#Ticket Message not saving

Hello!
I am having issues with the ticket message since it says "{User} Welcome" when I open it (it was like that before but I changed the message) and I changed it to "Welcome {User}, a {@ Ticket Helper} will be here shortly to help you" but it does not work and it shows the message that I had before changing it, if you know what I mean.

Please respond as soon as you can!

This is not a bug. It looks like you have 3 panels. 2 of your panels have the message as you state, the third panel does not. You are probably opening a ticket of the third panel.
