I’m a server owner with ticket tool in my server but after 300-400 tickets, the ticket tool is bugging all the way. Like whenever someone is opening a ticket, they can’t see the ticket tool message in the ticket channel, i have to manually give the ‘Read Message History’ permission and then the person is able to see the ticket tool automated message even though ALL the permissions have been given to the bot and the bot roles.
Please fix this I’m struggling with it since a few months.
