#Error in close request, does not save the reason when closing the ticket

Hi. The problem is that when calling /closerequest reason entered_reason. The entered_reason is displayed, for example, as {close.reason}, only in a close request, i.e. the person must confirm the close or cancel it. Only if he confirms closing, this reason is not saved any further, closing the ticket causes no reason to be displayed - then {close.reason} and {reason} no longer work

To sum up. The reason entered in /closereason is only displayed in /closereason, while the user must confirm or cancel. If it is confirmed, {close.reason} does not save any further, so closing the ticket means that there is no reason (as if it had not been entered), so it looks like it stores a variable

Hey there! As you've been told in the past, this is not a bug.

Whilst the {close.reason} variable may display the close ask reason in the close ask request/message, it won't be shown anywhere else once the ticket has been closed. That includes transcripts and moderator messages.

Once the ticket is closed the variable will be overwritten by the actual close reason. Since your members are closing the ticket via the button instead of a command, there will be no close reason.

To sum it up, we currently don't have a close ask variable, therefore once the ticket is closed you won't be able to display the close request reason in any way. (Especially when using slash commands)
