Subject: Unable to Add Email to ZKcandy Passport Account – Server Error 500

Dear ZKcandy Support Team,

I am experiencing an issue while attempting to add my email address to my ZKcandy Passport account. Upon submission, I receive the following error message:

"Request failed with status code 500"

Due to this error, I am unable to complete the email registration process, which is preventing me from exporting my private key.

Could you please assist me in resolving this issue? My intended email address for registration is: khj01210@naver.com.
