Task manager > performance tab > GPU (you may have multiple, so check both). If it starts with GTX or RTX look at the first number. If it’s 10xx it’s a 1000 series, 20xx it’s a 2000 series, 30xx it’s a 3000 series

As far as Radeon goes, Rx 6x00 is roughly an RTX 3000, Rx 5x00 could be compared to the average 2000, and depending on the specific one, Rx 4x0 and 5x0 can be pretty similar to the GTX 1000 series
