hey everone i have an question if anyone know pls help me...
i have the ticket tool with saphire so it can be customizable but when it sends a messege like "you doing that too quickly" it sent it with messege and i have every time to delete this messege but when ticket tool works alone send this messege ass a reply so i dont need to delete it if anyone know how to also send as a reply when its work with saphire?
