It means the bandwidth sharing you have been doing ruined your ip. It’s gonna get you banned from a lot of sites and you’ll be doing captchas everywhere. That’s why it’s not recommended to run bandwidth. You can fix this by maybe restarting router if you have a dynamic ip.
