When you escalate a Ticket, the message you can set (Default: This ticket has been escalated.) will just delete itself after one minute without anyone doing anything. So we added the variable escalate.reaon and noone can see it because its just gone after a few moments :D. I also checked the Auditlog and cant see any entry so i assume its just the bot itself

The escalation feature is very new, and the developer is still working out on fixing all the current issues. The only thing it does currently is change categories in the server
