Toxic player report me and i got banned:(

I got banned because of toxic players.
I didn't do anything and im innocent for just playing then someone a toxic player trying to bullying me then any hours he report me I got banned.
Idk why i got strike permanently banned.
It said exploiter on screen that i banned but i didn't do anything why.
Pls fix bug banned😣
