We have the basic ticket tool bot in our server, a few hours before the maintenance break it stopped responding at all: Users cannot open tickets and we cannot close them. We tried to wait after the maintenance break but nothing changed. One user here asked me if i could run the /debug command, yet there was no effect as all i got was "Application did not respond", same was for another person who attempted to run the command. Can we get some advice?
