Heya Bonez!

Sorry to hear about your experience with our button feature. While this is not necessarily a review, we still want to provide you a response.

Discord recently introduced a new feature where links will expire every 14 days. With that, the URL variable sometimes would break, causing no link to be available for the transcript.

For now, this will be how our "direct" transcripts work until, if and when, we find a better and simple solution. We don't foresee the links in embeds feature on making a return.
