If you have the Container Enviroment enabled, then you're running CPU containers - Salad just runs a mining workload if there aren't any CPU container jobs available.

I very much doubt that you can get that, but if we're speaking hypothetically, I'd assume there's a bottleneck in either Salad's, Cloudflare's, or Salad's customers' systems that would limit you from getting anywhere even close to utilising the full capabilities of that connection.
We've seen people here with gigabit symmetrical speeds, and Salad is only using a couple hundred of it.
Also Salad's customers would be a pretty big bottleneck - They don't need nor really want that high of speeds

Bandwidth Sharing data isn't written to disk, it's stored in RAM at worst, before being immediately sent off to where it needs to be sent

If it worked like a CDN, you'd have a point though
