I wanted to set up tickets on the site, but I don’t have this channel, although there is a ticket tool on the channel I want to set up, is it a bug or not?

Don't see your server in the dashboard?

Try using the Sync Servers button on your top center of the Dashboard page

If this doesn't work

You should relog from the dashboard, you can do this by clicking here to log out immediately, and then log back in

Note:

You need one of these 3 things to access the dashboard.
1. Server Owner (Level: 6)
2. Server Administrator (Level: 4)
3. Dashboard Role (Level: 2)

If the bot's response is:

- @User is permission level: 0 (User)

You don't have any of the 3 levels required to access the server's dashboard
