I have been using ticketing tool for a couple months and out of no where it decided to stop sending closed tickets to designated area.
i have tried looking at all permissions, re inviting, taking the channel off and back on again for the closed tickets etc. I'm not sure what to do from here. It won't allow me to manually move the tickets to the closed channel either.
