Yeah, just not loading.
Ok, If you have time, go to your dashboard for the server your tickets are on
It’s a server I don’t own
Double check the Transcript channel is set by going to Server Configs->Transcript Options and selecting a designated Channel for the transcripts to be saved.
Double check that the ticket tool has the necessary permissions (E.G. read message history, send messages, etc) in the transcript channel and ticket category
Are you able to look at the dashboard for ticket tool?
If not, then try /debug in the transcript channel. It'll point out if you have missing permissions
That's not the issue here.
Please head to the transcript file and click on Direct Link then click on the link again. That updates the link and it should work again.
