Hey suddenly in my server 3 totally empty tickets were opened for no reason when the user limit is 1 also they were created in the wrong category !

can someone explain this ?

then it says even " this channel isn"t a ticket " when trying to close them but they named as tickets lol

Are you sure those tickets have been opened by Ticket Tool?
Please check your audit logs

That is due to not right set up and/or missing permissions

first is without administrator permission, second is with administrator permissions
