Hello, so I want to say that I am French so I may not understand everything but hey. For some time now I no longer receive the transcripts of the tickets that I make on any server and it is very annoying for everything I do. I have all my PMs open and when I want to send a message to ticket tool for the transcripts, it gives me an error message. I hope you will be able to solve my problem.
