So, I have in the program for a message to send when you make a ticket, and in the program and gives me the preview and it's saved. But when you actually make a ticket and open it, that's not what it looks like.
I have attempted to make the message shorter, get rid of the asterisks, refreshing, making new tickets, and etc. Nothing has worked.
