunch of tips in the bandwidth sharing thread but it seems like getting specific help there is hard because there is alot of people that need help.

If your speeds / latency sometimes fluctuate below the minimum, this could possibly be why Bandwidth Sharing doesn't start for you / why you are not getting any jobs.
To resolve this, just make sure that your download and upload speeds are a stable 10-15+mbps, then quit Salad, then restart Saladbowl in Task Manager - or just restart your PC - to make Salad run another speed test.
