Hi Kiana,
It seems you cancelled a subscription you purchased instead of renewing your previous subscription coming up to its expiration date. You were instructed to update your payment method to fix this issue, not pay again.
Being disrespectful to our support team, calling them useless as you didn't receive an immediate response isn't tolerated. I understand your frustration, but it's unnecessary and disrespectful.
Our reviews are genuine customers, of whom who also receive responses when they aren't satisfied with their customer support.
