Roblox Automation doesn't work anymore

Roblox automation isn't working anymore. It doesn't display usernames, etc within the ticket like its supposed to.

But we are having the same for ours it off and on logs for our transcripts but now most of the time doesnt
i havent worked out what makes it work for some and not for others
it does usually work for our join leave logs (not always but more often than our ticket transcripts)
it just shows this for us normally it should state the user at the start of the ticket and in the transcript log

Could replicate the issue, I'll request our developer @abstract phoenix to take a look at this
