The Ticket Tool is already invited to the server but it is not working when I click "Create Ticket".
We've been using the ticket tool for a year and I don't know why it's not working all sudden.

Its because the primary bot of Ticket Tool is down.

It currently has an outage/issue, and the developer team is working hard to fix it.
